本发明的天然抗菌材料以天然竹纤维浆粕为原料, 制作为竹纤维织物。 所述的竹纤维织物为竹纤维织造布。
所述的竹纤维织物为竹纤维非织造布。
该抗菌材料以天然竹纤维桨粕和其他成分纤维为原料, 制作为混紡织 所述的混纺织物织造布或非织造布。
上述的非织造布即为无纺布。 本发明的织物可应用于医用敷料、 纱布、 绷带; 或应用于创可贴、 尿 布、 卫生巾或其它类似物的直接与人体表皮和肌肉组织创伤表面相接触 的基底。
具体应用请见如下举例:
由 100%竹纤维或竹纤维同其他纤维混紡制成织造布或非织造布, 可将此 种织物制成敷料, 可有效预防治疗烧伤, 烫伤, 创伤, 手术, 绷裂, 溃疡等 创面的感染, 溃烂, 加快创面愈合复原的速度。
将上述织物制成绷带, 可有效预防治疗烧伤, 烫伤, 创伤, 手术, 绷裂, 溃疡等创面的感染、 溃烂, 加快创面愈合复原的速度。
将上述织物制成创可贴, 可有效预防治疗烧伤, 烫伤, 创伤, 手术, 绷裂, 溃疡等创面的感染、 溃烂, 加快创面愈合复原的速度。 . 将上述织物制成卫生巾, 可有效预防治疗妇***部绷裂和因手术而引起的 创面的感染、 溃烂, 加快创面愈合复原的速度, 使用简单方便, 无毒无副作 用。
将上述织物制成尿布, 可有效预防婴儿细菌感染, 不会引起皮肤的过敏反 应。
以下再对利用本发明上述抗菌材料所制得的相关的抗菌产品分别描述如下: 请分别参阅图 1一图 4所示,
它们示意了本发明的几个实施例图。 各图中, 1表示袜口、 2表示袜筒、 3表 示袜身、 4表示趾套。
天然抗菌袜由袜口 1、 袜筒 2、 袜身 3、 和趾套 4组成, 袜口 1、 袜筒 2、 袜 身 3、 趾套 4依人体的脚形从上向下一体编织成型, 趾套 4由竹纤维纱线编织成 型并与袜身连接为一体。
所述的袜口 1、 袜筒 2、 袜身 3、 和趾套 4可以全部采用竹纤维抗菌纱线编织 成型连为一体, 也可以局部采用竹纤维抗菌纱线编织成型。
所述的袜口 1、 袜筒 2、 袜身 3、 和趾套 4可以采用 100%竹纤维制成纱线编 织成型, 也可以采用竹纤维与其他纤维混纺制成的纱线编织成型。
所述的袜口 1、 袜筒 2、 袜身 3、 和趾套 4也可以采用竹纤维纱线与普通纱线 的混纺物编织成型。 所述的袜口 1、 袜筒 2构成一连体裤, 也就是说袜筒 2的一部分为裤裆, 一 部分为双腿型, 连体裤与袜身 3、 和趾套 4均由竹纤维纱线编织连接为一体。
所述的趾套 4的趾数小于等于五个。
在图 5和图 6中, 1代表内层, 2代表外层, 3代表填料层, 4代表粘胶 层, 5代表防粘纸, 6代表罗纹行线, 7代表扇翅, 8代表飞边。
请参考图 5, 本发明的妇女用卫生巾, 包括内层 1和外层 2以及填料层 3, 还包括粘胶层 4和防粘纸 5, 其中, 填料层 3在内层 1和外层 2之间, 粘胶层 4与外层 2及防粘纸 5连接, 内层 1为竹纤维制成的无纺布, 填料层 3为可吸 收液体的软质填料。
参考图 6,本发明的妇女用卫生巾贴身内层 1采用了竹纤维制成的无纺布, 内层 1和外层 2呈展蝶翅形, 长向蜂腰处有扇翅 7, 侧边有飞边 8 , 两端和裆 内侧处有罗紋行线 6, 外形转角凸缘处有粘胶层 4和防粘纸 5。
在本发明中, 卫生巾的内层 1 和外层 2均可以是竹纤维无纺布, 进一步 的, 可以釆用竹纤维织物来代替竹纤维无紡布。
所述的竹纤维织物包括机织、 针织织物和水刺、 针刺制成的无纺织物。 可以采用竹纤维织物代替竹纤维无纺布, 竹纤维织物包括针织物和机织 物。
依本发明的原理, 也包括竹纤维卫生护垫。
请参阅图 7所示, 在图 7中, 1代表毛圈层, 2代表基底层。
本发明的天然抗菌毛巾包括毛圈层 1、 基底层 2, 毛圈层 1覆盖于基底层 2 的两面, 毛圈层 1为竹纤维制成的纱线层。
所述的基底层 2为竹纤维制成的底层。
所述的毛圈层 1也可可采用竹纤维与其他纤维混纺的纱制成的纱线层。
所述的毛圈层 1和基底层 2都可采用竹纤维与其它纤维混纺制成纱线层和底 层。
请参阅图 8所示, 图中, 1代表裤身, 2代表外层织物, 3代表裤裆。 在本发 明中, 竹纤维抗菌内裤, 由裤身 1和裤裆 3组成。 其中裤裆 3是双层的, 外层 2 采用机织物或针织物或非织造布, 内层采用竹纤维织物层。
所述的竹纤维织物层可以是机织布, 针织布和非织造布。 所述的裤身、 裤裆各层可以全部采用竹纤维抗菌织物, 也可以局部采用竹纤 维抗菌织物。
所述的竹纤维抗菌织物可以釆用 100%竹纤维制成纱线, 也可以采用竹纤维 与其他纤维混纺制成的纱线。

以下从几组抗菌实验报告来说明本发明的上述抗菌材料具有的抗菌性以及上 述几种天然抗菌产品具有的抗菌性。
实验一
实验机构: 日本化学纤维检查协会
实验方法: 统一实验法
实验细菌: 黄色葡萄球菌 (staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538P)
洗涤方法: 高温加速洗涤法 (JAFET标准洗剂)

根据统一实验法,静菌活性值在 2.2以上即可证明有抗菌性,由此可以推导出竹 纤维对于黄色葡萄球菌有抗菌性.
实验二
实验机构: 日本化学纤维检査协会
实验方法: 统一实验法
实验细菌: MRS A菌 (Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus IID 1677) 洗涤方法: 高温加速洗涤法(JAFET标准洗剂) 试 料 生菌数 静菌活性值 杀菌活性值 竹纤维 (原品) 1.0X 103 3. 0 0.1

根据统一实验法,静菌活性值在 2.2以上即可证明有抗菌性,由此可以推导出竹 纤维对于 MRSA菌有抑制作用。
实验三
实验机构: 日本纺织检查协会
实验方法: 将实验菌接种在透明的平板上, 将受试品放在上面, 在 27±1 的 温度下, 经过 7天后, 测量受试品四周生成的细菌生长阻止带的宽度。
实验细菌: 白癣菌(Trychophyton mentagropphytes IFO 5466)

根据统一实验方法, 阻止带宽度在 2.2 以上即可证明有抗菌性,由此证明竹纤 维对于白癣菌有抗菌效果。 工业应用性
本发明的抗菌材料以天然竹纤维浆粕为原料, 制作为竹纤维织物, 或 以天然竹纤维浆粕和其他成分纤维为原料制作为混纺织物。 经测试证明, 利用天然竹纤维所制得的抗菌材料, 对于黄色葡萄球菌、 MRSA 菌、 白癣菌 等细菌具有良好的抗菌效果。 因此本发明的抗菌材料与传统的抗菌材料相比, 更加安全, 无毒副作用; 另一方面, 由于竹纤维所采用的原料为天然竹子, 天然竹子在我国有着极为丰富的资源, 而不必像棉花那样需要人工种植, 同 样也不必砍伐有限的森林资源, 不会因过度砍伐大量的木材会而破坏生态环 境。
本发明的天然抗菌袜与传统的抗菌袜相比, 它不用填加任何化学抗菌剂, 而 是部分或全部选用了竹纤维作为原料制成, 由于竹纤维具有天然抗菌性, 因而本 发明不仅具有天然纤维柔软, 穿着非常柔软舒适, 吸湿透气性好; 而且对于白癣 菌, 黄色葡萄秋菌, MRSA菌均有很好的抗菌效果; 使用方便, 无毒, 无副作用。
本发明妇女用卫生巾由于釆用竹纤维织物与人体表面接触, 所以可以抗 菌、 防感染、 抑制细菌生长, 且无毒、 副作用, 卫生巾更能贴合在人的表体, 防止侧漏, 前漏和后漏; 贴挂胶条可以适用于各种内裤, 且飞边适应腿窝隔 离不出现摩损伤皮肤, 并且结构简单, 使用可靠无不适应感觉, 预防和抗金 葡萄球菌、 MRSA菌。
本发明的天然抗菌毛巾包括毛圈层、 基底层, 毛圈层覆盖于基底层的两面, 毛圈层为竹纤维制成的纱线层。 由于竹纤维天然具有抗菌性, 因而本发明毛巾不 仅具有天然纤维柔软, 舒适的特点, 而且对于白癣菌, 黄色葡萄球菌, MRSA菌 均有很好的抗菌效果; 使用方便, 无毒, 无副作用。
本发明内裤的裤身、 裤裆以及裤裆的内层或外层部分或全部选用了竹纤维作 为原料制成, 由于竹纤维具有天然抗菌性, 且不用填加任何化学抗菌剂, 多次洗 涤后仍能维持抗菌效果, 对人体起到良好的保健作用; 而且穿着非常柔软舒适, 吸湿透气性好; 因而该内裤不仅具有天然纤维柔软, 对于白癣菌, 黄色葡萄球菌, MRSA菌均有很好的抗菌效果; 使用方便, 无毒, 无副作用。

Claims

1. 一种天然抗菌材料, 其特征在于: 该抗菌材料以天然竹纤维浆粕为 原料, 制作为竹纤维织物。 '
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的天然抗菌材料, 其特征在于: 所述的竹纤维 织物为竹纤维织造布。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的天然抗菌材料, 其特征在于: 所述的竹纤维 织物为竹纤维非织造布。
4. 一种天然抗菌材料, 其特征在于: 该抗菌材料以天然竹纤维浆粕 和其他成分纤维为原料, 制作为混纺织物。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的天然抗菌材料, 其特征在于: 所述的混纺 织物织造布或非织造布。
6. 一种根据权利要求 1一 5任一项所述的天然抗菌材料的用途, 其特 征在于: 所述织物可应用于医用敷料、 纱布、 绷带; 或应用于创可贴、 尿布、 卫生巾或其它类似物的直接与人体表皮和肌肉组织创伤表面相 接触的基底。
7. 一种天然抗菌内裤, 该内裤由裤身、 裤裆等组成, 其特征在于: 裤裆 是双层的, 外层采用机织物或针织物或非织造布, 内层为竹纤维织物 层。
8. 如权利要求 1所述的竹纤维抗菌内裤, 其特征在于: 所述的竹纤维织 物层可以是机织布, 针织布和非织造布。
9. 如权利要求 1所述的天然抗菌内裤, 其特征在于: 所述的裤身、 裤裆 各层可以全部采用竹纤维抗菌织物, 也可以局部采用竹纤维抗菌织 物。
10. 如权利要求 1所述的天然抗菌内裤, 其特征在于: 所述的竹纤维抗 菌织物可以采用 100%竹纤维制成纱线, 也可以釆用竹纤维与其他纤 维混纺制成的纱线。
、 如权利要求 1所述的天然抗菌内裤, 其特征在于: 所述的竹纤维抗 菌织物也可以采用竹纤维纱线与普通纱线的交织物。
