Abstract
A process for the preparation of surfactants involves cultivation of strain Acinetobacter calcoaceticus IMB B-7241 in fluid medium comprising mineral salts, urea as a nitrogen source, roasted sunflower oil as a source of carbon nutrition, with use of inoculum grown on treacle. The concentration of roasted sunflower oil is 5.9-6.1 % (volume ratio), of urea is 1.2-1.4 g/l. Inoculum is grown on medium with treacle of weight fraction of 1.6-1.8 %.
