Abstract

　温度、湿度をパラメータとする加速試験を行って得た寿命特性を解析し寿命推定を行う装置を提供することを目的とする。 　被検計量装置の余寿命を推定する方法において、被検計量装置１００のサンプルにつき温度、湿度を含む少なくとも２種のパラメータに関する加速試験を行い、ストレス対故障率に関する加速試験データを得、前記加速試験データをワイブル解析して通常使用状態における寿命特性を推定し、被検計量装置が設置される環境における前記少なくとも２種のパラメータを実測して累積ストレスの測定データを得、前記寿命特性および前記測定データから前記被検計量装置の余寿命を推定する方法、およびその装置。
