Abstract
【課題】機械的な駆動機構を持たず、構造が簡単で小型化、低コスト化が可能であって、油膜を高精度に検出することができる油膜検出装置を提供する。 【解決手段】光源から水面等の検出対象面にレーザ光を照射し、検出対象面からの反射光を受光して検出対象面に存在する油膜を検出する油膜検出装置において、X方向駆動電圧、Y方向駆動電圧を印加してそれぞれ発生させたX方向変位、Y方向変位によりレーザ光を2次元的に走査し、検出対象面におけるレーザ光の照射範囲として所望の平面を形成する2次元走査部20を備える。
