Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour synthétiser des nanostructures en carbone. Une couche organo-métallique est déposée sur un substrat présentant un masque de dépôt. Le masque est retiré, ce qui permet d'éliminer également la partie du précurseur organo-métallique déposé sur le masque. Les parties restantes de la couche organo-métallique sont oxydées de manière à produire un catalyseur de croissance métallique sur le substrat, qui peut être utilisé pour la synthèse de la nanostructures de carbone.
