Claims (31)

  1. 一種有機發光二極體(Organic Light Emitting Diode,OLED)像素電路,包括:一驅動電晶體,包括一控制端及一第一連接端及一第二連接端;一OLED單元,耦接到該驅動電晶體之該第一連接端,並受控於該驅動電晶體於一驅動期間中發光;一資料寫入單元,耦接到該驅動電晶體,該資料寫入單元包括一第一儲存元件,該資料寫入單元致動於一資料寫入期間中,用以紀錄一寫入資料電壓於該第一儲存元件之一第一端及一第二端之間;以及一預寫入單元,耦接到該驅動電晶體之該控制端、該驅動電晶體之該第二連接端及該資料寫入單元,該預寫入單元包括一第二儲存元件,該預寫入單元致動於一預寫入期間中,用以紀錄一臨界電壓於該第二儲存元件之一第一端及一第二端之間,其中該臨界電壓與該OLED單元及該驅動電晶體之臨界導通電壓相關;其中,該第一及該第二儲存元件將該臨界電壓及該寫入資料電壓提供至該驅動電晶體之該控制端及該第一連接端之間,以提供一補償驅動電壓來致動該驅動電晶體驅動該OLED單元,其中該補償驅動電壓針對該驅動電晶體及該OLED單元的臨界導通電壓變異量進行補償。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該預寫入單元更包括: 一第一電晶體,受控於一前一級掃瞄訊號為致動,以於該預寫入期間中提供一第一參考電壓至該第二儲存元件之該第二端;及一第二電晶體,受控於該前一級掃瞄訊號為致動,以於該預寫入期間中短路連接該驅動電晶體之該控制端及該第二連接端,該第二儲存元件之該第一端係經由該第二電晶體、該驅動電晶體及該OLED單元放電,使該第二儲存元件對應地儲存該臨界電壓。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該第一電晶體之閘極、源極及汲極係分別接收該前一級掃瞄訊號、接收該第一參考電壓及耦接至該第二儲存元件之該第二端,該第二電晶體之閘極、汲極及源極分別接收該前一級掃瞄訊號、耦接至該驅動電晶體之該第二連接端及耦接至該第二儲存元件之該第一端與該驅動電晶體之該控制端。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該臨界電壓對應至該OLED單元之臨界導通電壓及該驅動電晶體之臨界導通電壓的和。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該第一參考電壓為一接地電位或該OLED單元之一起始臨界導通電壓的二分之一。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該資料寫入單元更包括:一第三電晶體,耦接至一資料線,該第三電晶體受控於一本級掃瞄訊號為致動,以於該資料寫入期間中提供該寫入資料電壓至該第一儲存元件之該第一端;一第四電晶體,受控於該本級掃瞄訊號為致動,以於該資料寫入期間中提供該第一參考電壓(VSS or Vref=1/2 VOLEDi)至該第一儲存元件之該第二端,該第一儲存元件對應地儲存該寫入資料電壓。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該預寫入單元更包括:一第一電晶體,受控於一前一級掃瞄訊號為致動,以於該預寫入期間中提供一第一參考電壓(VSS or Vref=1/2 VOLEDi)至該第二儲存元件之該第二端;及一第二電晶體,受控於該前一級掃瞄訊號為致動,以於該預寫入期間中短路連接該驅動電晶體(M7)之該控制端(G)及該第一連接端(D),該第二儲存元件之該第一端係經由該驅動電晶體及該OLED單元放電,使該第二儲存元件對應地儲存該臨界電壓。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該第一電晶體之閘極、源極及汲極係分別接收該前一級掃瞄訊號、接收該第一參考電壓及耦接至該第二儲存元件之該第二端,該第二電晶體之閘極、汲極及源極分別接收 該前一級掃瞄訊號、耦接至該驅動電晶體之該第一連接端及耦接至該驅動電晶體之該控制端。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該臨界導通電壓對應至該OLED單元之臨界導通電壓及該驅動電晶體之臨界導通電壓的和。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該第一參考電壓為一接地電位或該OLED單元之一起始臨界導通電壓的二分之一。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該資料寫入單元更包括:一第三電晶體,耦接至一資料線,該第三電晶體受控於一本級掃瞄訊號為致動,以於該資料寫入期間中提供該寫入資料電壓至該第一儲存元件之該第一端;一第四電晶體,受控於該本級掃瞄訊號為致動,以於該資料寫入期間中提供該第一參考電壓(VSS or Vref=1/2 VOLEDi)至該第一儲存元件之該第二端,該第一儲存元件對應地儲存該寫入資料電壓。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該資料寫入單元更包括:一第三電晶體,耦接至一資料線,該第三電晶體受控於一本級掃瞄訊號為致動,以於該資料寫入期間中提供該 寫入資料電壓至該第一儲存元件之該第一端;一第四電晶體,受控於該本級掃瞄訊號為致動,以於該資料寫入期間中提供一第一參考電壓至該第一儲存元件之該第二端,該第一儲存元件對應地儲存該寫入資料電壓。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該第三電晶體之閘極、源極及汲極係分別接收該本級掃瞄訊號、耦接至該第一儲存元件之該第一端及耦接至該資料線以接收該寫入資料電壓,該第四電晶體之閘極、源極及汲極分別接收該本級掃瞄訊號、接收該第一參考電壓及耦接至該第一儲存元件之該第二端。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該第一參考電壓為一接地電位或該OLED單元之一起始臨界導通電壓的二分之一。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之OLED像素電路,更包括:一迴路電晶體,該迴路電晶體之一控制端、一第一連接端及一第二連接端分別接收一本級發光訊號(Emission Signal)與一前一級發光訊號其中之一、耦接至該驅動電晶體之該第一連接端及耦接至該第一儲存元件之該第二端。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第15項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該OLED單元包括:一第一OLED元件,第一端耦接至該迴路電晶體之該第一連接端,第二端接收一第二參考電壓。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第16項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該OLED單元更包括:一第二OLED元件,第一端耦接至該迴路電晶體之該第二連接端,第二端接收該第二參考電壓。
  18. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之OLED像素電路,更包括:一迴路電晶體,該迴路電晶體之一控制端及一第一連接端分別接收一前一級發光訊號及耦接至該驅動電晶體之該第一連接端。
  19. 如申請專利範圍第18項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該OLED單元包括:一第一OLED元件,第一端耦接至該迴路電晶體及該驅動電晶體之該第一連接端,第二端接收一第二參考電壓。
  20. 如申請專利範圍第19項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該OLED單元更包括:一第二OLED元件,第一端耦接至該迴路電晶體之一 第二連接端,第二端接收該第二參考電壓。
  21. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之OLED像素電路,更包括:一迴路電晶體,該迴路電晶體之一控制端、一第一連接端及一第二連接端分別接收一本級發光訊號、耦接至該驅動電晶體之該控制端及耦接至該第一儲存元件之該第二端。
  22. 如申請專利範圍第21項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該OLED單元包括:一第一OLED元件,第一端耦接至該驅動電晶體之一第二連接端,第二端接收一第二參考電壓。
  23. 如申請專利範圍第22項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該OLED單元更包括:一開關電晶體,該開關電晶體之一控制端及一第一連接端分別接收一本級發光訊號及耦接至該驅動電晶體之該第二連接端;及一第二OLED元件,第一端耦接至該開關電晶體之一第二連接端,第二端接收該第二參考電壓。
  24. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之OLED像素電路,更包括:一預充電單元,用以於該預寫入單元紀錄該臨界電壓 前之一預充電期間中,對該第二儲存元件進行預充電操作,使該第二儲存元件之該第一端相較於該第二端具有一第三參考電壓。
  25. 如申請專利範圍第24項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該預充電單元包括:一第五電晶體,受控於一前兩級掃瞄訊號為致動,以提供該第三參考電壓至該第二儲存元件之該第一端。
  26. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之OLED像素電路,更包括:一供電單元,用以於該驅動期間中供應一第三參考電壓至該驅動電晶體,以使該驅動電晶體為致動,並對應地驅動該OLED單元。
  27. 如申請專利範圍第26項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該供電單元包括:一第六電晶體,受控於一本級發光訊號為致動,以提供該第三參考電壓至該驅動電晶體之該第一連接端或該驅動電晶體之一第二連接端。
  28. 如申請專利範圍第26項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該供電單元更用以於該預寫入單元紀錄該臨界電壓之前對該第二儲存元件進行預充電操作,使該第二儲存元件之該第一端相較於該第二端具有該第三參考電壓。
  29. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之OLED像素電路,更包括:一位準控制單元,用以於該資料寫入期間中根據該寫入資料電壓控制該第二儲存元件之該第一端之電壓位準。
  30. 如申請專利範圍第29項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該位準控制單元包括:一電晶體(M9),閘極接收一本級掃瞄訊號,汲極耦接至資料線以接收該寫入資料電壓,源極耦接至該第二儲存元件之該第一端。
  31. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之OLED像素電路,其中該寫入資料電壓相關於該OLED單元之一起始臨界導通電壓。
