Abstract

 本発明の多孔質フィルムの製造方法は、少なくともポリオレフィンを含有する樹脂シートを延伸処理して延伸フィルムを作製し、その後、該延伸フィルムに真空紫外線を照射する。本発明の非水電解質電池用セパレータは、前記本発明の製造方法によって得られた多孔質フィルムからなる。本発明の非水電解質電池は、前記本発明の非水電解質電池用セパレータを備える。
