Abstract

본 발명은 이븐 터미널과 오드터미널의 연결부가 서로 교차하도록 교대로 형성하여 X자 크로스중심부에 회전중심을 일치시키고, 터미널의 작동부를 회전시작구간과 회전종료 구간으로 구분하여, 회전시작구간 홈을 깊게 형성하고 회전종료구간의 홈을 상대적으로 낮게 구성하며, 회전체가 종료구간과 맞물린 후 90도 회전이 완료된후 접점 압력 감소가 일어나지 않도록 스토퍼(돌기)를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 케이블용 커넥터에 관한것이다. 이에 따라 본 발명은 이븐터미널과 오드터미널의 회전중심이 같아 동일 회전력에 의한 동일 접점압력을 갖게 되고, FPC/FFC와 복수 개 터미널에서 이븐터미널과 오드터미넣의 누름압력 차이가 없어 동일한 접점 신뢰성을 가질수 있으며, 작동부의 회전시작구간 홈을 깊게 형성하여 약 90도의 회전까지 엑츄에이터의 회전이 쉽도록 되어, 제조공정에서 작업자가 엑츄에이너의 회전이 끝난 지점에서 최대접점 압력을 갖고, 회전이 끝난 후에는 스토퍼에 의하여 접점압력이 감소되는 것을 방지하여 접점압력 감소가 일어나지 않고 계속적인 최대 접점압력을 가질수 있다. 또한 'X자 크로스 빔' 구조에 의하여 FPC/FFC가 최대한 깊숙히 삽입될 수 있어 제품의 사이즈를 슬림하게 구성할 수 있다.
