Abstract
The invention relates to a process for the preparation of surfactants which consists in cultivation of Acinetobacter calcoaceticus IMB B-7241 strain in fluid medium containing mineral salts, urea as a nitrogen source, and burnt sunflower oil as a carbon source, with use of inoculum grown in glucose medium. The concentration of burnt sunflower oil is 3.9-4.1 % (part by volume), and urea content is 0.95-1.05 g/l.
