Abstract

La présente invention concerne une technique relative à un dispositif de panneau d'affichage à plasma (PDP) permettant de proposer un nouveau procédé et d'obtenir une amélioration des performances d'affichage des dégradés et des caractéristiques de commande de panneau et une amélioration des performances d'un système d'alimentation. Dans le dispositif PDP, des circuits de commande (Dy, Dx) destinés à une première électrode (Y) et à une seconde électrode (X) sont constitués d'un CI de commande ayant une fonction de sortie d'impulsions de tension de commande d'entretien et sont agencés séparément en correspondance avec des électrodes impaires et paires, et une commande d'adressage et une commande d'entretien sont exécutées simultanément. Le circuit de commande du côté de la seconde électrode (X) ne nécessite aucun circuit installé de manière externe. De plus, le circuit est constitué uniquement du même CI de commande. De ce fait, la connexion d'un câblage de sortie de CI de commande à un panneau peut être simplifiée.
