Abstract

【課題】簡単な構成で、作業効率を向上するとともに電池素子材料の巻回品質を向上することが可能な巻回装置用変位補正装置を提供する。 【解決手段】巻回装置用変位補正装置100は、電池素子材料1を搬送するための駆動ローラ2および押えローラ3を備える。駆動ローラ2および押えローラ3よりも上流側には、一対のセンサ16,17が設けられている。センサ16,17は、電池素子材料1の変位(搬送位置)を検出し、検出結果を制御部50に与える。制御部50は、与えられた検出結果に基づいてロボシリンダ用モータ10を回転させる。これにより、移動ブラケット8を介して駆動ローラ2および押えローラ3がX方向に移動する。それにより、駆動ローラ2と押えローラ3とに挟み込まれた電池素子材料1もX方向に移動し、その変位が補正される。
