Abstract

本發明關於一種固定裝置，用於固定車載平板。該固定裝置包括夾持組件和固定組件，該夾持組件選擇地卡持於該固定組件，該固定組件包括殼體和滑動組件，該殼體包括收容件和封蓋組件，該封蓋組件與滑動組件連接，該滑動組件選擇地穿過該封蓋組件並滑動地容置於該收容件中，當該滑動組件從該收容件滑出後，該夾持組件可拆卸地卡持於該滑動組件。該固定裝置與汽車座椅整合性好，結構簡單。

Description

固定裝置應用及該固定裝置的汽車座椅
本發明涉及一種固定裝置，尤其涉及一種用於車載平板電腦的固定裝置。
平板電腦作為一種可攜式智慧電子產品，其應用領域越來越廣泛，在汽車領域，平板電腦可以用作汽車前排實司機的導航儀器；而對於後排乘客，平板由於方便攜帶，體積下，重量輕，經常作為乘客休息娛樂的專案。
然而，現在的汽車行業，要麼是利用乘客自己手持，要麼是在汽車的中控台或者前排座椅上加裝外掛式固定裝置。這些外掛式固定裝置除了無法與中控台或者前排座椅整合外，外凸的固定裝置在行車過程中也存在潛在的安全問題。
鑒於以上問題，有必要提供一種整合式的固定裝置。
另外，還有必要提供一種應用該固定裝置的汽車座椅。
一種固定裝置，該固定裝置包括夾持組件和固定組件，該夾持組件選擇地卡持於該固定組件，該固定組件包括殼體和滑動組件，該殼體包括收容件和封蓋組件，該封蓋組件與滑動組件連接，該滑動組件選擇地穿過該封蓋組件並滑動地容置於該收容件中，當該滑動組件從該收容件滑出後，該夾持組件可拆卸地卡持於該滑動組件。
一種汽車座椅，該汽車座椅包括一固定裝置，該固定裝置包括夾持組件和固定組件，該夾持組件選擇地卡持於該固定組件，該固定組件包括殼體和滑動組件，該殼體包括收容件和封蓋組件，該封蓋組件與滑動組件連接，該滑動組件選擇地穿過該封蓋組件並滑動地容置於該收容件中，當該滑動組件從該收容件滑出後，該夾持組件可拆卸地卡持於該滑動組件。
本發明的固定裝置包括夾持組件和固定組件，該固定組件包括殼體和滑動組件，該滑動組件可沿該殼體滑動，該夾持組件卡持於該滑動組件，本發明通過設置可滑動地滑動組件，使得該滑動組件在不卡持該滑動組件時，能收容於該殼體中，結構簡單，整體性好。
圖1是本發明較佳實施例固定裝置未使用時的立體圖；
圖2是本發明較佳實施例固定裝置夾持平板電腦時的立體圖；
圖3是本發明較佳實施例固定裝置的固定組件分解圖；
圖4是圖3所示固定裝置另一角度的固定組件分解圖；
圖5是本發明較佳實施例固定裝置的固定組件的裝配圖；

請參閱圖1及圖2，本發明較佳實施例提供一種固定裝置100，安裝於汽車的中控台（圖未示）或者前排座椅200上，用於固定平板電腦300。本實施例用該固定裝置100安裝於前排座椅200上作為說明。該座椅200包括靠枕210和與靠枕210連接的靠背220，該靠背220靠近該靠枕210的一端開設一安裝孔223，該安裝孔223用於安裝該固定裝置100。
請參閱圖3，該固定裝置100包括夾持組件10和固定組件30，該夾持組件10用於夾持平板電腦300，該固定組件30可伸縮的安裝於該安裝孔223中，用於卡持該夾持組件10。
請一併參閱圖7，該夾持組件10包括外殼12和卡持件14。該卡持件14可滑動地卡持於該外殼12上，該外殼12為一類似平板電腦保護套的形狀，該卡持件14一端開設一配合孔143，該配合孔143用於卡持該固定組件30。
請參閱圖3及圖4，該固定組件30包括殼體32、滑動組件34和繞線裝置36，該殼體32固定於該靠背220上，該滑動組件34滑動地容置於該殼體32中，該繞線裝置36安裝於該殼體32中，用於纏繞該平板電腦300的資料線（圖未示）。該殼體32包括收容件321和封蓋組件323。該收容件321一側開設一容置空間3212，該容置空間3212一側設置開口32121，該容置空間3212用於容置該滑動組件34。該收容件321兩側向內凹陷形成二導向部3214，該二導向部3214相對地凸設於該容置空間3212中，以為該滑動組件34沿該殼體32滑動導向。
該封蓋組件323封蓋於該收容件321一側，並配合該滑動組件34滑動。該封蓋組件323包括外框3231和蓋體3233。該外框3231上開設一裝配口32311，該裝配口32311與該開口32121相通，該蓋體3233可拆卸地封蓋於該裝配口32311一側。該外框3231兩側延伸分別形成一固定部32313，該固定部32313與該裝配口32311的周壁（圖未示）大致呈90度角。該固定部32313連接於該靠背220，以將該固定裝置100固定於該靠背220上。該蓋體3233為一板體，其形狀大小與該裝配口32311大體相同。該蓋體3233可拆卸地卡持於該外框3231，並連接於該滑動部341靠近該外框3231的一側。該蓋體3233上設置一按壓區域32331，該按壓區域32331採用彈性材料製成，如彈性塑膠等。按壓該按壓區域32331可以將壓力傳遞到該滑動組件34上。
請一併參閱圖6至圖8，該滑動組件34用於支撐該夾持組件10，該滑動組件34包括滑動部341和按鈕343。該滑動部341滑動地容置於該容置空間3212中。該滑動部341兩側對稱凹設二配合槽3411，當該滑動部341容置於該容置空間3212時，該二導向部3214分別對應卡持於該二配合槽3411中，使得該滑動部341能沿該收容件321滑動。該滑動部341一端開設一卡持槽3413，該卡持槽3413用於卡持該卡持件14。該滑動部341靠近該蓋體3233的一側開設一容置孔3414，該容置孔3414大小與該按壓區域32331相同，並與該卡持槽3413相通。當該蓋體3233連接於該滑動部341上時，該按壓區域32331遮擋該容置孔3414。
該按鈕343安裝於該容置孔3414中，該按鈕343包括彈性元件3431和鎖固件3432，該彈性元件3431抵持於該鎖固件3432和容置孔3414的底壁，該鎖固件3432通過轉軸（圖未示）轉動地固定於該容置孔3414的側壁上。該鎖固件3432的一側設置一卡鉤34321，該卡鉤34321用於卡持和解鎖該卡持件14。當該卡持件14容置於該卡持槽3413中時，可通過該卡鉤34321選擇地卡持於該配合孔143中，以使該卡持件14固定或者抽出該卡持槽3413。
本實施例中，該滑動部341沿該收容件321滑動的過程為手動執行。在其他實施例中，該固定組件30還包括驅動裝置（圖未示），該驅動裝置可以為伺服馬達或者氣缸組件，該驅動組件容置於該容置空間3212中，該驅動裝置一端抵持於該收容件321底端，另一端連接於該滑動部341相對該按鈕343的一側。當該按鈕343受力時，將驅動該驅動裝置工作，該驅動裝置驅動該滑動部341沿該收容件321滑出。
該繞線裝置36通過轉軸（圖未示）安裝於該滑動部341上，當該繞線裝置36上纏繞有資料線，該資料線一端連接汽車（圖未示）的中央電腦（圖未示），另一端連接連接該平板電腦300的介面。當該滑動部341滑出該收容件321時，該資料線的介面端（圖未示）隨該滑動部341一起滑出。
請參閱圖3至圖5，安裝時，將組裝好的固定裝置100安裝於座椅200上，使得該收容件321容置於該安裝孔223中，並通過該固定部32313將該固定裝置100固定於座椅200上。
使用該固定裝置100時，先將平板電腦300卡持於該夾持組件10。利用自動或者手動使該蓋體3233與該外框3231脫離，此時該滑動組件34在該蓋體3233的帶動下沿該收容件321滑動，繼續滑動該滑動組件34，使得該滑動組件34設置該卡持槽3413的一側從該裝配口32311中伸出該座椅200。
當該卡持槽3413伸出該座椅200後，停止滑動該滑動組件34，將該夾持組件10的卡持件14沿該外殼12滑出，使該卡持件14開設配合孔143的一端伸出該外殼12。將該卡持件14***該卡持槽3413，通過該卡鉤34321卡持於該配合孔143中，以使該卡持件14固定於該滑動組件34，此時，該卡持有平板電腦300的夾持組件10完成固定於該固定裝置100的過程。
當需要取下該平板電腦300時，對該按壓區域32331施加壓力，並觸發該鎖固件3432旋轉，使該卡鉤34321脫離該配合孔143，以解開該鎖固件3432對該卡持件14的卡持，施加外力向豎直方向拉拔該卡持件14，即可將該夾持組件10從該固定組件30上卸載。將平板電腦300從該外殼12中卸下即可完成取下平板電腦300的過程。
本發明的固定裝置100包括夾持組件10和固定組件30，該固定組件30包括殼體32和滑動組件34，該固定組件30通過該殼體32連接於該靠背220，該滑動組件34可沿該殼體32滑動，該夾持組件10用於夾持平板電腦300，並卡持於該滑動組件34，本發明通過設置可滑動地滑動組件34，使得該固定平板電腦300的固定裝置100能夠與靠背220更好的實現一體化，結構簡單，整體性好。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種固定裝置，其中：該固定裝置包括夾持組件和固定組件，該夾持組件選擇地卡持於該固定組件，該固定組件包括殼體和滑動組件，該殼體包括收容件和封蓋組件，該封蓋組件與滑動組件連接，該滑動組件選擇地穿過該封蓋組件並滑動地容置於該收容件中，當該滑動組件從該收容件滑出後，該夾持組件可拆卸地卡持於該滑動組件。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之固定裝置，其中該滑動組件包括一滑動部，該夾持組件包括殼體和夾持件，該夾持件滑動地容置於該殼體中，該滑動部一端開設一卡持槽，該卡持件一端選擇地卡持於該卡持槽。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之固定裝置，其中該收容件一側開設一容置空間，該容置空間一側設置開口，該收容件兩側向內凹陷形成二導向部，該滑動部兩側凹設形成二配合槽，該滑動組件通過該二導向部和二配合槽的配合，穿過該開口滑動地容置於該容置空間。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之固定裝置，其中該封蓋組件包括外框和蓋體，還蓋體可拆卸地卡持於該外框，並連接於該滑動部的一側。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之固定裝置，其中該外框上開設一裝配口，該裝配口與該開口相通，該蓋體選擇地封蓋於該裝配口一側。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之固定裝置，其中該滑動組件還包括一按鈕，該滑動部一側開設一容置孔，該容置孔與該卡持槽相通，該按鈕容置於該容置孔中，並轉動地固定於該容置孔的側壁上。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之固定裝置，其中該按鈕包括一鎖固件和一彈性元件，該彈性元件抵持於該鎖固件和滑動部，該鎖固件選擇地卡持於該夾持件。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之固定裝置，其中該固定組件還包括一繞線裝置，該繞線裝置安裝於該滑動部上。
  9. 一種汽車座椅，其中該汽車座椅包括申請專利範圍第1-8任意一項所述的固定裝置。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之汽車座椅，其中該汽車座椅包括靠背，該靠背上開設一安裝孔，該固定裝置通過該安裝孔安裝於靠背上。
