Abstract

L'invention concerne une pompe comprenant un cylindre à l'échelle nanométrique qui est suspendu dans un boîtier. Par exemple, le cylindre et la butée agissent conjointement pour pomper des molécules dans une direction telle que le cylindre fasse rebondir la butée. La vitesse et le mouvement du cylindre à l'échelle nanométrique peuvent également être influencés électrostatiquement ou électromagnétiquement.
