Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la réalisation d'un profilage intérieur (4) d'une pièce extérieure métallique du type douille par rétreinte, ce profilage intérieur (4) correspondant au moins sensiblement à une partie intérieure (2) métallique insérable au moins par section dans le sens longitudinal de la pièce extérieure (1), dans la région des sections emmanchables des deux pièces (1, 2). Un profilage extérieur (5) peut être réalisé sur la pièce intérieure (2) qui s'insère au moins par sections dans la pièce extérieure (1). Un profilage intérieur (4) de la pièce extérieure (1) correspondant au profilage extérieur (5) de la pièce intérieure (2) est réalisé avec un outil de rétreinte (3) agissant de l'extérieur sur la pièce extérieure (1). En variante, le profilage intérieur (4) de la pièce extérieure (1) peut également être utilisé pour produire le profilage extérieur (5) de la pièce intérieure (2) au moyen d'un outil de rétreinte (3) agissant de l'extérieur sur la pièce extérieure (1).
