Description

縱向膨脹密封件
本發明相關於噴槍用的密封件。
噴槍(特別是無空氣噴槍(airless spray gun))中的傳統密封件向來的類型為密封噴桿或噴針行進出入流體之處。此經常導致流體在噴桿上乾燥,而乾燥的流體磨損密封件,導致密封件提前失效及滲漏。
本發明的密封件為管狀形式且從彈性體模製而成。在較佳實施例中,密封件實際上被模製成為兩部份,亦即滑動配合在一起的圓柱形內管及外管。在較佳實施例中,外管是由氟彈性體(fluoroelastomer)形成,例如以商標VITON販賣者,而內管是由聚乙烯彈性體(polyethylene elastomer)模製而成。密封件在壓縮狀態下被放置在兩個大致平行的表面之間,以密封流體(例如漆)使其與噴桿或噴針隔離。當扳機被拉動而使噴桿向後(相對於噴槍的前/噴灑端部)移動時,密封件膨脹以順應衝程。

本發明的密封件10為管狀形式且從彈性體模製而成。噴針總成15位在噴槍20中。在較佳實施例中,密封件10實際上被模製成為兩部份,亦即滑動配合在一起的圓柱形內管10a及外管10b。在較佳實施例中,外管10b是由氟彈性體(fluoroelastomer)形成,例如以商標VITON販賣者,而內管10a是由聚乙烯彈性體(polyethylene elastomer)模製而成。
噴針13具有尺寸減小的密封件定位噴桿14、及環狀的面向後的密封件扣持部份14a。密封件定位噴桿14的尺寸係向後逐漸縮小(相對於噴槍20的前/噴灑端部18)。管狀密封件10被定位覆於密封件定位噴桿14的至少一部份上。密封件10在壓縮狀態下被放置在兩個大致平行的表面12之間,以密封流體(例如漆)使其與噴桿14隔離。密封殼體24具有環狀的面向前的密封件扣持部份24a,管狀密封件10被定位該環狀的面向前的密封件扣持部份24a與環狀的面向後的密封件扣持部份14a之間。管狀密封件10具有二端10c、10d,管狀密封件10相對於噴針13被固定在其中一端10c,且相對於密封殼體24被固定在另一端10d,使得當扳機16被拉動而使噴桿14向後(相對於噴槍20的前/噴灑端部18)移動時,密封件10如圖4所示膨脹以順應衝程。噴針13的後端部以螺紋旋入噴針致動器22內(或是以其他方式附著於噴針致動器22,例如藉著熔接或黏著性結合),而噴針致動器22又 可滑動地位在密封殼體24中。
在不離開由附隨的申請專利範圍所界定的本發明的精神及範圍下,可對此密封件總成進行各種不同的改變及修正。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種經組構為用於噴槍的噴針總成,包含:噴針,其具有尺寸減小的密封件定位噴桿、及環狀的面向後的密封件扣持部份;管狀密封件,其被定位覆於該密封件定位噴桿的至少一部份上;及密封殼體,其具有環狀的面向前的密封件扣持部份,該管狀密封件被定位在該環狀的面向前的密封件扣持部份與該環狀的面向後的密封件扣持部份之間,該管狀密封件具有第一端及第二端,且相對於該噴針被固定在該第一端及該第二端的其中之一,且相對於該密封殼體被固定在該第一端及該第二端的其中另一,使得該管狀密封件可在該密封件定位噴桿相對於該密封殼體向後移動時膨脹,以順應該密封件定位噴桿的衝程。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的用於噴槍的噴針總成,其中該管狀密封件包含內管及外管。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的用於噴槍的噴針總成,其中該內管包含聚乙烯彈性體(polyethylene elastomer)。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的用於噴槍的噴針總成,其中該外管包含氟彈性體(fluoroelastomer)。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的用於噴槍的噴針總成,另外包含附著於該密封件定位噴桿的噴針致動器。
