Abstract

Спосіб одержання капсул ароматичного масла включає утворення емульсії з окремих крапельок ароматичного масла у воді, що містить розчин, щонайменше, одного полімеру, створення полімерних оболонок навколо крапельок ароматичного масла за допомогою коацервації з утворенням у воді капсул, що містять ароматичне масло, і зшивання у воді полімерних оболонок капсул. Спосіб включає додавання допоміжного сушильного агента у воду після зшивання полімерних оболонок і розпилювальне сушіння оброблених цим допоміжним сушильним агентом капсул ароматичного масла з полімерними оболонками для видалення води.
