本發明關於一種二段式萬向工具,其包括一套件、一驅動件及一限位件。該套件定義一軸向,設有一容置槽及一組接部。該驅動件設有一多角形球頭,該多角形球頭設有複數弧面段,該多角形球頭係插設於該容置槽,該驅動件可相對該套件滑動於一第一位置與一第二位置。

二段式萬向工具
本發明係有關於一種二段式萬向工具。
按,萬向接頭係為一種可用於多角度轉動之手工具,其包括一球頭座及一驅動桿,驅動桿之一端設有一球頭,該球頭不可相對轉動地滑設於該球頭座,該驅動桿可相對該球頭座滑設於一固定位置及一擺動位置,當該驅動桿位於該固定位置時,該驅動桿之徑向凸部與該球頭座相卡抵而無法相對擺動,當將該驅動桿相對該球頭座外拉至擺動位置時,該驅動桿之徑向凸部不與該球頭座相卡抵可相對該球頭座擺動,該萬向接頭即可進行多角度轉動,以方便在狹小的作業環境操作。然而,習知萬向接頭之驅動桿位於擺動位置時,驅動桿仍會被球頭座干涉而無法進行大幅度之擺動,即無法進行大角度之鎖固作業,存在亟待改善之缺弊。
因此,有必要提供一種新穎且具有進步性之二段式萬向工具,以解決上述之問題。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種二段式萬向工具,包括一套件及一驅動件,當該驅動件位於可相對套件擺動之一第二位置時,該套件不與該驅動件相干涉,以大幅增加該驅動件相對該套件擺動之角度。
為達成上述目的,本發明提供一種二段式萬向工具,其包括一套件、一驅動件及一限位件。該套件定義一軸向,設有一容置槽及一組接部,該容置槽之內壁設有軸向延伸之複數第一卡凸及複數第二卡凸,該等第一卡凸設於該容置槽遠離該組接部之一端,該等第一卡凸與該等第二卡凸之間另設有一環凹槽,該等第二卡凸位於該等第一卡凸與該組接部之間,各該第一卡凸設有一第一斜面及一第一抵面,該第一斜面設於該第一卡凸遠離該第二卡凸之一端,該第一斜面與該第一抵面之間設有一弧倒角,各該第二卡凸設有一第二斜面及一第二抵面,該第二斜面設於該第二卡凸鄰近該第一卡凸之一端,各該第一抵面之最大徑向厚度小於各該第二抵面之最大徑向厚度。該驅動件設有一多角形球頭,該多角形球頭設有複數弧面段,該多角形球頭係插設於該容置槽且該等弧面段係分別抵頂於一該第二卡凸之第二抵面,該驅動件可相對該套件滑動於一第一位置與一第二位置。該限位件設於該環凹槽。其中,當該驅動件位於該第一位置時,該驅動件係無法以該多角形球頭為軸而相對該套件擺動;當該驅動件移動至該第二位置時,該驅動件即以該多角形球頭為軸而相對該套件擺動,且該限位件係卡抵限位該多角形球頭。
以下僅以實施例說明本發明可能之實施態樣,然並非用以限制本發明所欲保護之範疇,合先敘明。
請參考圖1至9,其顯示本發明之一較佳實施例,本發明之二段式萬向工具包括一套件1、一驅動件2及一限位件3。
該套件1定義一軸向11,設有一容置槽12及一組接部13,該組接部13供與一轉動工具相組接,該容置槽12之內壁設有軸向11延伸之複數第一卡凸14及複數第二卡凸15,該等第一卡凸14設於該容置槽12遠離該組接部13之一端,該等第一卡凸14與該等第二卡凸15之間另設有一環凹槽18,該等第二卡凸15位於該等第一卡凸14與該組接部13之間,各該第一卡凸14設有一第一斜面141及一第一抵面142,該第一斜面141設於該第一卡凸14遠離該第二卡凸15之一端,該第一斜面141與該第一抵面142之間設有一弧倒角143,各該第二卡凸15設有一第二斜面151及一第二抵面152,該第二斜面151設於該第二卡凸15鄰近該第一卡凸14之一端,各該第一抵面142之最大徑向厚度小於各該第二抵面152之最大徑向厚度。
該驅動件2設有一多角形球頭21,該多角形球頭21設有複數弧面段211,該多角形球頭21係插設於該容置槽12且該等弧面段211係分別抵頂於一該第二卡凸15之第二抵面152,該驅動件2可相對該套件1滑動於一第一位置與一第二位置。
該限位件3設於該環凹槽18。
其中,當該驅動件2位於該第一位置時(如圖7所示),該驅動件2係無法以該多角形球頭21為軸而相對該套件1擺動;當該驅動件2移動至該第二位置時(如圖8及9所示),該驅動件2即以該多角形球頭21為軸而相對該套件1擺動,且該限位件3係卡抵限位該多角形球頭21,以防止該多角形球頭21脫離該容置槽12,於本實施例中該限位件3為C扣可方便拆裝,於其它實施例中可為卡珠或擋片等其它結構。
值得一提的是,由於各該第一抵面142之最大徑向厚度小於各該第二抵面152之最大徑向厚度,當該驅動件2位於該第二位置時,該等第一抵面142不會與該驅動件2相卡抵,可使該驅動件2具有較大之擺動角度,各該第一斜面141與各該第二斜面151可使該多角形球頭21在插設組裝入該容置槽12時不會與該多角形球頭21相干涉,另外由於該第一斜面141與該第一抵面142之間設有該弧倒角143,當該多角形球頭21餘組裝過程中位於該等第一卡凸14時,該等弧倒角143可順利地將該多角形球頭21引導入該容置槽12內,以使組裝過程較順暢。
於本實施例中各該第一抵面142為弧形凹面,以防止該等第一抵面142干涉到該驅動件2之擺動,各該第二抵面152為弧形凸面,以有效防止該多角形球頭21相對該容置槽12轉動。較佳地該第一抵面142凸出該容置槽12之內壁的最大徑向厚度與該第二抵面152凸出該容置槽12之內壁的最大徑向厚度的比值介於0.5至0.75,於本實施例中為0.7,以防止該等第一抵面142與該驅動件2相干涉。
該驅動件2另外一體設有一工作部22及一徑向凸緣23,該徑向凸緣23設於該工作部22與該多角形球頭21之間,當該驅動件2位於該第一位置時,該徑向凸緣23與該等第一抵面142徑向相抵頂,以防止該驅動件2相對該套件1擺動,當該驅動件2位於該第二位置時,該徑向凸緣23即不與該等第一抵面142徑向相抵頂,該驅動件2即可相對該套件1擺動。
進一步的說,該容置槽12另設有軸向11延伸之複數第一卡凹16與複數第二卡凹17,該等第一卡凹16與該等第一卡凸14沿該容置槽12之周向交錯設置,該等第二卡凹17與該等第二卡凸15沿該容置槽12之周向交錯設置,該多角形球頭21之任相鄰該二弧面段211之間形成有一角部212,各該角部212係抵頂於一該第二卡凹17。於本實施例中該等第一卡凸14與該等第二卡凸15之數量為偶數個,其中沿徑向上之該任二相對第一卡凸14之間定義一第一距離L1,沿徑向上之該任二相對該第一卡凹16之間定義一第二距離L2,沿徑向上之該任二相對角部212之距離定義一第三距離L3,該第一距離L1之長度小於該第二距離L2與該第三距離L3之長度(如圖6所示),以防止該等角部212以分別對應於於該等第一卡凸14之角度***該容置槽12,而使該驅動件2與該套件1無法正常作動使用。
較佳地,該多角形球頭21設有一彈抵件24,該彈抵件24常態地徑向朝外彈抵,該容置槽12之內壁另設有一凹部19,該凹部19位於該組接部13與該等第二卡凸15之間,當該驅動件2位於該第一位置時,該彈抵件24係彈抵於該凹部19,以防止該驅動件2任意地移動至該第二位置,當使以一外力將該驅動件2朝該第二位置移動時,該彈抵件24即脫離該凹部19,該驅動件2即可選擇性地移動至該第二位置移動。
於本實施例中該凹部19為設於該容置槽12之一穿孔191,該彈抵件24包括一卡件241及一彈簧242,該多角形球頭21設有一容孔25,該卡件241係滑設於該容孔25且該彈簧242係彈抵於該容孔25之底部與該卡件241之間,以使當該驅動件2為於該第一位置時,該卡件241可常態地徑向朝外彈抵於該穿孔191。
其中,於本實施例中另包括一彈性件4,該彈性件4彈抵設於該容置槽12之底部與該多角形球頭21之間,以使該驅動件2具有朝該第二位置移動之趨勢,當該驅動件2位於該第二位置時,該彈性件4可持續推抵該多角形球頭21以防止該驅動件2任意回到該第一位置。
綜上,本發明之二段式萬向工具,各該第一斜面與各該第二斜面可使該多角形球頭在插設組裝入該容置槽時不會與該多角形球頭相干涉,該等弧倒角可順利地將該多角形球頭引導入該容置槽內,以使組裝過程較順暢,並且,當該驅動件位於該第二位置時,該等第一抵面不會與該驅動件相卡抵,可使該驅動件具有較大之擺動角度。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種二段式萬向工具,包括: 一套件,定義一軸向,設有一容置槽及一組接部,該容置槽之內壁設有軸向延伸之複數第一卡凸及複數第二卡凸,該等第一卡凸設於該容置槽遠離該組接部之一端,該等第一卡凸與該等第二卡凸之間另設有一環凹槽,該等第二卡凸位於該等第一卡凸與該組接部之間,各該第一卡凸設有一第一斜面及一第一抵面,該第一斜面設於該第一卡凸遠離該第二卡凸之一端,該第一斜面與該第一抵面之間設有一弧倒角,各該第二卡凸設有一第二斜面及一第二抵面,該第二斜面設於該第二卡凸鄰近該第一卡凸之一端,各該第一抵面之最大徑向厚度小於各該第二抵面之最大徑向厚度; 一驅動件,設有一多角形球頭,該多角形球頭設有複數弧面段,該多角形球頭係插設於該容置槽且該等弧面段係分別抵頂於一該第二卡凸之第二抵面,該驅動件可相對該套件滑動於一第一位置與一第二位置; 一限位件,設於該環凹槽; 其中,當該驅動件位於該第一位置時,該驅動件係無法以該多角形球頭為軸而相對該套件擺動;當該驅動件移動至該第二位置時,該驅動件即以該多角形球頭為軸而相對該套件擺動,且該限位件係卡抵限位該多角形球頭。
  2. 如請求項1所述的二段式萬向工具,其中各該第一抵面為弧形凹面。
  3. 如請求項1所述的二段式萬向工具,其中各該第二抵面為弧形凸面。
  4. 如請求項1所述的二段式萬向工具,其中該驅動件另外一體設有一工作部及一徑向凸緣,該徑向凸緣設於該工作部與該多角形球頭之間,當該驅動件位於該第一位置時,該徑向凸緣與該等第一抵面徑向相抵頂,當該驅動件位於該第二位置時,該徑向凸緣即不與該等第一抵面徑向相抵頂。
  5. 如請求項1所述的二段式萬向工具,其中該容置槽另設有軸向延伸之複數第一卡凹與複數第二卡凹,該等第一卡凹與該等第一卡凸沿該容置槽之周向交錯設置,該等第二卡凹與該等第二卡凸沿該容置槽之周向交錯設置,該多角形球頭之任相鄰該二弧面段之間形成有一角部,各該角部係抵頂於一該第二卡凹。
  6. 如請求項5所述的二段式萬向工具,其中該等第一卡凸與該等第二卡凸之數量為偶數個,其中沿徑向上之該任二相對第一卡凸之間定義一第一距離,沿徑向上之該任二相對該第一卡凹之間定義一第二距離,沿徑向上之該任二相對角部之距離定義一第三距離,該第一距離之長度小於該第二距離與該第三距離之長度。
  7. 如請求項1至6其中任一項所述的二段式萬向工具,其中該多角形球頭設有一彈抵件,該彈抵件常態地徑向朝外彈抵,該容置槽之內壁另設有一凹部,該凹部位於該組接部與該等第二卡凸之間,當該驅動件位於該第一位置時,該彈抵件係彈抵於該凹部,當使以一外力將該驅動件朝該第二位置移動時,該彈抵件即脫離該凹部,該驅動件即可選擇性地移動至該第二位置移動。
  8. 如請求項1至6其中任一項所述的二段式萬向工具,其中該凹部為設於該容置槽之一穿孔,該彈抵件包括一卡件及一彈簧,該多角形球頭設有一容孔,該卡件係滑設於該容孔且該彈簧係彈抵於該容孔之底部與該卡件之間。
