Claims (6)
- ボディ(B)及びドア(D)の一方に固着される雌ベース部(1a)の両側端から一対の雌アーム部(1b)を起立させてなる雌ブラケット(1)と,ボディ(B)及びドア(D)の他方に固着される雄ベース部(2a)を有して前記一対の雌アーム部(1b)間に配置されると共に,それら雌アーム部(1b)にヒンジピン(5)を介して相対回動可能に連結される雄ブラケット(2)と,前記雌及び雄ブラケット(1,2)間に構成されてドアの所定開度位置でドアに対するチェック力を発生するチェック力発生機構とを備え,このチェック力発生機構を,前記雌ブラケット(1)に固定されて前記ヒンジピン(5)周りに配置される中心軸(6)と,前記雄ブラケット(2)に固定されて前記中心軸(6)を相対回転可能に囲繞するように配置され,前記中心軸(6)の一側方に突出するシリンダ部(7b)を有するシリンダブロック(7)と,前記シリンダ部(7b)の内周面に摺動自在に嵌装されるピストン(22)と,このピストン(22)に支持されて前記中心軸(6)の外周面を転動し得るディテントローラ(26)と,前記ピストン(22)を前記中心軸(6)の外周面側に付勢するチェックばね(23)と,前記中心軸(6)の外周面に設けられ,ドア(D)の前記所定開度位置で前記チェックばね(23)の付勢力をもって前記ディテントローラ(26)が弾発的に係合するディテント溝(27c,27m1,27m2,27o)とで構成した,車両用チェッカ付きドアヒンジ装置において,
前記雄ブラケット(2)を,前記一対の雌アーム部(1b)の内側面にそれぞれ隣接すると共に,前記シリンダブロック(7)を前記中心軸(6)の軸方向に沿って挟むように配置される一対の雄アーム部(2b)と,これら雄アーム部(2b)の一端に連設される雄ベース部(2a)とで構成し,前記雄アーム部(2b)を前記シリンダブロック(7)に固着し,前記一対の雄アーム部(2b)に前記中心軸(6)を支承する軸受孔(11)を設け,これら軸受孔(11)を貫通した前記中心軸(6)の両端部を前記雌アーム部(1b)に固着したことを特徴とする,車両用チェッカ付きドアヒンジ装置。 - 請求項1記載の車両用チェッカ付きドアヒンジ装置において,
前記シリンダブロック(7)を,前記中心軸(6)の半周面を相対回転自在に支承する断面U字状の軸受部(7a)と,この軸受部(7a)の両端部に一体に連結される前記シリンダ部(7b)とで構成し,このシリンダブロック(7)の,前記中心軸(6)の軸方向に沿う両端に,このシリンダブロック(7)への前記中心軸(6),ピストン(22),チェックばね(23)及びディテントローラ(26)の収容を可能にする開口部(10)を設け,この開口部(10)を前記雄アーム部(2b)で閉鎖したことを特徴とする,車両用チェッカ付きドアヒンジ装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の車両用チェッカ付きドアヒンジ装置において,
前記シリンダ部(7b)の軸方向長さ(L)を,その内法(D1)又は内径より小さく設定して,そのシリンダ部(7b)内に,前記チェックばね(23)として相互に重ねた複数枚の皿ばね(23a)を収容したことを特徴とする,車両用チェッカ付きドアヒンジ装置。 - 請求項3記載の車両用チェッカ付きドアヒンジ装置において,
前記ピストン(22)の外法(D2)又は外径,並びに前記皿ばね(23a)の外径(D3)を前記中心軸(6)の外径(D4)より大きく設定したことを特徴とする,車両用チェッカ付きドアヒンジ装置。 - 請求項1~4の何れかに記載の車両用チェッカ付きドアヒンジ装置において,
前記シリンダ部(7b)及び前記ピストン(22)を横断面方形に形成したことを特徴とする,車両用チェッカ付きドアヒンジ装置。 - 請求項1記載の車両用チェッカ付きドアヒンジ装置において,
前記中心軸(6)と前記雌アーム部(1b,1b)との対向面に互いに係合する位置決め突起(8)及び位置決め溝(9)を形成し,前記位置決め突起(8)は,前記中心軸(6)の端面上をその直径線に沿って延びるように設けられ,前記位置決め溝(9)は,その一端が前記雌アーム部(1b)の外周面に開放するように前記雌アーム部(1b)の内側面に設けられ,これら位置決め突起(8)及び位置決め溝(9)の係合状態を,前記雌アーム部(1b)及び前記中心軸(6)を貫通する前記ヒンジピン(5)により保持することを特徴とする,車両用チェッカ付きドアヒンジ装置。
