Abstract
The invention relates to a method for the preparation of surfactants which consists in cultivation of Nocardia vaccinii IMB B-7405 strain in fluid medium containing mineral salts, burnt sunflower oil with concentration of 2% (part by volume) as a source of carbon nutrition, treacle as a precursor substance of surfactant biosynthesis, and treacle concentration in oil-containing medium is 0.10-0.15% (weight part), and inoculum is grown in medium with treacle concentration of 1.0-1.5 % (part by volume).
