技术领域

背景技术
已知用于保鲜食品的容器，所述容器可以通过上部的盖气密地封闭，并且所述容器的盖具有带有阀功能的开口，在所述开口上连接特别是可以用手操纵的泵，以便在容器内部中创造负压，通过所述负压可以较长时间地保存处于容器中的食品。这样的保鲜容器经常被称为“真空容器”，尽管只能实现负压而不能实现真空。

发明内容

密封型廓也可以构造为，使得在盖内部区域的下部位置中，所述密封型廓不仅将盖边缘与容器的上边缘密封，而且同时将盖边缘与盖内部区域密封。因此，密封型廓在负压的情况下在其两个端部上发挥密封作用。
