隨著科技進展,車用科技也有多元化的應用,為駕駛人與乘客帶來更好的體驗,更重要的是能提高行車安全。舉例來說,新款車輛配備有駕駛輔助系統(ADAS),駕駛輔助系統運作時可提供相關警示功能,讓駕駛人能更專注於行駛車輛,讓行車的過程能更安全。然而,科技進展是循序漸進的,而且越進階、功能越完備的駕駛輔助系統往往也反映在價格上,可想而知,部分舊款車輛並沒有配備駕駛輔助系統或其功能較為低階,且另外加裝或升級駕駛輔助系統的費用亦高,造成車主的負擔。
另一方面,市面上亦有應用在車內的多媒體播放器,例如執行CarPlay和Android Auto的多媒體播放器,但是這些多媒體播放器實質上是實現智慧型手機的部分功能,例如提供導航、娛樂與接聽電話等功能,以避免駕駛人在行車的過程中操作智慧型手機。
習知多媒體播放器呈現的畫面仍為圖案與或文字,駕駛人在行駛車輛的過程中,其大部分注意力係聚焦在路況,應無法分心詳看習知多媒體播放器的畫面,可見習知多媒體播放器為行車安全帶來助益相當有限。
有鑒於此,本發明的主要目的是提供一種可攜式車用資訊整合與警示裝置,不需在車輛另外加裝或升級駕駛輔助系統亦可提供警示功能,且能為駕駛人提供直觀的警示效果,以期克服先前技術所述問題。
本發明可攜式車用資訊整合與警示裝置供設置在一車輛,該車輛具有一儀表資訊系統,該可攜式車用資訊整合與警示裝置包含: 一機體,其表面設有一顯示器; 一光圈式警示燈,設置在該機體表面且環繞該顯示器的外圍; 一第一通信介面,設置在該機體中且供連線該車輛的儀表資訊系統; 一第二通信介面,設置在該機體中且供連線一邊緣運算裝置;以及 一處理器,設置在該機體且電性連接該顯示器、該光圈式警示燈、該第一通信介面與該第二通信介面,該處理器透過該第一通信介面從該儀表資訊系統接收一儀表資訊,並根據該儀表資訊透過該顯示器顯示一儀表資訊畫面;當該處理器透過該第二通信介面從該邊緣運算裝置接收一路況資訊,該處理器根據該路況資訊透過該顯示器顯示一路況警示訊息; 該處理器根據該儀表資訊或該路況資訊驅動該光圈式警示燈。
根據本發明的可攜式車用資訊整合與警示裝置,可供使用者攜帶到不同車輛,並連線到邊緣運算裝置和車輛的儀表資訊系統即可使用。該光圈式警示燈可提供醒目的警示效果,讓駕駛人利用眼角餘光也能看到該光圈式警示燈發出的警示燈號,而能即時提升注意力,以視路況即時做出加速、減速或路邊停靠的處置,進而能有效避開危險路況或避免違規超速,藉此落實行車安全。此外,該顯示器能顯示儀表資訊畫面,透過設計排版,其能呈現有別於傳統儀表板的顯示風貌,尤其能強化資訊顯示的對比度,例如放大車速數字字體,或讓其隨著車速升降而變色,供使用者眼睛快速掃過該顯示器也能清楚看到目前車速狀態,而不需盯著看傳統儀表板的指針式車速表或較小的、顏色單調的車速字體,進而能將更多目光聚焦在路況,為行車安全帶來助益。
本發明可攜式車用資訊整合與警示裝置可供使用者隨身攜帶至不同車輛進行安裝,例如可供裝設在一車輛前座中控台的位置,或透過吸盤支架固定在前擋風玻璃的內側,或安裝在機車、摩托車的龍頭處,而本發明可攜式車用資訊整合與警示裝置的電源可取自車輛本身的電源,例如透過電源線連接電源插座。
請參考圖1,一般而言,該車輛10具有一儀表資訊系統11,該儀表資訊系統11收集各種儀表資訊並顯示在駕駛座前方的一儀表板12,舉例來說,該儀表資訊系統11所收集的儀表資訊M可包含(但不限於)車外溫度、引擎轉速、車速、里程數、檔位、油量、水箱水溫和各式燈號(例如方向燈、近光燈和遠光燈),或進一步包含駕駛輔助系統(ADAS)的資料,所述駕駛輔助系統例如可包含(但不限於)盲點偵測系統(BSD)和車道偏離警示系統(LDW)。
請參考圖2與圖3,本發明可攜式車用資訊整合與警示裝置20的實施例包含一機體21、一光圈式警示燈22、一第一通信介面23、一第二通信介面24與一處理器25。
該機體21一表面設有一顯示器26,供車內人員可察看該顯示器26的畫面,該光圈式警示燈22設置在該機體21的該表面且環繞該顯示器26的外圍,如圖2所示,該光圈式警示燈22與該顯示器26之間具有間隔,也就是說,該光圈式警示燈22和該顯示器26皆設置在該機體21的同一表面,若該機體21設有該光圈式警示燈22和該顯示器26的表面為正面,則該機體21面向車頭的表面為背面,該機體21的背面可供組裝在車輛前座中控台的位置,或透過吸盤支架固定在前擋風玻璃的內側。該機體21可為塑膠製成的平板狀構件,可供使用者隨身攜帶。
該第一通信介面23設置在該機體21中且供連線該車輛10的儀表資訊系統11,也就是說,該第一通信介面23的通信協定匹配於該儀表資訊系統11的通信協定,故該第一通信介面23與該儀表資訊系統11能夠建立連線以進行雙向資料傳輸。舉例而言,該第一通信介面23能操作在控制器區域網路匯流排(CAN BUS)通信協定、K-line通信協定或車上診斷系統(OBD或OBD-II)通信協定。當該第一通信介面23與該儀表資訊系統11之間是採用有線連接時,該機體21可設有電性連接該第一通信介面23的一第一連接器(圖中未示),該第一連接器可透過一傳輸線而連接該儀表資訊系統11的連接器,進而建立連線。
該第二通信介面24設置在該機體21中且供連線一邊緣運算裝置13,該邊緣運算裝置13可為使用者的智慧型手機,但不以此為限。該邊緣運算裝置13可安裝並執行一應用程式(APP),當執行該應用程式時,該邊緣運算裝置13能與該第二通信介面24連線,並於建立連線後,該第二通信介面24與該邊緣運算裝置13能進行雙向資料傳輸。當該第二通信介面24與該邊緣運算裝置13之間是採用無線連接時,該第二通信介面24例如可為藍芽低耗功(BLE)介面,對應的,該邊緣運算裝置13可開啟藍芽通信功能,使該邊緣運算裝置13與該第二通信介面24能配對連線。
該邊緣運算裝置13亦具有衛星定位功能(例如:GPS)與行動通信功能,透過衛星定位功能得到一定位座標,也可透過例如***行動通信技術(4G)、第五代行動通信技術(5G)或更進階的行動通信技術的行動通信功能而連線到一雲端伺服器14,該雲端伺服器14為伺服主機,具有網路連線及資料的傳輸、收集、處理及儲存等功能,故能收集並儲存全國各地區之各道路的道路座標以及對應於各道路座標的一路況資訊N,並可即時更新或週期更新各道路座標所對應的該路況資訊N,該路況資訊N可包含交通事件、限速值及/或測速照相地點,所述交通事件可包含例如塞車事件、車禍事件及道路封閉事件…等。所述道路的態樣可包含高速公路、快速道路、平面道路(即:路、街、巷、弄)、交叉路口與隧道…等,但不以此為限。
舉例來說,如圖1所示,該雲端伺服器14可透過網路連線到主管機關伺服器15,因為主管機關之人員已於主管機關伺服器15建置全國各地區之各道路的道路座標以及對應於各道路座標的路況資訊N,並且能定期或即時更新與維護相關資訊,故該雲端伺服器14可從該主管機關伺服器15直接下載最新的各道路座標及其路況資訊N。前述中,該路況資訊N的格式可包含文字或代碼,例如該路況資訊N包含可被該邊緣運算裝置13識別為該測速照相資訊N1的文字或代碼,例如代碼「A0」;或者,該路況資訊N包含可被該邊緣運算裝置13識別為限速值N2的另一文字或另一代碼,例如文字「60kph」;或者,該路況資訊N包含可被該邊緣運算裝置13識別為該交通事件N3的再一文字或再一代碼,例如代碼「E0」。
該處理器25設置在該機體21中且電性連接該顯示器26、該光圈式警示燈22、該第一通信介面23與該第二通信介面24,本發明的實施例中,該處理器25可為積體電路晶片,並可操作在Xerox作業系統(XOS)。本發明透過該第一通信介面23的設置,該處理器25可與該儀表資訊系統11進行雙向資料傳輸,故該處理器25能透過該第一通信介面23從該儀表資訊系統11接收該儀表資訊M,請配合參考圖3,該處理器25根據該儀表資訊M透過該顯示器26顯示一儀表資訊畫面260,該儀表資訊畫面260即包含車外溫度、引擎轉速、車速、排擋擋位、油量…等車輛資訊。該儀表資訊畫面260係透過設計排版的畫面,其能呈現有別於傳統儀表板的顯示風貌,例如前述的車外溫度、引擎轉速、車速、排擋擋位、油量…等車輛資訊可配置在不同位置,亦可設定其字體大小、顏色或顏色變化。
本發明透過該第二通信介面24的設置,該處理器25可與該邊緣運算裝置13進行雙向資料傳輸。當該邊緣運算裝置13執行該應用程式時,該邊緣運算裝置13持續地根據該定位座標從該雲端伺服器14下載對應於該定位座標之道路座標的當下的路況資訊N。當該邊緣運算裝置13得到當下的路況資訊N後,將該路況資訊N透過該第二通信介面24傳送到該處理器25。當該處理器25從該邊緣運算裝置13接收到該路況資訊N,該處理器根據該路況資訊N透過該顯示器26顯示一路況警示訊息。舉例而言,該路況資訊N可包含限速值N2,請參考圖4,該處理器25根據該限速值N2而使該路況警示訊息為具有該限速值N2的圖標270,如圖4所示的限速值N2為50公里/小時;或者,該路況資訊N可包含測速照相資訊N1或交通事件N3,請參考圖4,該處理器25根據該測速照相資訊N1或該交通事件N3使該路況警示訊息為一提醒視窗271,其中,該提醒視窗271內的圖文字為對應於測速照相資訊N1或交通事件N3的可編輯的預設資訊。且如圖4所示,該儀表資訊畫面260與該路況警示訊息(即:圖標270和提醒視窗271)係同時顯示在該顯示器26,於其他實施例中,該提醒視窗271亦可重疊於該儀表資訊畫面260。藉此,當車上人員觀看該顯示器26時,除了能看到該儀表資訊畫面260,亦能同時看到圖標270和提醒視窗271,以瞭解當下路況。
另一方面,該第一通信介面23與該車輛10的儀表資訊系統11有斷線的可能,例如連接兩者的傳輸線鬆脫或接觸不良。當該處理器25於一預設時間後仍未收到該儀表資訊系統11傳來的儀表資訊M,可判斷其已斷線。該處理器25判斷出與該儀表資訊系統11斷線後,可透過該第二通信介面24發出一請求指令給該邊緣運算裝置13,該邊緣運算裝置13可根據該請求指令計算一時速資訊(例如一時速值,單位為kph),並傳送該時速資訊給該處理器25,其中,該邊緣運算裝置13可根據其定位座標計算出該時速資訊,而利用定位座標計算該時速資訊屬公知常識。如此一來,該處理器25可透過該第二通信介面24從該邊緣運算裝置13接收該時速資訊,並於該顯示器26顯示該時速資訊,也就是說,從該第二通信介面24接收的該時速資訊作為該顯示器26顯示車速的替代方案。
該處理器25根據該儀表資訊M或該路況資訊N驅動該光圈式警示燈22。請參考圖3,該光圈式警示燈22包含複數發光二極體彩色燈條(以下簡稱為LED彩色燈條220),其彼此間隔且沿著該顯示器26的外圍環繞設置,本發明的實施例係包含四個LED彩色燈條220,從車上人員的視角來看,當車上人員觀看該顯示器26時,該四個LED彩色燈條220的位置分布在該顯示器26的左上方、左下方、右上方與右下方,且每個LED彩色燈條220具有配合該顯示器26形狀的彎折部221,藉此,使該複數LED彩色燈條220形成整體環繞該顯示器26外圍的型態。請參考圖2,各該LED彩色燈條220透過一微控制器222而電性連接該處理器25,該微控制器222係接收該處理器25的指令而驅動該光圈式警示燈22中的各該LED彩色燈條220,故該處理器25可透過每個微控制器222而對應獨立控制每個LED彩色燈條220,舉例而言,各該LED彩色燈條220包含彼此連接而成的複數RGB-LED元件(即:紅、綠、藍LED元件),該微控制器222可為積體電路晶片,提供8-bits、16-bits或更進階的LED燈色控制功能,例如可控制該光圈式警示燈22中的各該LED彩色燈條220進行閃爍或變色。
舉例而言,當該處理器25透過該顯示器26顯示該提醒視窗271時,亦可同時傳送指令給各該發光二極體彩色燈條的微控制器222,以使該複數LED彩色燈條220呈現醒目的顏色,例如亮紅色。藉此,因為該複數LED彩色燈條220係整體環繞該顯示器26的外圍,故同時呈現醒目顏色的該複數LED彩色燈條220整體上有如形成一醒目光圈,縱使駕駛人眼觀車前路況,也能用眼角餘光看到該醒目光圈,而有效引起駕駛人的注意力,以加強安全駕駛的行為。
為提供多元功能以提升使用者體驗,於一實施例中,請參考圖5,本發明可攜式車用資訊整合與警示裝置可進一步包含一第三通信介面28,該顯示器26可為一觸控顯示器。該第三通信介面28設置在該機體21中,該第一通信介面至該第三通信介面23、24、28可為彼此不同且個別運作的通信介面,該第三通信介面28可為有線或無線通信介面,例如為通用序列匯流排(USB)介面或WiFi介面,其供連線一智慧型行動裝置16,該智慧型行動裝置16例如可為智慧型手機,其中,可由同一支智慧型手機同時扮演該邊緣運算裝置13與該智慧型行動裝置16的角色,或者,該邊緣運算裝置13與該智慧型行動裝置16分別為相異的兩支智慧型手機。
該處理器25電性連接該第三通信介面28以連線該智慧型行動裝置16,當該處理器25透過該第三通信介面28與該智慧型行動裝置16建立連線時,該處理器25可偵測該智慧型行動裝置16的作業系統,並根據該智慧型行動裝置16的作業系統而對應執行一車載整合軟體,且於執行該車載整合軟體時透過該顯示器26顯示如圖6所示的一操作畫面261,該儀表資訊畫面260與該操作畫面261於該顯示器26中可併排顯示,供車內人員除了可觀看該儀表資訊畫面260,也可在該操作畫面261上進行觸控操作。舉例來說,當該處理器25偵測出該智慧型行動裝置16的作業系統是Android,該處理器25所執行的該車載整合軟體為Android Auto;另當該處理器25偵測出該智慧型行動裝置16的作業系統為iOS時,該處理器25所執行的該車載整合軟體為CarPlay。其中,由處理器偵測智慧型行動裝置之作業系統的手段屬公知常識,例如執行JavaScript的navigator.platform相關程式碼即可讀取智慧型行動裝置的作業系統類型。此時,雖然該儀表資訊畫面260與該操作畫面261於該顯示器26中係併排顯示,仍不影響如前所述該提醒視窗271的實施,如圖7所示,該提醒視窗271亦可重疊於該儀表資訊畫面260。
為進一步提升行車安全,於一實施例中,請參考圖5與圖8,本發明可攜式車用資訊整合與警示裝置可進一步包含一第一攝影機31和一第二攝影機32,該處理器25電性連接該第一攝影機31與該第二攝影機32,該第一攝影機31設置在該車輛10的右側並拍攝該車輛的右後方場景,該第二攝影機32設置在該車輛10的左側並拍攝該車輛的左後方場景,舉例來說,請參考圖8,該第一攝影機31可設置在該車輛10的右後視鏡171上,該第二攝影機32可設置在該車輛10的左後視鏡172上,但不以設置在右後視鏡271與左後視鏡272為限,只要是能拍攝到該車輛10的右、左後方場景即可。一般而言,該第一攝影機31和該第二攝影機32可採用感光耦合元件(CCD)攝影機或互補性氧化金屬半導體(CMOS)攝影機。
在一實施例中,請參考圖9,位在該顯示器26右下方的LED彩色燈條定義為一第一LED彩色燈條220A,位在該顯示器26左下方的LED彩色燈條定義為一第二LED彩色燈條220B。當駕駛人切換方向燈撥桿時,該儀表板12會產生對應的燈號,也就是說,該儀表資訊系統11所收集的儀表資訊M中即包含一右方向燈信號或一左方向燈信號。當該處理器25從該儀表資訊系統11接收到該右方向燈信號,該處理器25可控制該顯示器26切換畫面,係停止顯示該儀表資訊畫面260和該操作畫面261,如圖9所示,並令該顯示器26改為顯示該第一攝影機31所拍攝的影像(即:該車輛10的右後方場景262),並控制該第一LED彩色燈條220A可隨著該右方向燈信號同步閃爍或變色;同理,當該處理器25接收到該左方向燈信號,透過該顯示器顯示該第二攝影機32所拍攝的影像(即:該車輛10的左後方場景),並控制該第二LED彩色燈條220B閃爍或變色。
如此一來,透過閃爍或變色的LED彩色燈條220更可提醒駕駛人注意該顯示器26所呈現的後方道路場景是否有來車或行人,特別的是該第一LED彩色燈條220A與該第二LED彩色燈條220B的位置配置,以該第一LED彩色燈條220A為例(該第二LED彩色燈條220B可依此類推),當駕駛人啟動右方向燈時,可看到該第一LED彩色燈條220A閃爍或變色,因為該第一LED彩色燈條220A位在該顯示器26的右下方,故駕駛人可直觀的認為該顯示器26顯示的場景是右後方場景262,而能據以適當完成轉彎或切換車道的駕駛動作。
為了增進車內視聽效果,請參考圖5,本發明可攜式車用資訊整合與警示裝置可更包含一音訊傳輸介面29,該音訊傳輸介面29可連線該車輛10的一音響主機18,也就是說,該音響主機18亦具有與該音訊傳輸介面29匹配的介面,使該音訊傳輸介面29與該音響主機18能彼此連線以進行雙向資料傳輸。舉例來說,該音訊傳輸介面29可為藍芽(Bluetooth)傳輸介面、FM對頻發射器或AUX端子連接介面。該處理器25電性連接該音訊傳輸介面29,以將聲音信號V透過該音訊傳輸介面29傳送到該音響主機18進行播放,讓車內人員都能聽到由本發明可攜式車用資訊整合與警示裝置20發出的音效,舉例來說,該處理器25可於顯示該提醒視窗271時同時播放警示音效,或者,於執行該車載整合軟體時亦播放其相關音效。
該處理器25可具有無線韌體更新功能(Firmware Over-The-Air, FOTA),也就是說,該邊緣運算裝置13可透過其行動通信功能連線到一韌體更新網站,從該韌體更新網站下載一韌體更新程式後透過該第二通信介面24傳送到該處理器25,由該處理器25安裝該韌體更新程式。
綜上所述,該光圈式警示燈22可提供醒目的警示效果,讓駕駛人利用眼角餘光也能看到該光圈式警示燈22發出的警示燈號,而能即時提升注意力,藉此落實行車安全。該顯示器26能顯示儀表資訊畫面260,能強化資訊顯示的對比度,供使用者眼睛快速掃過該顯示器26也能清楚看到車輛資訊,而能將更多目光聚焦在路況,為行車安全帶來助益。藉由該第一攝影機31和該第二攝影機32的設置,配合該處理器25根據方向燈信號所執行的切換畫面功能和驅動該光圈式警示燈22的功能,讓駕駛人可直觀的認為該顯示器26顯示的場景是右後方場景或左後方場景,不需費心思考,有助於駕駛人將注意力聚焦在車輛的行駛與路況。

  1. 一種可攜式車用資訊整合與警示裝置,供設置在一車輛,該車輛具有一儀表資訊系統,該可攜式車用資訊整合與警示裝置包含:一機體,其表面設有一顯示器;一光圈式警示燈,設置在該機體表面且環繞該顯示器的外圍;一第一通信介面,設置在該機體中且供連線該車輛的儀表資訊系統;一第二通信介面,設置在該機體中且供連線一邊緣運算裝置;以及一處理器,設置在該機體且電性連接該顯示器、該光圈式警示燈、該第一通信介面與該第二通信介面,該處理器透過該第一通信介面從該儀表資訊系統接收一儀表資訊,並根據該儀表資訊透過該顯示器顯示一儀表資訊畫面;當該處理器透過該第二通信介面從該邊緣運算裝置接收一路況資訊,該處理器根據該路況資訊透過該顯示器顯示一路況警示訊息;該處理器根據該儀表資訊或該路況資訊驅動該光圈式警示燈。
  2. 如請求項1所述之可攜式車用資訊整合與警示裝置,其中,該光圈式警示燈包含複數LED彩色燈條,其彼此間隔且沿著該顯示器的外圍環繞設置;各該LED彩色燈條透過一微控制器而電性連接該處理器。
  3. 如請求項1所述之可攜式車用資訊整合與警示裝置,其中:該顯示器為一觸控顯示器;該可攜式車用資訊整合與警示裝置包含一第三通信介面,該第三通信介面設置在該機體中且供連線一智慧型行動裝置;該處理器電性連接該第三通信介面以連線該智慧型行動裝置,該處理器根據該智慧型行動裝置的作業系統而對應執行一車載整合軟體,並於執行該車載整合軟體時透過該觸控顯示器顯示一操作畫面;該儀表資訊畫面與該操作畫面於該觸控顯示器中係併排顯示。
  4. 如請求項2所述之可攜式車用資訊整合與警示裝置,更包含一第一攝影機和一第二攝影機,該處理器電性連接該第一攝影機與該第二攝影機,該第一攝影機設置在該車輛的右側並拍攝該車輛的右後方場景,該第二攝影機設置在該車輛的左側並拍攝該車輛的左後方場景;該複數LED彩色燈條包含一第一LED彩色燈條與一第二LED彩色燈條,該第一LED彩色燈條位於該顯示器的右下方,該第二LED彩色燈條位於該顯示器的左下方;當該處理器接收到一右方向燈信號,透過該顯示器顯示該第一攝影機所拍攝的影像,並控制該第一LED彩色燈條閃爍或變色;當該處理器接收到一左方向燈信號,透過該顯示器顯示該第二攝影機所拍攝的影像,並控制該第二LED彩色燈條閃爍或變色。

  8. 如請求項1所述之可攜式車用資訊整合與警示裝置,其中,當該第一通信介面與該車輛的儀表資訊系統斷線,該處理器透過該第二通信介面從該邊緣運算裝置接收一時速資訊,並於該顯示器顯示該時速資訊。
  9. 如請求項1所述之可攜式車用資訊整合與警示裝置,更包含一音訊傳輸介面,該音訊傳輸介面連線該車輛的一音響主機;該處理器電性連接該音訊傳輸介面,以將聲音訊號透過該音訊傳輸介面傳送到該音響主機進行播放。
  10. 如請求項1所述之可攜式車用資訊整合與警示裝置,其中,該處理器具有無線韌體更新功能。
