Abstract

 複合金属酸化物からなる正極活物質、高次構造型カーボンブラックからなる導電助剤、フッ化ビニリデン、テトラフルオロエチレンおよび柔軟性改質フッ素含有モノマーを少なくとも含む三元以上のフッ素系共重合体からなるバインダーおよび有機溶剤からなる合剤に、導電助剤100重量部当り、0.5~10重量部の有機酸を添加してなる非水系電池用正極合剤を形成する。更に、この合剤を集電体の少なくとも一面上に、塗布、乾燥および圧縮して正極合剤層を形成する。これにより、厚肉、高エネルギー密度で且つ健全な正極合剤層を有する正極構造体を与える。
