Abstract

 外付容量を一切使用せずオフセット電圧が非常に小さくまた集積化の容易なAGC回路を提供する。そのために、利得制御信号により制御される利得を有しオフセット補償信号により出力の直流オフセットが制御される可変利得増幅回路(GCA1)と、この可変利得増幅回路(GCA1)の出力信号をA/D変換するA/D変換回路(AD1)と、このA/D変換回路(AD1)の出力信号のピーク検出を行い、振幅レベルを検出するレベル検出回路(Det1)と、このレベル検出回路(Det1)の出力信号に応じた利得制御信号を出力する利得制御回路(Gctrl1)と、A/D変換回路(AD1)の出力信号から直流成分を取り出すローパスフィルタを備えたオフセット検出回路(Det2)と、オフセット検出回路(Det2)の出力信号をD/A変換しオフセット補償信号を出力するD/A変換回路(DA1)とを設ける。
