Abstract

Partant de l'idée que lors d'un allumage au moyen d'air chaud, on sait qu'une autre source de chaleur est créée à laquelle pourrait réagir un missile guidé cherchant la chaleur, l'invention se concentre sur un allumage au moyen d'un laser. Il est proposé de soumettre les surfaces des fusées éclairantes au phosphore rouge à un faisceau laser ayant une puissance volumique suffisamment élevée, des optiques laser (2) étant intégrées pour permettre une répartition sur une grande surface. Une unité d'allumage ou d'activation (100) appropriée pour un tel allumage au laser des fusées éclairantes présente une chambre de combustion (1) avec plusieurs adaptateurs (3) pour recevoir diverses optiques laser (2).
