Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Reinigungsmittel für harte Oberflächen, insbesondere ein Handgeschirrspülmittel, mit einer Tensidkombination aus einem nichtionischen Tensid und einem Aminoxid sowie elementarem Silber und/oder einer Silberverbindung. Die Reinigungsmittel weisen in konzentrierter und verdünnter Form eine antibakterielle Wirkung auf.
Description
„Handgeschirrspülmittel mit antibakterieller Wirkung"
Die Erfindung betrifft Reinigungsmittel für harte Oberflächen, insbesondere Handgeschirrspülmittel, umfassend eine Tensidkombination und Silber und/oder eine Silberverbindung.
In einer Küche können sich krankheitserregende Bakterien - insbesondere nach Verarbeitung von Eiern, rohem Fleisch und rohem Fisch - auf Arbeitsflächen und Küchengeräten, wie zum Beispiel Schneidbrettern, aber auch in den verwendeten Reinigungsutensilien, wie beispielsweise feuchte Spülschwämme, Tücher oder Bürsten, vermehren und damit eine ernste Gefahr darstellen. Ein weiterer Bakterienschwerpunkt ist das Spülbecken und insbesondere der Abfluss, in dem das verbrauchte Spülwasser steht.
Herkömmliche Geschirrspülmittel können zumeist schon bei konzentrierter Anwendung keine ausreichende Wachstumshemmung oder gar Keimabtötung bewirken.
Aus dem Stand der Technik sind bereits antibakterielle Geschirrspülmittel bekannt, welche als bakteriostatische Komponente beispielsweise Triclosan (2,4,4'-Trichlor-2'-hydroxydiphenylether) oder ätherische Öle, wie beispielsweise Thymol, Menthol oder Eucalyptol, enthalten. Aus den Anmeldungen WO 99/57235 A1 und WO 99/29815 A1 sind antibakteriell wirksame Geschirrspülmittel bekannt, die Carbonsäuren, wie beispielsweise Benzoesäure, enthalten.
In vielen Produkten werden heute Silber bzw. Silberverbindungen mit dem Ziel eingesetzt, unangenehme Gerüche zu unterdrücken und/oder Keime abzutöten. Insbesondere eignen sich Silbersalze zur Erzielung dieser Effekte.
Allerdings neigen Silbersalze, insbesondere in Gegenwart reduzierender Inhaltsstoffe, zur Reduktion, so dass auf Inhaltsstoffe wie Zuckerverbindungen, Aldehyde und andere Inhaltsstoffe in diesen Produkten verzichtet werden muss.
Üblicherweise enthalten Handgeschirrspülmittel eine Tensidkombination aus einem Fettalkohol- ethersulfat, einem Alkylpolyglucosid und einem Betain oder eine Tensidkombination aus einem Alkylbenzolsulfonat, einem Fettalkoholethersulfat und einem Betain oder eine Tensidkombination aus einem Alkylbenzolsulfonat, einem Fettalkoholethersulfat und einem Alkylpolyglucosid.
Insbesondere die Sulfonat- und Sulfat-Tenside neigen zu einer Reaktion mit den Silberionen, wobei schwerlösliches, braun-schwarzes Silbersulfid ausfällt.
Zusätzlich ist der Schaum, der durch Geschirrspülmittel mit diesen Tensidkombinationen erzeugt wird, sehr stabil und führt zu einer langanhaltenden Filmbildung im Spülbecken und im Syphonsystem. Dies erhöht die Kontaktzeit von den Bakterien aus der gebrauchten Spülflotte mit
dem Spülbecken und Syphonsystem, was zur Entstehung von unangenehmen Gerüchen führen kann.
Eine Aufgabe dieser Erfindung war daher, die Bereitstellung eines antibakteriellen Reinigungsmittels für harte Oberflächen, insbesondere eines Handgeschirrspülmittels, welches stabil ist und mit keiner oder nur einer geringen Restschaumproblematik behaftet ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch ein Reinigungsmittel für harte Oberflächen, insbesondere ein Handgeschirrspülmittel, umfassend
(a) eine Tensidkombination aus einem nichtionischen Tensid und einem Aminoxid und
(b) elementares Silber und/oder eine Silberverbindung.
Es hat sich überraschenderweise gezeigt, dass diese bestimmte Tensidkombination zusammen mit Silber und/oder einer Silberverbindung zu einem lagerstabilen Reinigungsmittel für harte Oberflächen führt, welches bei konzentrierter, aber auch verdünnter Anwendung eine antibakterielle Wirkung besitzt. Ferner erzeugt das Reinigungsmittel eine geringere Menge an Schaum, die jedoch Konsumentenerwartungen entspricht. Dasselbe gilt für die Stabilität des erzeugten Schaums. Der gebildete Schaum zerfällt beim Ablaufen der gebrauchten Spülflotte schnell und dadurch wird der Schaumrückstand im Spülbecken und im Syphon reduziert.
Es ist bevorzugt, dass die Silberverbindung aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Silberacetat, Silbercitrat, Silberdiaminchlorid-Komplex, Silbercyclodextrin-Komplex, Silberdicyanokalium- Komplex, Silberphthalimid, Silberphenylcyanamid, Silber(ethylenthioharnstoff)-Komplex, Silberimidazolat, Übergangsmetall-NHC-Calix^aren-Komplexe, Silber-Kronenether, Silbernitrat und Mischungen daraus ausgewählt ist. Besonders bevorzugt enthält das flüssige Wasch-, Reinigungs-, Nachbehandlungs- oder Waschhilfsmittel Silbernitrat.
Diese Silberverbindungen weisen eine ausreichend hohe Löslichkeit aus und fallen nicht aus den Reinigungsmitteln für harte Oberflächen aus.
Es ist ferner bevorzugt, dass die Menge an elementarem Silber und/oder der Silberverbindung 0,0001 bis 1 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das gesamte Reinigungsmittel, beträgt.
Weiterhin ist es bevorzugt, dass das nichtionische Tensid ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus alkoxylierten Fettalkoholen, alkoxylierten Fettsäurealkylestern, Polyhydroxyfettsäureamiden, Alkylphenolpolyglycolethern, Alkylglucosiden und Mischungen daraus.
Diese nichtionische Tenside weisen in Kombination mit einem Aminoxid eine gute Reinigungsleistung an Fett-verschmutzten harten Oberflächen, wie beispielsweise Geschirr, auf.
Die Erfindung betrifft auch die Verwendung von elementarem Silber und/oder einer Silberverbindung als antibakterielle Komponente in einem Reinigungsmittel für harte Oberflächen, insbesondere einem Handgeschirrspülmittel, mit einer Tensidkombination aus einem nichtionischen Tensid und einem Aminoxid.
Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur antibakteriellen Reinigung von harten Oberflächen durch Verdünnen eines Reinigungsmittels für harte Oberflächen, insbesondere eines Handgeschirrspülmittels, umfassend (a) eine Tensidkombination aus einem nichtionischen Tensid und einem Aminoxid, und Silber und/oder eine Silberverbindung mit Wasser auf Konzentrationen von 1 : 1 bis 1 : 1000 und in Kontakt bringen der zu reinigenden harten Oberfläche mit der erhaltenen Reinigungslösung.
Im Folgenden soll die Erfindung, unter anderem anhand von Beispielen, eingehender erläutert werden.
Das Reinigungsmittel für harte Oberflächen enthält eine Tensidkombination aus einem nichtionischen Tensid und einem Aminoxid.
Geeignete nichtionische Tenside umfassen alkoxylierte Fettalkohole, alkoxylierte Fettsäurealkylester, Polyhydroxyfettsäureamide, Alkylphenolpolyglycolether, Alkylglucoside und Mischungen daraus.
Als nichtionische Tenside werden vorzugsweise alkoxylierte, vorteilhafterweise ethoxylierte, insbesondere primäre Alkohole mit vorzugsweise 8 bis 18 C-Atomen und durchschnittlich 1 bis 12 Mol Ethylenoxid (EO) pro Mol Alkohol eingesetzt, in denen der Alkoholrest linear oder bevorzugt in 2-Stellung methylverzweigt sein kann bzw. lineare und methylverzweigte Reste im Gemisch enthalten kann, so wie sie üblicherweise in Oxoalkoholresten vorliegen. Insbesondere sind jedoch Alkoholethoxylate mit linearen Resten aus Alkoholen nativen Ursprungs mit 12 bis 18 C-Atomen, zum Beispiel aus Kokos-, Palm-, Taigfett- oder Oleylalkohol, und durchschnittlich 2 bis 8 EO pro Mol Alkohol bevorzugt. Zu den bevorzugten ethoxylierten Alkoholen gehören beispielsweise C12-14- Alkohole mit 3 EO, 4 EO oder 7 EO, C9-n-Alkohol mit 7 EO, C-ms-Alkohole mit 3 EO, 5 EO, 7 EO oder 8 EO, C12-i8-Alkohole mit 3 EO, 5 EO oder 7 EO und Mischungen aus diesen, wie Mischungen aus C12-i4-Alkohol mit 3 EO und C12-i8-Alkohol mit 7 EO. Die angegebenen Ethoxylierungsgrade stellen statistische Mittelwerte dar, die für ein spezielles Produkt eine ganze oder eine gebrochene Zahl sein können. Bevorzugte Alkoholethoxylate weisen eine eingeengte Homologenverteilung auf (narrow ränge ethoxylates, NRE). Zusätzlich zu diesen nichtionischen Tensiden können auch Fettalkohole mit mehr als 12 EO eingesetzt werden. Beispiele hierfür sind Taigfettalkohol mit 14 EO, 25 EO, 30 EO oder 40 EO. Auch nichtionische Tenside, die EO- und PO-Gruppen zusammen im Molekül enthalten, sind erfindungsgemäß einsetzbar. Insbesondere
bevorzugt enthält das Reinigungsmittel für harte Oberflächen einen Ci2-i8-Fettalkohol mit 7 EO oder einen C13.-i5-Oxoalkohol mit 7 EO als nichtionisches Tensid.
Außerdem können als nicht-ionische Tenside Alkylglucoside der allgemeinen Formel RO(G)x eingesetzt werden, in der R einen primären geradkettigen oder methylverzweigten, insbesondere in 2-Stellung methylverzweigten aliphatischen Rest mit 8 bis 22, vorzugsweise 12 bis 18 C-Atomen bedeutet und G das Symbol ist, das für eine Glucoseeinheit mit 5 oder 6 C-Atomen, vorzugsweise für Glucose, steht. Der Oligomerisierungsgrad x, der die Verteilung von Monoglucosiden und Oligoglucosiden angibt, ist eine beliebige Zahl zwischen 1 und 10; vorzugsweise liegt x bei 1 ,2 bis 1 ,4. Alkylglucoside sind bekannte, milde und hautfreundliche Tenside.
Der Gehalt an nichtionischen Tensiden beträgt in dem Reinigungsmittel bevorzugt 1 bis 30 Gew.-% und vorzugsweise 2 bis 25 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das gesamte Reinigungsmittel.
Geeignete Aminoxide umfassen beispielsweise Alkylaminoxide, insbesondere Alkyldimethylaminoxide, Alkylamidoaminoxide und Alkoxyalkylaminoxide. Bevorzugte Aminoxide genügen Formel II,

R7, R8 unabhängig voneinander ein Ci_4-Alkylrest, ggf. hydroxysubstituiert wie z.B. ein Hydroxyethylrest, insbesondere ein Methylrest, ist.

Bevorzugte Aminoxide sind beispielsweise N-Kokosalkyl-N,N-dimethylanninoxid, N-Talgalkyl-N,N- dihydroxyethylaminoxid, Myristylcetyldimethylaminoxid oder Lauryldimethylaminoxid.
Der Gehalt an Aminoxid beträgt in dem Reinigungsmittel bevorzugt 1 bis 15 Gew.-% und vorzugsweise 2 bis 10 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das gesamte Reinigungsmittel.
Als essentiellen Bestandteil enthält das Reinigungsmittel für harte Oberflächen elementares Silber und/oder eine Silberverbindung.
Erfindungsgemäß wird Silber entweder in elementarer Form oder in Form seiner Verbindungen eingesetzt. Wird das Silber in elementarer Form eingesetzt, so weist es vorzugsweise Partikelgrößen von 0,1 bis 100 μm auf. Noch feinere Partikelgrößen des Silbers lassen sich durch Einsatz des elementaren Silbers in kolloidaler Form erreichen, wobei das Silber Partikelgrößen von 0,001 bis 0,1 μm aufweist.
Es ist allerdings bevorzugt, dass das Mittel eine Silberverbindung enthält und diese Silberverbindung ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Silberacetat, Silbercitrat, Silberdiaminchlorid-Komplex, Silbercyclodextrin-Komplex, Silberdicyanokalium-Komplex, Silberphthalimid, Silberphenylcyanamid, Silber(ethylenthioharnstoff)-Komplex, Silberimidazolat, Übergangsmetall-NHC-Calix^jaren-Komplexe, Silber-Kronenether, Silbernitrat und Mischungen daraus. Die Silberverbindungen werden vorzugsweise in Form von Lösungen, Suspensionen oder Dispersionen eingesetzt. Besonders bevorzugt enthält das Reinigungsmittel Silbernitrat, welches in Form einer wässrigen Lösung eingesetzt wird.
Die Menge an elementarem Silber und/oder Silberverbindung beträgt vorzugsweise 0,0001 bis 1 Gew.-% und mehr bevorzugt zwischen 0,001 und 0,25 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das gesamte Reinigungsmittel für harte Oberflächen. Ganz besonders bevorzugte Reinigungsmittel enthalten 0,01 bis 0,1 Gew.-% an elementarem Silber und/oder einer Silberverbindung, bezogen auf das gesamte Reinigungsmittel.
Zusätzlich kann das Mittel, insbesondere zur Verbesserung von Reinigungswirkung, Ablaufverhalten und/oder Trocknungsverhalten, zusätzlich ein oder mehrere Amphotenside und/oder kationische Tenside enthalten.
Zu den Amphotensiden (amphoteren Tensiden, zwitterionischen Tensiden), die weiterhin in den Mitteln enthalten sein können, zählen Alkylamidoalkylamine, alkylsubstituierte Aminosäuren, acylierte Aminosäuren bzw. Biotenside.
Das Mittel kann zusätzlich ein oder mehrere kationische Tenside (Kationtenside; INCI Quaternary Ammonium Compounds) enthalten, üblicherweise in einer Menge von 0,001 bis 5 Gew.-%.
Bevorzugte kationische Tenside sind die quaternären oberflächenaktiven Verbindungen, insbesondere mit einer Ammonium-, Sulfonium-, Phosphonium-, Jodonium- oder Arsoniumgruppe. Durch den Einsatz von quaternären oberflächenaktiven Verbindungen mit antimikrobieller Wirkung kann die bereits durch das elementare Silber und/oder die Silberverbindung vorhandene antimikrobielle Wirkung verbessert werden. Geeignete QAV sind beispielsweise Benzalkoniumchlorid, Benzoxoniumchlorid, Benzetoniumchlorid oder Dialkyldimethylammoniumchloride wie Di-n-decyl-dimethyl-ammoniumchlorid.
Das Reinigungsmittel ist vorzugsweise wässrig, insbesondere ein wässriges Handgeschirrspülmittel. Neben Wasser kann es vorteilhafterweise zusätzlich ein oder mehrere wasserlösliche organische Lösungsmittel enthalten, üblicherweise in einer Menge von 0 bis 15 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 10 Gew.-%, insbesondere 3 bis 8 Gew.-%.
Das Lösungsmittel wird nach Bedarf insbesondere als Hydrotropikum und Viskositätsregulator eingesetzt. Es wirkt lösungsvermittelnd insbesondere für Tenside und Elektrolyt sowie Parfüm und Farbstoff, falls vorhanden, und trägt so zu deren Einarbeitung bei, verhindert die Ausbildung flüssigkristalliner Phasen und hat Anteil an der Bildung klarer Produkte. Die Viskosität des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels verringert sich mit zunehmender Lösungsmittelmenge.
Vorzugsweise ist das Lösungsmittel ausgewählt aus der Gruppe umfassend Methanol, Ethanol, Propanol, Isopropanol, Ethylenglycol, Butylglycol, Propylenglycol, Polypropylenglycole sowie Gemischen derselben. Besonders bevorzugt enthält das Reinigungsmittel für harte Oberflächen Ethanol als Lösungsmittel.
Das Mittel kann weiterhin Hydrotrope enthalten. Hierbei handelt es sich um Löslichkeitsvemittler. Geeignete Hydrotrope sind beispielsweise Harnstoff, Butylglycol, oder aliphatische kurzkettige anionische oder amphotere Lösungsvermittler.
Die für das Mittel günstige Viskosität liegt bei 20 0C und einer Scherrate von 30 min"1 - gemessen mit einem Viskosimeter vom Typ Brookfield LV DV Il und Spindel 31 - im Bereich von 5 bis 1500 nnPa-s, vorzugsweise 10 bis 1200 mPa s, insbesondere 20 bis 1.000 mPa s.
Zur Einstellung der Viskosität kann das Mittel weiterhin ein oder mehrere wasserlösliche Salze als Elektrolyte enthalten. Es kann sich dabei um anorganische und/oder organische Salze handeln.
Zur weiteren Verbesserung des Ablauf- und/oder Trocknungsverhaltens kann das Mittel ein oder mehrere Additive aus der Gruppe der Polymere und der Gerüststoffe (Builder) enthalten, üblicherweise in einer Menge von 0,001 bis 5 Gew.-%.
Daneben können noch ein oder mehrere weitere - insbesondere in Handgeschirrspülmitteln und Reinigungsmitteln für harte Oberflächen - übliche Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe, insbesondere UV- Stabilisatoren, Parfüm, Perlglanzmittel, Farbstoffe, Korrosionsinhibitoren, Konservierungsmittel, Desinfektionsmittel, Enzyme, pH-Stellmittel sowie Hautgefühl-verbessernde oder pflegende Additive in Mengen von üblicherweise nicht mehr als 5 Gew.-% enthalten sein.
Der pH-Wert des Mittels kann mittels üblicher pH-Regulatoren, beispielsweise Säuren wie Mineralsäuren oder Citronensäure, Benzoesäure und/oder Alkalien wie Natrium- oder Kaliumhydroxid, eingestellt werden, wobei - insbesondere bei gewünschter Handverträglichkeit - ein Bereich von 4 bis 9, vorzugsweise 5 bis 8, insbesondere 5,5 bis 7,5, bevorzugt ist.
Zur Einstellung und/oder Stabilisierung des pH-Werts kann das Mittel ein oder mehrere Puffer-Substanzen enthalten.
Beim Einsatz von Benzoesäure, Salicylsäure oder Milchsäure als pH-Regulatoren und/oder Puffer- Substanzen können diese Verbindungen die antibakterielle Wirkung des Silbers und/oder der Silberverbindung unterstützen bzw. verstärken.
Zur Reinigung einer harten Oberfläche wird das erfindungsgemäße Reinigungsmittel entweder direkt, dass heißt unverdünnt, beispielsweise mittels eines Schwamms, auf die zu reinigende Oberfläche aufgebracht und anschließend mit Wasser wieder entfernt.
Alternativ kann das erfindungsgemäße Reinigungsmittel zunächst mit Wasser auf Konzentrationen von 1 : 1 bis 1 : 1000 verdünnt werden und anschließend wird die erhaltene Reinigungslösung mit der zu reinigenden Oberfläche in Kontakt gebracht.
In beiden Fällen tritt eine antibakterielle Reinigung der harten Oberfläche auf, in dem die Zahl der vorhandenen Keime und Bakterien bei dem eigentlichen Reinigungsvorgang deutlich stärker reduziert wird, als bei einem Reinigungsmittel ohne zugesetzten antibakteriellen Wirkstoff.
Ausführungsbeispiele:
In Tabelle 1 sind die Zusammensetzungen von zwei Vergleichsrezepturen V1 und V2 sowie die Zusammensetzungen eines erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittels für harte Oberflächen E1 (alle Mengen sind in Gew.-% Aktivstoff, bezogen auf das Mittel) angegeben:

Von allen drei Mitteln wurde der olfaktorische Geruchsfaktor (OFG) bestimmt.
In einem ersten Test wurde dazu jeweils ein Schwamm 10 mal für jeweils 2 Minuten in eine 35 0C warme Spülflotte (4 ml Reinigungsmittel V1 , V2 oder E1 auf 5 Liter Wasser) gepresst. Das Wasser der Spülflotte wies einen Härtegrad von 16 dH auf. Außerdem enthielt die Spülflotte 10 g eines künstlichen Schmutzes (IKW Testschmutz Nr. 2, fettreich).
In einem zweiten Test wurden 6 ml der Reinigungsmittel V1 , V2 und E1 jeweils auf einen Schwamm gegeben.
Die derart vorbehandelten Schwämme wurden jeweils für 48 Stunden in eine Dünnschichtchromatographie-Kammer aus Glas mit neutraler Atmosphäre gelagert und anschließend von 10 Testpersonen bezüglich des Geruchs beurteilt (Note 1 = neutraler Geruch, Note 10 = starker natürlicher Schlechtgeruch). Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 2 gezeigt.

Die Bestimmung des olfaktorischen Geruchsfaktors (OFG) zeigt deutlich, dass mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel E1 nicht nur bei konzentrierter Verwendung des Reinigungsmittels (TEST 2) die Entstehung von unangenehmen Gerüchen, hervorgerufen durch Bakterien, reduziert werden kann, sondern auch bei verdünnter Verwendung (TEST 1 ).
In Tabelle 3 sind die Zusammensetzungen von sieben erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmitteln für harte Oberflächen E2 bis E8 (alle Mengen sind in Gew.-% Aktivstoff, bezogen auf das Mittel) angegeben:

Alle erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel E2 bis E8 waren klar und auch nach 10 Wochen Lagerung stabil. In die Reinigungsmittel E2 bis E8 konnten zudem weitere Inhaltsstoffe, wie insbesondere Farbstoffe und/oder Parfüm und/oder Ethanol, problemlos eingearbeitet werden. Die dabei erhaltenen Reinigungsmittel zeigten ebenfalls nach 10 Wochen Lagerung keinerlei Veränderung im Aussehen.
Zur Bestimmung des Schaumvolumens wurde ein SITA Foam Tester R-2000 eingesetzt. Dieser nutzt zur Schaumerzeugung einen Rotor definierter Geometrie, der mechanische Luftblasen in die Flüssigkeit einbringt. Die Messung des Schaumvolumens erfolgt durch einen Nadelsensor, der die Schaumoberfläche abtastet und ein exaktes Bestimmen des Schaumvolumens auch bei unebener Schaumoberfläche gestattet. Die Messbedingungen waren wie folgt: Menge der Produktlösung:
250 ml, Dosierung: 1 ,2 g/l, Wasserhärte 16°d, Umdrehungszahl: 2000rpm, Temperatur der
Produktlösung 4O0C.
Die Messung erfolgte nachdem die Produktlösung 6 mal für 10 Sekunden aufgeschäumt wurde.
Herkömmliche Handgeschirrspülmittel, die eine Tensidkombination aus einem Fettalkoholethersulfat, einem Alkylpolyglucosid und einem Betain oder eine Tensidkombination aus einem Alkylbenzolsulfonat, einem Fettalkoholethersulfat und einem Betain oder eine Tensidkombination aus einem Alkylbenzolsulfonat, einem Fettalkoholethersulfat und einem Alkylpolyglucosid enthalten, erzeugen Schaumvolumina im Bereich von 400 bis 700 ml. Die erzeugten Schaummengen der erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel E2 bis E8 sind geringer als bei herkömmlichen Geschirrspülmitteln, so dass dadurch die Restschaumproblematik reduziert wird. Die erzeugten Schaummengen genügen den Konsumentenerwartungen an ein Handgeschirrspülmittel.
Die Spülleistung der erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel wurde in einer halbautomatischen Tellertest-Apparatur unter Einsatz einer fetthaltigen Mischanschmutzung bestimmt. Dabei wurde bei einer konstanten Temperatur von 40 bis 450C in 5 I Wasser einer Härte von 16° unter konstanten Bedingungen im Vergleich zu dem Handgeschirrspülmittel V1 mit Testschmutz angeschmutzte Teller gespült, bis der vor Versuchsbeginn gebildete Schaum zerstört war. Die Konzentration betrug 3 ml pro 5 Liter Wasser.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsmittel E2 bis E8 wiesen im Vergleich zu dem Reinigungsmittel V1 zwar eine geringere, aber immer noch ausreichend hohe Spülleistung auf.
Ebenso ist es möglich Klarspüler für die maschinelle Reinigung von Geschirr mit einer antibakteriellen Wirkung zu versehen.
In Tabelle 4 ist die Zusammensetzung eines erfindungsgemäßen Klarspülers E9 sowie eines nicht erfindungsgemäßen Klarspülers V3 für die Anwendung in einer Geschirrspülmaschine gezeigt.

Zur Bestimmung des olfaktorischen Geruchsfaktors wurde in handelsüblichen Geschirrspülern durchschnittlich verschmutztes Geschirr und Besteck bei 45 0C unter Zusatz eines Reinigungsmittels (Somat® ex Henkel) und des Klarspülers E9 bzw. V3 gespült. Nach Beendigung des Spülprogramms blieben die Maschinen beladen. Nach 2 Tagen wurde der Geruch im Innenraum durch ein Panel aus 12 geschulten Teilnehmern bewertet (Note 1 = neutraler Geruch, Note 10 = starker natürlicher Schlechtgeruch). Die Ergebnisse zeigen deutlich, dass die Silberhaltige Klarspülerzusammensetzung besser beurteilt wurde und die Entstehung von Schlechtgeruch stärker reduziert.
Mittels einer Desinfektionsmittelprüfung (Phase 2/Stufe 1-Prüfung) gemäß DIN/EN 1276 wurde die antibakterielle Wirkung eines erfindungsgemäßen Handgeschirrspülmittels E10 bestimmt.
In Tabelle 5 ist die Zusammensetzung des erfindungsgemäßen Handgeschirrspülmittels E10 gezeigt, welches diesem Test unterworfen wurde.

Unter den getesteten Bedingungen (Konzentration des Mittels 80% (v/v), Kontaktzeit: 5 Minuten, Temperatur: 20 0C und Inkubationszeit: 16 h) bewirkte das Handgeschirrspülmittel E10 unter sauberen (Zusatz von 0,03 Gew.-% Rinderserumalbumin) und verschmutzten (Zusatz von 0,3 Gew.-% Rinderserumalbumin) Bedingungen eine Reduktion der Bakterienzahl der getesteten Stämme Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomona aeruginosa, Escheria coli und Enterococcus hirae um mindestens den Faktor 105.
Claims
1. Reinigungsmittel für harte Oberflächen, insbesondere Handgeschirrspülmittel, umfassend
(a) eine Tensidkombination aus einem nichtionischen Tensid und einem Aminoxid, und
(b) elementares Silber und/oder eine Silberverbindung.
2. Reinigungsmittel für harte Oberflächen gemäß Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Silberverbindung ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Silberacetat, Silbercitrat, Silberdiaminchlorid-Komplex, Silbercyclodextrin-Komplex, Silberdicyanokalium-Komplex, Silberphthalimid, Silberphenylcyanamid, Silber(ethylenthioharnstoff)-Komplex, Silberimidazolat, Übergangsmetall-NHC-Calix^jaren-Komplexe, Silber-Kronenether, Silbernitrat und Mischungen daraus.
3. Reinigungsmittel für harte Oberflächen gemäß Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dass die Menge an elementarem Silber und/oder an Silberverbindung 0,0001 bis 1 Gew.-%, bezogen auf Reinigungsmittel für harte Oberflächen beträgt.
4. Reinigungsmittel für harte Oberflächen gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das nichtionische Tensid ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus alkoxylierten Fettalkoholen, alkoxylierten Fettsäurealkylestern, Polyhydroxyfettsäureamiden, Alkylphenolpolyglycolethern, Alkylglucosiden und Mischungen daraus.
5. Verwendung von Silber und/oder einer Silberverbindung als antibakterielle Komponente in einem Reinigungsmittel für harte Oberflächen, insbesondere einem Handgeschirrspülmittel, mit einer Tensidkombination aus einem nichtionischen Tensid und einem Aminoxid.
6. Verfahren zur antibakteriellen Reinigung von harten Oberflächen durch Verdünnen eines Reinigungsmittels für harte Oberflächen, insbesondere Handgeschirrspülmittel, umfassend
(a) eine Tensidkombination aus einem nichtionischen Tensid und einem Aminoxid, und
(b) Silber und/oder eine Silberverbindung mit Wasser auf Konzentrationen von 1 : 1 bis 1 : 1000 und Inkontaktbringen der zu reinigenden harten Oberfläche mit der erhaltenen Reinigungslösung.
