Abstract

L'invention relève du domaine des transports et peut s'utiliser dans différentes branches d'industrie pour accorder les mécanismes autorégulateurs de la transmission des machines autoporteuses, des entraînements des machines technologiques et des machines-outils; elle peut également s'utiliser en génie automobile. Elle permet de simplifier la construction, augmenter la fiabilité de fonctionnement des boîtes mécaniques automatiques à variation continue, d'augmenter le rendement, la durée de vie (vie de service) et de réaliser d'importantes économies de carburant. Le procédé est mis en oeuvre par la commande du couple réactif crée dans le maillon de commande d'une boîte planétaire qui est exempte de tout lien rigide avec le corps grâce à l'accord automatique du rapport de transmission entre le moteur et la charge, et ce grâce à une liaison souple avec le corps. Les opérations selon ce procédé peuvent être mises en oeuvre par une boîte à vitesses automatique à variation continue qui contient deux couronnes coniques, des satellites et un élément souple. Le mécanisme de création d'un couple réactif comprend une roue dentée d'un couple de vis, d'une douille de glissement, d'une roue à vis avec possibilité de transfert du couple réactif sur l'élément souple, la roue à vis est reliée rigidement avec la couronne, qui transfère le couple de commande depuis le moteur à travers les satellites du train porte-satellites jusqu'à la charge; l'autre couronne est montée sur l'arbre de sortie et reliée avec la charge, le moteur étant relié par le train porte-satellites.
