Abstract
本発明は、長さや直径を均一に制御する金属ナノワイヤの製造方法、形態の均一性に優れた金属ナノワイヤ、及び形態の均一性に優れた金属ナノワイヤを用いた導電性と透明性に優れた透明導電体を提供する。この金属ナノワイヤの製造方法は、ワイヤ状の形態を有する金属ナノワイヤの製造方法であって、溶液中で金属イオンを還元して核金属粒子を形成する核形成工程(A)と、該核形成工程(A)の後に、金属イオンを還元して得られる還元金属を該核金属粒子の表面に直接沈積して、該核金属粒子を成長させる粒子成長工程(B)とを有することを特徴とする。
