Abstract
The invention relates to a process for the preparation of surfactants which consists in cultivation of Acinetobacter calcoaceticus IMB B-7241 in fluid medium containing mineral salts, urea as a nitrogen source, industrial glycerin as a source of carbon nutrition, 0.16 µmol/l of copper sulphate and 38 µmol/l of zinc sulphate, wherein urea content is 0.7-0.9 g/l.
