發明背景
揭示過用於食品保鮮的容器，其可透過上蓋氣密地封閉，且其蓋具有包含閥功能之開口，將特別是可用手操縱的泵連接此開口，以便在容器內部形成負壓，處於容器中之食品可透過負壓而保持更長時間。通常將此類保鮮容器稱為「真空容器」，儘管僅能實現負壓而無法實現真空。
習知保鮮負壓容器不具任何顯示設備/壓力計或指示器，從而無法得知容器內部是否存在負壓。
發明概要
本發明之目的在於，如此地對本文開篇所述類型之保鮮負壓容器進行改進，使得能夠容易地看出容器內部是否存在負壓，以及該可能的負壓之大小。
本發明用以達成上述目的之解決方案為，該蓋具有內區域，該內區域周圍被蓋緣包圍，其中該蓋內區域被在周圍延伸的撓性型材條緊固在該蓋 緣上，該型材條形成對蓋內區域之高度可變的支承，其中在不存在負壓的情況下，該型材條將該蓋內區域保持在上方的位置上，以及在存在負壓的情況下，該型材條使得該蓋內區域移動至下方的位置上。
在容器內部產生的負壓將可動支承的蓋內區域D朝下拉動，使得使用者能夠容易地看出在容器內部是否存在負壓。在此過程中，該蓋內區域之支承可如此地設計，使得在負壓較小的情況下，蓋內區域下降之程度小於負壓較大的情況。其中，可特別簡單且容易地操作蓋內區域之結構及支承。
在將蓋內區域保持在蓋緣上之型材條與在容器之上緣上密封蓋緣之密封型材條一體相連的情況下，就能特別簡單地製造和安裝。
在密封型材條在蓋內區域之下方的位置上如此地變形，使得抵靠在容器內緣上的密封面有所增大的情況下，對增大該蓋在容器內緣上之密封性特別有利。
在採用密封型材條時，在抵靠在容器內緣上之密封面的壁厚被設計得薄於密封型材條之上區域的壁厚的情況下，對增大密封性同樣較為有利。此外，本發明為此還提出，該密封型材條，特別是該抵靠在容器內緣上的密封面，具有球形突出部、凸起或***。
該密封型材條亦可如此地構建，使其在蓋內區域之下方的位置上既以容器之上緣密封蓋緣，同時又以蓋內區域密封蓋緣。因此，密封型材條在負壓下在其該二末端上發揮出密封作用。

圖1為本發明之保鮮負壓容器之上區域的垂直橫截面的第一實施例，其中內區域2a因負壓而處於最下方的位置上，圖2為第二實施例，其中密封型材條在蓋內區域被抬起的情況下， 既以容器之上緣密封蓋緣，同時又以蓋內區域密封蓋緣。
容器1為保存食品而具有圓形、橢圓形或近似矩形的臥式底部，該底部具有環繞式的容器壁7。朝上敞開的容器內腔5可透過臥式蓋2封閉，在其外緣上緊固有環繞式的密封型材條3，該密封型材條由彈性塑料，如聚矽氧或丙烯酸酯組成，且較佳透過擠出機制成為分段切割的連續型材。
蓋2具有蓋內區域2a，其在周圍被蓋緣2b包圍。蓋內區域2a透過密封型材條3之內上區域3b與蓋緣2b連接，其中密封型材條3以容器壁7之上緣4將蓋緣2b密封。
密封型材條3以其上區域3d緊固在蓋緣2b之底側上，並且以其下外側3c及其下區域3a形成外密封面，該密封面在蓋閉合或被蓋上的情況下密封地抵靠在容器壁7之上緣4的內表面上。

在圖2所示的替代實施方式中，密封型材條3如此地緊固在蓋內區域2a上，使其以其上方的內區域3d形成密封面，該密封面在蓋閉合或被蓋上的情況下密封地抵靠在蓋緣2b與蓋內區域2a之間。

Claims (6)
