Description
‐ガスケットは、フレーム中にねじ込まれている。
‐フレームは、アプリケーション装置中のシーリングデバイスを固定する弾性固定用リングを受けるのに適した外周囲の溝を含む。
‐シーリングデバイスは、シーリングデバイスの内側に配され、かつ、作動ロッドと接触するのに適した、平らなスクレイピングガスケット(scraping gasket)を含む。
‐平らなスクレイピングガスケットは、フレームの肩に対して取り付けられており、平らなスクレイピングガスケットに対してフレーム中で丸められたリングにより固定されている。
‐シーリングガスケットは、ガスケットの外側の壁に配された溝中に取り付けられたOリングを含む。
図3〜5は、本発明の第一の実施態様によるアプリケーション装置、及びシーリングデバイスを示す。
Claims (9)
- アプリケーション装置の作動ロッド(15)をシール可能に取り囲むのに適した内側の管路(400)を含む、液体コーティング製品を適用する装置(3)のためのシーリングデバイス(40)であって、
該シーリングデバイス(40)が、フレーム(402)と、シーリングガスケット(450)とを含み、該シーリングガスケット(450)が、作動ロッド(15)に対して押し付けられるのに適したガスケット(450)のリップ(452)の周りに取り付けられたOリング(454)を含む合成材料から製造されており、フレーム(402)及びガスケット(450)が、アプリケーション装置(3)のハウジング(110)中に取り付けられるのに適した単一片アセンブリを形成しており、該シーリングデバイス(40)が、シーリングデバイス(40)の内側に配され、かつ、作動ロッド(15)と接触するのに適した、平らなスクレイピングガスケット(412)を含むことを特徴とする、シーリングデバイス。 - ガスケット(450)が、フレーム(402)中にねじ込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシーリングデバイス。
- フレーム(402)が、アプリケーション装置(3)中のシーリングデバイス(40)を固定する弾性固定用リング(410)を受けるのに適した外周囲の溝(408)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のシーリングデバイス。
- 平らなスクレイピングガスケット(412)が、フレーム(402)の肩(414)に対して取り付けられており、平らなスクレイピングガスケット(412)に対してフレーム(402)中で丸められたリング(416)により固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のシーリングデバイス。
- ガスケット(450)の外側の壁に配された溝(462)中に取り付けられたOリング(418)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のシーリングデバイス。
- ポンプ本体(30)及びコーティング製品を吸引する管路(13)と、ポンプ本体(30)及びコーティング製品を吸引する管路(13)を接続しているフランジ(11)と、を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシーリングデバイス(40)を含む液体コーティング製品を適用する装置(3)であって、
シーリングデバイス(40)がフランジ(11)中に取り付けられており、シーリングデバイス(40)が、ポンプ本体(30)に向かうコーティング製品の移動、及びコーティング製品を吸引する管路(13)に向かうポンプ本体(30)中に位置決めされた潤滑剤製品の移動を防止することを特徴とする、装置。 - シーリングデバイス(40)のガスケット(450)が、5mm超に亘ってフランジ(11)の内側の空間(E)中に延在していないことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の液体コーティング製品を適用する装置(3)。
- ニードル(54)を備えた製品を噴霧するガン(52)を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシーリングデバイス(600)を含む液体コーティング製品を噴霧する装置(50)であって、コーティング製品がガン(52)の内側の領域(60)に残ることを防止するように、シーリングデバイス(600)がニードル(54)の周りに取り付けられていることを特徴とする、装置。
- ニードル(54)を、手動レバー(56)又はジャッキ(70)により作動させることができることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の噴霧装置(50)。
