本发明涉及抗菌面料技术领域,具体为一种医用抗菌面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
随着科技技术的不断发展和人们的生活水平不断提高,人们逐渐开始对舒适抗菌的面料有了新的追求,在纺织品面料中,由于面料属于高分子聚合物的化学结构和多孔物体形状使得微生物有良好的生存繁衍附着的栖息地,然而这些微生物不仅人体具有危害并且也污染了纤维面料,在医用领域中是不能使用的,因此抗菌面料受到医用领域的人们广受关注。
抗菌面料是有纤维组成的纺织品面料,尼龙纤维内部和涤纶纤维内部在高温时将抗菌面料注剂固定在其内部从而保护纤维不易产生微生物,其抗菌面料注剂抗菌的原因是微生物细胞内的渗透压是微生物细胞外渗透压的20-30倍,使得微生物细胞破裂终止微生物细胞的代谢从而达到杀菌、抑菌以及抗菌的效果。
目前抗菌面料中添加了金属离子达到抗菌的特点,使得面料除了抗菌效果外还具有很好的耐热性以及持久性,但是金属离子使用面积大、易变色且成本较高的缺点,使得金属离子抗菌面料得不到广泛使用,此外还有在面料中添加天然抗菌剂,天然抗菌剂是由甲壳素、芥末、蓖麻油、山葵等天然植物提取而成,但抗菌能力有限,耐热性能差,使得使用量少。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种医用抗菌面料的生产工艺,通过石墨烯为疏水性平面结构和亲水边缘结构,微生物在面料中的石墨烯材料接触后通过电荷的转移刺激自由基反应,从而破坏微生物细胞膜结构使得微生物死亡,石墨烯以天然玉米芯为原材料,具有可再生性,不会对资源造成掠夺性开发,通过涤纶纤维、粘胶纤维和超细纤维进行混纺,并在混纺面料中添加抗菌剂,使得抗菌剂在面料中均匀分布,有效改善纤维强度、耐热性以及抗静电性能。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种医用抗菌面料的工艺,由以下重量比纤维混合纺织而成的混合面料,包括涤纶纤维10-20份、粘胶纤维10-20份、超细纤维10-20份,混合面料经过抗菌剂浸轧处理后而成,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、同浴染色:在同一容器中放入涤纶纤维10-20份、粘胶纤维10-20份、超细纤维10-20份,加入抗菌剂1-3%并按需求加入染剂;
S2、浸轧工艺:将涤纶纤维10-20份、粘胶纤维10-20份、超细纤维10-20份通过纺织机混合纺织后加入抗菌剂并浸轧,轧液率70-90%;
S3、脱水打包将步骤二处理过的面料在80-110℃环境脱水后烘干130-160℃,再用无菌打包袋打包成品。
优选的,所述抗菌剂的成分包括有壳聚糖40-60%、石墨烯40-60%。
优选的,所述涤纶纤维通过高速粉碎机将聚酯切片并粉碎处理,利用机械搅拌器对聚酯和1,4丁二醇混合并加入甲醛和水放入反应容器中,通过三乙醇胺调节PH值为弱碱性后水浴加热60-90分钟,然后36%乙酸调节PH值为弱酸性反应120后在130℃固化所得。
优选的,所述粘胶纤维以木纤维为原料经过化工工艺制成可溶性纤维素黄原酸酯后再用碱液制成粘胶再经过湿法纺丝所得。
优选的,所述超细纤维为超细合成纤维,包括聚酯、聚酰胺、聚丙烯腈、聚四氟乙烯,优选聚酯和聚酰胺一种或两种。
优选的,所述混合面料,包括涤纶纤维10-20份、粘胶纤维10-20份、超细纤维10-20份,混合面料经过抗菌剂浸轧处理后而成。
优选的,所述脱水时间为3-5分钟,烘干时间为10-30分钟。

(2)该医用抗菌面料,通过涤纶纤维、粘胶纤维和超细纤维进行混纺,并在混纺面料中添加抗菌剂,使得抗菌剂在面料中均匀分布,有效改善纤维强度、耐热性以及抗静电性能。

所述超细纤维为超细合成纤维,包括聚酯、聚酰胺、聚丙烯腈、聚四氟乙烯,优选聚酯和聚酰胺一种或两种。
实施例3
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种医用抗菌面料的生产工艺,包括涤纶纤维20份、粘胶纤维15份、超细纤维10份混合纺织而成,混合面料经过抗菌剂浸轧处理后成为成品,标记为抗菌面料三,其具体步骤为:
S1、同浴染色:在同一容器中放入涤纶纤维20份、粘胶纤维15份、超细纤维10份,加入抗菌剂3%并按需求加入染剂;
S2、浸轧工艺:将涤纶纤维20份、粘胶纤维15份、超细纤维10份通过纺织机混合纺织后加入抗菌剂并浸轧,轧液率90%;
S3、脱水打包将步骤二处理过的面料在110℃环境脱水后烘干160℃,再用无菌打包袋打包成品。
其中,脱水时间为5分钟,烘干时间为30分钟。
所述抗菌剂的成分包括有壳聚糖60%、石墨烯40%。
所述涤纶纤维通过高速粉碎机将聚酯切片并粉碎处理,利用机械搅拌器对聚酯和1,4丁二醇混合并加入甲醛和水放入反应容器中,通过三乙醇胺调节PH值为弱碱性后水浴加热90分钟,然后36%乙酸调节PH值为弱酸性反应120后在130℃固化所得。

所述超细纤维为超细合成纤维,包括聚酯、聚酰胺、聚丙烯腈、聚四氟乙烯,优选聚酯和聚酰胺一种或两种。
抗菌性能测试
参照FZ/T73023标准中的振荡法进行测试,测试结果见表1:

综上所述,该一种医用抗菌面料的生产工艺,通过石墨烯为疏水性平面结构和亲水边缘结构,微生物在面料中的石墨烯材料接触后通过电荷的转移刺激自由基反应,从而破坏微生物细胞膜结构使得微生物死亡,石墨烯以天然玉米芯为原材料,具有可再生性,不会对资源造成掠夺性开发,通过涤纶纤维、粘胶纤维和超细纤维进行混纺,并在混纺面料中添加抗菌剂,使得抗菌剂在面料中均匀分布,有效改善纤维强度、耐热性以及抗静电性能。

Claims (7)

1.一种医用抗菌面料的工艺,其特征在于:由以下重量比纤维混合纺织而成的混合面料,包括涤纶纤维10-20份、粘胶纤维10-20份、超细纤维10-20份,混合面料经过抗菌剂浸轧处理后而成,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、同浴染色:在同一容器中放入涤纶纤维10-20份、粘胶纤维10-20份、超细纤维10-20份,加入抗菌剂1-3%并按需求加入染剂;
S2、浸轧工艺:将涤纶纤维10-20份、粘胶纤维10-20份、超细纤维10-20份通过纺织机混合纺织后加入抗菌剂并浸轧,轧液率70-90%;
S3、脱水打包将步骤二处理过的面料在80-110℃环境脱水后烘干130-160℃,再用无菌打包袋打包成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用抗菌面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂的成分包括有壳聚糖40-60%、石墨烯40-60%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用抗菌面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述涤纶纤维通过高速粉碎机将聚酯切片并粉碎处理,利用机械搅拌器对聚酯和1,4丁二醇混合并加入甲醛和水放入反应容器中,通过三乙醇胺调节PH值为弱碱性后水浴加热60-90分钟,然后36%乙酸调节PH值为弱酸性反应120后在130℃固化所得。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用抗菌面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述超细纤维为超细合成纤维,包括聚酯、聚酰胺、聚丙烯腈、聚四氟乙烯,优选聚酯和聚酰胺一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种医用抗菌面料,其特征在于:由以下重量比纤维混合纺织而成的混合面料,包括涤纶纤维10-20份、粘胶纤维10-20份、超细纤维10-20份,混合面料经过抗菌剂浸轧处理后而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用抗菌面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述脱水时间为3-5分钟,烘干时间为10-30分钟。
