Abstract

The present invention discloses an atomizer with MEMS-based spray device. It mainly comprises an actuator capable of low frequency driving and thin spray nozzle to avoid the temperature generation as operating. The present invention further discloses a processing method of a spray nozzle structure used for an atomizer. The atomizer with MEMS-based spray device according to present invention can effectively improve the stability, power and cost of mass spectrum analysis.
