Abstract

本發明係一種快速接頭結構,其系包括一套合接頭體、一接頭本體及一U型定位卡制銷體,該套合接頭體係為管接頭、三通閥門接頭或洗衣機閥門接頭等,藉由套合接頭體與一管體結合,而U型定位卡制銷體可進行套合之套合接頭體與接頭本體穩定結合,且可進行快速之定位組裝,並降低較小空間或隱蔽位置組裝之困難度,以達組裝穩定性及便利性佳之功效。

Description

快速接頭結構
本創作係有關於一種快速接頭結構,尤指一種應用於管路接頭結構之所屬技術領域者。
按目前習知管路接頭第一、二使用狀態參考圖如圖6、7所示,其係以管體40直接套接結合於管路接頭50上,為了避免管體40脫離套合之管路接頭50,會在以可調整之束管裝置60以鎖合束緊或夾制束緊進行固定,於管路接合時其每一套接處即需設置一束管裝置60,造成接管施作之不便利,且接管設置位置通常都是在較小空間或隱蔽位置,於管體40與管路接頭50套合後,欲調整結合束緊之束管裝置60極為困難,且受限於空間問題工具之使用上亦不便利,故有改良之必要者。
本發明有鑑於習知管路接頭之接合使用便利性及結合穩定性差之問題,乃完成本創作之快速接頭結構。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種快速接頭結構,其系包括一套合接頭體、一接頭本體及一U型定位卡制銷體,該套合接頭體係為管接頭、三通閥門接頭或洗衣機閥門接頭等,而套合接頭體設有一接頭部、接頭身部及一套合部,該套合部內貫通接頭部及接頭身部設有一套合孔,且套合孔設有一孔內壁,而套合部二側分別貫通設有一縱向穿制孔,該二側之縱向穿制孔間設有一抵持卡制塊,且縱向穿制孔相對於孔內壁二側形成相對之一卡制開口及至少一側卡制口,該縱向穿制孔之開口上、下二側分設有一定位凹槽,而接頭本體設有一接頭身部及一結合端頭,且接頭身部與結合端頭內貫通設有一導孔,該接頭身部近結合端頭之左、右二側分別設有一定位卡制凹槽,而接頭身部近結合端頭之上、下側分設有一定位凸點,另U型定位卡制銷體設有一銷座部,該銷座部下方二側呈彈性狀延伸設有二銷身部,而二銷身部之外側分別向外突出設有一卡制凸部,且二銷身部間設有一定位內凹部,該二銷身部係沿一定位線進行定位穿制,其套合接頭體之套合部所設套合孔,與接頭本體之結合端頭套合,而套合孔之孔內壁二側所設卡制開口,與結合端頭二側所設定位卡制凹槽相對,且套合部之套合孔所設縱向穿制孔之二定位凹槽,與接頭本體之接頭身部所設二定位凸點定位固定,而U型定位卡制銷體所設二銷身部沿定位線穿制於套合部二側所設縱向穿制孔,並同時卡制於結合端頭二側所設定位卡制凹槽,該二銷身部外側所設卡制凸部則卡制抵持於縱向穿制孔之孔內壁二側所設側卡制口,且二銷身部間所設定位內凹部卡制於套合部所設抵持卡制塊,藉由套合接頭體之接頭部與管體結合,而U型定位卡制銷體可進行套合之套合接頭體與接頭本體穩定結合,且可進行快速之定位組裝,並降低較小空間或隱蔽位置組裝之困難度,以達組裝穩定性及便利性佳之功效。
為使 貴審查委員能進一步瞭解本創作之結構,特徵及其他目的,玆以如后之較佳實施例附以圖式詳細說明如后,惟本圖例所說明之實施例係供說明之用,並非為專利申請上之唯一限制者。
請配合參閱第1、2圖所示,係本發明快速接頭結構之立體組合狀態及立體分解狀態示意圖,其係包括:
一套合接頭體10,該套合接頭體10係為管接頭、三通閥門接頭或洗衣機閥門接頭等,而套合接頭體10設有一接頭部11、接頭身部12及一套合部13,該套合部13內貫通接頭部11及接頭身部12設有一套合孔130,且套合孔130設有一孔內壁131,而套合部13二側分別貫通設有一縱向穿制孔132,該二側之縱向穿制孔132間設有一抵持卡制塊133,且縱向穿制孔132相對於孔內壁131二側形成相對之一卡制開口134及至少一側卡制口135,而縱向穿制孔132之開口上、下二側分設有一定位凹槽136;
一接頭本體20,該接頭本體20設有一接頭身部21及一結合端頭22,且接頭身部21與結合端頭22內貫通設有一導孔23,該接頭身部21近結合端頭22之左、右二側分別設有一定位卡制凹槽24,而接頭身部21近結合端頭22之上、下側分設有一定位凸點25,其套合接頭體10之套合部13所設套合孔130與結合端頭22套合,而套合孔130之孔內壁131二側所設卡制開口134,與結合端頭22二側所設定位卡制凹槽24相對,且套合部13之套合孔130所設縱向穿制孔132之二定位凹槽136,與接頭身部21所設二定位凸點25定位固定;以及
一U型定位卡制銷體30,該U型定位卡制銷體30設有一銷座部31,該銷座部31下方二側呈彈性狀延伸設有二銷身部32,而二銷身部32之外側分別向外突出設有一卡制凸部320,且二銷身部32間設有一定位內凹部33,該二銷身部32係沿一定位線34進行定位穿制,其二銷身部32沿定位線34穿制於套合部13二側所設縱向穿制孔132,並同時卡制於結合端頭22二側所設定位卡制凹槽24,該二銷身部32外側所設卡制凸部320則卡制抵持於縱向穿制孔132孔內壁131二側所設側卡制口135,且二銷身部32間所設定位內凹部33卡制於套合部13所設抵持卡制塊133;
藉由上述結構之配合,以完成本發明快速接頭結構。
請配合參閱第2至5圖所示,係本發明快速接頭結構之立體分解狀態、結合管體之使用狀態、第一實施例使用於三通閥門接頭狀態及第二實施例使用於洗衣機閥門接頭狀態參考圖,其套合接頭體10係為管接頭、三通閥門接頭或洗衣機閥門接頭等,該套合接頭體10之套合部13所設套合孔130,與接頭本體20之結合端頭22套合,而套合孔130之孔內壁131二側所設卡制開口134,與結合端頭22二側所設定位卡制凹槽24相對,且U型定位卡制銷體30所設二銷身部32穿制於套合部13二側所設縱向穿制孔132,並同時卡制於結合端頭22二側所設定位卡制凹槽24,該二銷身部32外側所設卡制凸部320則卡制抵持於縱向穿制孔132孔內壁131二側所設側卡制口135,且二銷身部32間所設定位內凹部33卡制於套合部13所設抵持卡制塊133,藉由套合接頭體10之接頭部11與管體40結合,而U型定位卡制銷體30可進行套合之套合接頭體10與接頭本體20穩定結合,且可進行快速之定位組裝,並降低較小空間或隱蔽位置組裝之困難度,以達組裝穩定性及便利性佳之功效。
綜上所述,本發明確實可達到上述諸項功能及目的,故本發明應符合專利申請要件,爰依法提出申請。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種快速接頭結構,其係包括:一套合接頭體,該套合接頭體設有一接頭部、接頭身部及一套合部,該套合部內貫通接頭部及接頭身部設有一套合孔,且套合孔設有一孔內壁,而套合部二側分別貫通設有一縱向穿制孔,且套合部二側所設縱向穿制孔間設有一抵持卡制塊,而套合部二側所設縱向穿制孔相對於孔內壁二側形成相對之至少一側卡制口;一接頭本體,該接頭本體設有一接頭身部及一結合端頭,且接頭身部與結合端頭內貫通設有一導孔,該接頭身部近結合端頭之二側分別設有一定位卡制凹槽,其套合接頭體之套合部所設套合孔與結合端頭套合,而套合孔之孔內壁二側所設卡制開口,與結合端頭二側所設定位卡制凹槽相對;以及一U型定位卡制銷體,該U型定位卡制銷體設有一銷座部,該銷座部下方二側呈彈性狀延伸設有二銷身部,而二銷身部間設有一定位內凹部,且二銷身部之外側分別向外突出設有一卡制凸部,其二銷身部穿制於套合部二側所設縱向穿制孔,並同時卡制於結合端頭二側所設定位卡制凹槽,而銷身部所設定位內凹部卡制於套合接頭體之套合部所設抵持卡制塊,且銷身部所設卡制凸部卡制抵持於縱向穿制孔之孔內壁二側所設側卡制口。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之快速接頭結構,其中,該套合接頭體係為管接頭、三通閥門接頭或洗衣機閥門接頭。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之快速接頭結構,其中,該套合接頭體之套合部所設縱向穿制孔開口上、下二側分設有一定位凹槽,而接頭本體之接頭身部近結合端頭之上、下側分設有一定位凸點,其套合部之套合孔所設縱向穿制孔之二定位凹槽,與接頭身部所設二定位凸點定位固定。
