Definitions
- the present invention relates to a mobile communication system, a mobile station apparatus, a base station apparatus, a communication control method, and a recording medium storing a program, and particularly to a technique preferably applied to a mobile communication system aiming at security enhancement.
- Attach is a process in which a mobile station device such as a mobile phone registers a location with respect to a network. Normally, Attach is executed when the power of the mobile station apparatus is turned on or when the mobile station apparatus moves between cells.
- Detach is a process in which the mobile station apparatus cancels location registration for the network. Usually, the Detach is executed when the mobile station apparatus is powered off.
- the mobile station 100 reads the USIM (Universal Subscriber Identity Module) information stored in the mobile station 100 after Power ON (S500) (S501). Then, the mobile station 100 performs an Attach procedure based on USIM information among the mobile station 100, the radio base station 120, and the CN (core network) 130 (S502). Thereafter, the mobile station 100 displays a standby screen (S503). After a predetermined time elapses, the mobile station 100 performs a Detach procedure among the mobile station 100, the radio base station 120, and the CN 130 (S504). However, at that time, the mobile station 100 does not delete the USIM information.
- USIM Universal Subscriber Identity Module
- the mobile station 100 when the mobile station 100 performs outgoing call or incoming call (S601) from the state where the standby screen is displayed (S600), the mobile station 100 reads out user information in the mobile station 100 (S602). Then, the mobile station 100 stores the history in the mobile 100 station (S603). After that, the mobile station 100 performs a transmission or reception procedure (S604), and connects to the radio base station 120 and the CN 130 (S605). After performing the call termination procedure (S606), the mobile station 100 displays a standby screen without deleting the user information (S607).
- Patent Document 1 proposes a mobile radiotelephone system that remotely erases user information from a mobile station that is within the reach of radio when it is determined that it has been lost.
- the base station confirms the location registration of the mobile station
- the base station transmits a user information transfer signal to the mobile station, and the mobile station that has received the signal stores it internally. The user information is deleted after being transferred to the base station.
- the general mobile communication system described above and the mobile radio telephone system disclosed in Patent Document 1 have the following problems.
- the first problem is that user information such as USIM information and telephone directory information is stored in the mobile station, so that the user information is lost when the mobile station is lost or stolen, and the user information is leaked to a third party. This is a high possibility that a general mobile communication system has a problem.
- the second problem is that if a mobile station that has been lost or stolen with user information held is not within the wireless reach, the user information cannot be deleted remotely and may be leaked to a third party. It is expensive (a problem that is difficult to solve even with the mobile radio telephone system of Patent Document 1).
- the user information is held in the mobile station, and a method for remotely deleting the user information in the mobile station and a method for locking the operation of the mobile station are realized.
- a method for remotely deleting the user information in the mobile station and a method for locking the operation of the mobile station are realized.
- it since it does not function where radio waves do not reach, there is still a risk of leaking user information when a mobile station is lost or stolen.
- an object of the present invention is to minimize the risk that user information is leaked to a third party when a mobile station device is lost or stolen.
- the mobile communication system of the present invention includes contractor information used for location registration processing of mobile station apparatuses connected via radio, and access information used for access to other mobile station apparatuses and networks.
- a base station controller that transmits and receives user information between the mobile station apparatus and user information including history information representing the access history, and manages user information held in the holder
- a mobile station device that transmits and receives user information between the base station device and a mobile station control unit that manages user information acquired from the base station device.
- the station apparatus does not hold the user information of the mobile station apparatus in advance, and after the mobile station apparatus is powered on, the mobile station control unit acquires the user information from the base station apparatus and temporarily To save.
- the mobile station apparatus of the present invention includes a holding unit that holds user information including contractor information used for location registration processing, access information used to access other devices and networks, and history information representing the access history.
- user information transmitted / received between the base station apparatus that transmits / receives user information and manages the user information held in the holding unit, and acquired from the base station apparatus
- the mobile station control unit manages the mobile station control unit, does not hold its own user information in advance, and after the power is turned on, the mobile station control unit acquires the user information from the base station apparatus and temporarily stores it.
- the base station apparatus of the present invention stores contractor information used for location registration processing of mobile station apparatuses connected via radio, access information used for access to other mobile station apparatuses and networks, and the access history.
- User information is transmitted / received between the holding unit that holds user information including the history information to be displayed and the base station apparatus, and the user information is transmitted / received to / from the mobile station apparatus that manages the user information acquired from the base station apparatus.
- a base station control unit that manages user information held in the holding unit, and the base station control unit sends the mobile station device that does not hold user information in advance to the mobile station device after the power is turned on. Send user information.
- the communication control method of the present invention does not hold in advance user information including contractor information used for own location registration processing, access information used for access to other devices and networks, and history information indicating the history of the access.
- the mobile station apparatus After the mobile station apparatus is powered on, the mobile station apparatus makes a user information acquisition request to the base station apparatus including a holding unit that stores user information. - the radio base station 110 stores history information such as a calling number in the user data storage unit 114 (S409), and then performs a calling procedure (calling or Web connection) with the CN 130 (S410).
- a connection response is transmitted to 100 (S411).
- the mobile station 100 enters a connected state (call or Web connection) with the CN 130 via the radio base stations 120 and 110 (S412). Further, at the end of the call, the mobile station 100 transmits a disconnection request to the radio base station 110 (S413), and the radio base station 110 completes the call termination procedure (call or web connection disconnection) with the CN 130 (S414). Then, a disconnection response is transmitted to the mobile station 100 (S415). Receiving the disconnection response, the mobile station 100 deletes the temporarily stored user information (S416), and the standby screen is displayed (S417).
- the mobile station 100 is configured so that the transmission procedure and the call termination procedure are performed between the radio base station 110 and the CN 130, and the processing between the two parties is completed. Connection status is established more quickly.
