Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'une structure à surface texturée (20), comportant un substrat en verre minéral (10) présentant une texturation (10c) donnée, pour dispositif à diode électroluminescente organique caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : la fourniture d'un substrat (10) rugueux, de rugosité (10c) définie par un paramètre de rugosité Ra allant de 1 à 5 μm sur une longueur d'analyse de 15 mm et avec un filtre gaussien de fréquence de coupure à 0,8 mm, le dépôt par voie liquide d'une couche de lissage de silice (2) sur le substrat, ladite couche étant adaptée à adoucir suffisamment la rugosité (10c) et à former la surface texturée (20) de la structure.
