Abstract
Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von stabilen Suspensionen von fein dispergierten kolloiddispersen kristallinen Titandioxid-Partikeln, umfassend die hydrothermale Behandlung von wässrigen molekulardispersen SoI-GeI-Lösungen, die aus amorphen wasserlöslichen Vorstufenpulvern hergestellt worden sind. Die so erhaltenen Suspensionen können u.a. zur Herstellung von dünnen transparenten kristallinen Schichten verwendet werden.
