Abstract

 離型時に型表面に付着したままの状態にある薄板状の被成形体を容易に剥離することができ、スループットの向上を図ることのできるインプリント方法を提供すること。表面にパターンが形成された型(1)と樹脂製の薄板状の被成形体(2)とを相対的に移動させることにより前記被成形体(2)の表面に前記型(1)を押し付け、前記型(1)表面のパターンを前記被成形(2) の表面に転写した後、前記型(1)表面に付着したままの状態の前記被成形体(2)を離型させる際、前記被成形体(2)の転写領域外(21)を保持部材(4)によって保持し、前記保持部材(4)が前記型(1)表面から離間する方向へ前記型(1)と前記保持部材(4)とを相対的に移動させることにより、前記被成形体(2)を前記型(1)表面から剥離させる。
