Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour préparer des granules de nourriture pour poissons à forte teneur en huile. Ce procédé consiste à extruder un mélange de composants de base pour former la matrice des granules avec un additif solide à température ambiante, et produire des granules poreux. Cet additif est un lipide ou un acide gras. L'huile est ensuite absorbée dans les granules poreux ainsi formés pour préparer les granules de nourriture pour poissons à forte teneur en huile. De préférence, l'additif est une huile hydrogénée d'origine animale ou végétale, ou un émulsifiant lipide tel qu'un mono-, di- ou triglycéride. Les granules ainsi obtenus, qui peuvent comprendre jusqu'à 50 % en poids d'huile, perdent très peu d'huile lors de leur stockage ou de leur utilisation.
