Abstract

 保持容量配線に対して絶縁膜を介して対向して配置されることによって保持容量を形成する保持容量上部電極およびドレイン引き出し配線を備える。また、保持容量配線に、基板の面に垂直な方向で該保持容量配線を貫通したスリットが形成されている。スリットは、ドレイン引き出し配線が形成されている領域、および、ドレイン引き出し配線が形成されている領域の両方に対向する領域を含むように設けられる。これにより、画素の開口率を低減することなく、欠陥を目立たなくすることができる修正を実現することができるアクティブマトリクス基板を提供する。
