Abstract

一種機床,其包括機台、工作台、移動裝置、車刀進給裝置及銑刀進給裝置。工作台裝設於機台上,移動裝置沿第一方向滑動地裝設於機台上並位於工作台之上。車刀進給裝置沿與第一方向垂直之第二方向滑動地裝設於移動裝置上。車刀進給裝置包括車刀進給模組及車刀。車刀於移動裝置之帶動下沿第一方向及第二方向運動。車刀進給模組驅動車刀沿與第一方向及第二方向均垂直之第三方向作往復運動。銑刀進給裝置包括銑刀。移動裝置能夠驅動該銑刀沿第一方向及第二方向運動。銑刀進給裝置能夠驅動該銑刀沿第三方向運動。

Description

機床
本發明涉及一種機床,特別涉及一種車銑複合之機床。
一些電子裝置之金屬殼體,如平板電腦、行動電話之殼體,通常包括頂部區域及由頂部區域側面向同一側彎折延伸形成之邊緣區域。頂部區域通常面積較大,且為具有非回轉特徵之平面或曲面,而邊緣區域相對頂部區域面積較小,且具有拐角。由於傳統之銑刀為非連續性銑削,面積相對較大之頂部區域若用銑刀銑削,則很難一次達到所要求之表面光潔度。故,工件還需進行拋光等後續處理,降低了加工效率。傳統之車刀通常用於車削具有回轉特徵之工件,且其難以對加工面積相對較小之邊緣區域及其拐角進行加工。
鑒於上述狀況,有必要提供一種能夠提高加工效率及表面光潔度之機床。
一種機床,其包括機台、工作台、移動裝置及車刀進給裝置,該工作台裝設於機台上,該移動裝置沿第一方向滑動地裝設於該機台上並位於該工作台之上。該車刀進給裝置沿與第一方向垂直之第二方向滑動地裝設於該移動裝置上,該車刀進給裝置包括車刀進給模組及車刀,該車刀於該移動裝置之帶動下沿第一方向及第二方向運動,該車刀進給模組驅動該車刀沿與第一方向及第二方向均垂直之第三方向作往復運動,該機床還包括裝設於該移動裝置上且鄰近該車刀進給裝置之銑刀進給裝置,該銑刀進給裝置包括有銑刀,該移動裝置能夠驅動該銑刀沿第一方向及第二方向運動,該銑刀進給裝置能夠驅動該銑刀沿第三方向運動。
本發明提供之機床,其車刀進給模組驅動車刀沿平行於第三方向作高速往復進給運動,進而加工出工件之頂部區域。由於車刀為連續性加工,其不需再進行拋光等後續處理即可達到所要求之表面光潔度。於進行車削後,不需重新松夾、裝夾,銑刀進給裝置即可快速銑削出具有拐角之邊緣區域,提高了加工效率。
請參閱圖1及圖2,本發明第一實施方式之機床100用於給工件300(如圖5所示)進行金屬加工。機床100包括機台10、工作台20、移動裝置30、車刀進給裝置40、銑刀進給裝置50及控制器(圖未示)。工作台20裝設於機台10上,用於放置工件300(如圖5所示)。移動裝置30移動地裝設於機台10上並位於工作台20之上,車刀進給裝置40與銑刀進給裝置50相鄰裝設於移動裝置30上。控制器(圖未示)與工作台20、移動裝置30、車刀進給裝置40及銑刀進給裝置50均電性相接。移動裝置30依控制器之指令能夠帶動車刀進給裝置40及銑刀進給裝置50沿著X/Y軸方向運動,即沿著相互垂直之第一方向與第二方向運動。
機台10包括基座11及平行間隔凸設於基座11上之二支撐體13。每一支撐體13遠離基座11之一面設置有第一滑軌131。於本實施例中,第一滑軌131沿著平行X軸之方向延伸。
工作台20包括二座體21、第一旋轉驅動件23、轉軸25及第二旋轉驅動件27。二座體21大致平行間隔設置於基座11之大致中部位置,並位於二支撐體13之間。第一旋轉驅動件23裝設於其中一座體21上,轉軸25連接於第一旋轉驅動件23與另一座體21之間。第一旋轉驅動件23能夠驅動轉軸25繞α軸轉動。第二旋轉驅動件27設置於轉軸25之大致中部位置處,用於驅動放置於其上之工件繞β軸轉動。其中,α軸平行Y軸方向,β軸與Z軸方向平行。第一、第二旋轉驅動件23、27都與控制器電性相接。本實施方式中,第一、第二旋轉驅動件23、27為直接驅動電機。
移動裝置30滑動地裝設於二支撐體13上,並與二支撐體13垂直相接,且位於工作台20之上。移動裝置30包括一橫樑31、兩滑動座33、二第一驅動機構35及一第二驅動機構37。橫樑31兩端分別與二支撐體13滑動相接,且橫樑31之延伸方向與Y軸平行。橫樑31上形成有一對相互平行之第二滑軌311,第二滑軌311沿著Y軸方向延伸。二滑動座33分別裝設於橫樑31之二端,並分別與二支撐體13上之第一滑軌131滑動相接。二第一驅動機構35分別裝設於二滑動座33朝向支撐體13之一面及支撐體13上,用於驅動橫樑31沿第一滑軌131作沿X軸方向之運動。第二驅動機構37裝設於橫樑31上,用於驅動車刀進給裝置40及銑刀進給裝置50沿第二滑軌311作Y軸方向之運動。第一驅動機構35及第二驅動機構37均與控制器電性相接。本實施方式中,第一驅動機構35、第二驅動機構37均為直線電機。可理解,第一驅動機構35、第二驅動機構37亦可用其他之驅動機構替代,伺服馬達、氣缸等;第一驅動機構35、第二驅動機構37之數量根據實際需要進行設定。
請結合參閱圖3至圖4,車刀進給裝置40包括一滑鞍41、一安裝座43、一刀座45、兩車刀進給模組47及一車刀49。滑鞍41滑動裝設於橫樑31之二第二滑軌311上,並於第二驅動機構37之驅動下帶動整車刀進給裝置40及銑刀進給裝置50沿Y軸方向運動。滑鞍41背離橫樑31之一面上,沿Z軸方向設有四導軌413。四導軌413兩兩為一組間隔設置。滑鞍41鄰近基座11之一端,於兩組導軌415之間,凸設有裝設塊415。安裝座43鄰近導軌413固定裝設於滑鞍41上,安裝座43包括一二側開口之框體431及兩安裝板433。框體431鄰近滑鞍41之側壁之內表面上沿Z軸方向間隔凸設形成有二導向部4317。框體431遠離滑鞍41之側壁之外表面上對應導向部4317形成滑槽4318,滑槽4318之二側凸設形成有兩導向部4319。二安裝板433裝設於框體431二側,以從二側將框體431封閉。刀座45包括主體451及大致垂直凸設於主體451上之滑動板453。主體451設置於安裝座43之外側。主體451朝向安裝座43對應導向部4319形成有與導向部4319滑動相接之滑動部4511。滑動板453凸設於主體451上,其遠離主體451之一端穿過從滑槽4318伸入框體431滑動地裝設於兩導向部4317上。
二車刀進給模組47收容並裝設於安裝座43內,且與控制器電性相接。二車刀進給模組47用以驅動刀座45沿導向部4317、4319沿Z軸方向高速往復運動。於本實施方式中,二車刀進給模組47均為直線電機。每車刀進給模組47包括一動子471及一定子473。二動子471分別裝設於二安裝板433朝向框體431內部之側壁上。可理解,車刀進給模組47中之數量可根據實際需要進行設置,如可設置一、三等等。車刀49固定裝設於主體451鄰近基座11之一端,用於給工件進行車削加工。
銑刀進給裝置50包括線性驅動機構53、連接板54、轉動驅動件55及銑刀57。線性驅動機構53包括驅動件531、絲桿533及絲桿螺母535。驅動件531固定裝設於滑鞍41上,並位於橫樑31之上,絲桿533轉動連接於驅動件531與裝設塊415之間。絲桿螺母535套設於絲桿533上並與絲桿533螺紋配合。連接板54與絲桿螺母535固定相接,並與滑鞍41上之導軌413滑動相接。轉動驅動件55固定裝設於連接板54背離絲桿533之一面。銑刀57裝設於轉動驅動件55鄰近基座11之一端。驅動件531能夠驅動絲桿533轉動,進而帶動轉動驅動件55及銑刀57沿導軌413作平行於Z軸方向之運動。轉動驅動件55驅動銑刀57繞平行Z軸方向之軸線轉動,進而對工件300銑削加工。銑刀57可隨滑鞍41進行X/Y方向之運動,並於線性驅動機構53之驅動下沿Z方向運動。
組裝時,先將工作台20裝設於兩支撐體13之間;再將橫樑31組裝於二支撐體13上;後將第一驅動機構35裝設於滑動座33及支撐體13上,將第二驅動機構37裝設於橫樑31上;隨後,將車刀進給裝置40及銑刀進給裝置50裝設於橫樑31上,且與控制器相接。
請參閱圖5與圖6,經由機床100加工處理過之工件300為平板電腦或行動電話之殼體,其大致為矩形塊狀。工件300包括一頂部區域301及由頂部區域301之邊緣延伸彎折形成之邊緣區域303。頂部區域301之面積較大。本實施方式中,頂部區域301為非回轉曲面。邊緣區域303遠離頂部區域301部分大致為平面,其具有四拐角(圖未示)。
使用時,將工件300放置於工作台20上,控制器控制第一驅動機構35驅動移動裝置30於第一滑軌131上沿X軸運動,並控制第二驅動機構37驅動移動裝置30沿Y軸方向運動,以使車刀49移動至初始加工位置。然後,第二旋轉驅動件27帶動工件300繞Π軸轉動,同時車刀進給模組47驅動車刀49沿Z軸方向作高速往復運動。其中,車刀49往復運動之幅度及速度,以及第二旋轉驅動件27之轉速均依據工件300加工部位所需切削量進行程式設定,以加工出工件300之頂部區域301。車刀49之平面運動軌跡大致呈螺旋狀。車刀49加工完成後,車刀進給裝置40停止工作。
第二驅動機構37驅動銑刀進給裝置50到達工件300上。線性驅動機構53驅動銑刀57沿導軌413向下運動到達一工件300邊緣一預設位置。轉動驅動件55驅動銑刀57旋轉對工件300之邊緣進行銑削加工。當對工件300完成銑削加工後,移動裝置30回到初始位置,從工作台20上取出工件300即可。當然,工作台20可保持不動,而銑刀進給裝置50由移動裝置30驅動沿設定路線對工件300之邊緣區域進行銑削加工。另,若需對工件300某一特定位置進行加工時,可先將轉軸25帶動工件300繞α軸轉動一定角度,第二旋轉驅動件27驅動工件300繞β軸轉動,使工件300呈特定位置擺放。
本發明提供之機床100,包括車刀進給裝置40及銑刀進給裝置50。由於車刀進給裝置40之車刀49沿Z方向高速往復運動實現加工出工件300之頂部區域301,且為連續性加工,其不需再進行拋光等後續處理即可達到所要求之表面光潔度。銑刀進給裝置50之銑刀57於轉動驅動件55之驅動下轉動,進而能夠銑削加工出工件300之邊緣區域303。故,於對工件300之加工過程中,不需多次松夾、裝夾,從而提高了定位精度、加工效率及加工良率。由於移動裝置30能夠帶動車刀進給裝置40及銑刀進給裝置50進行X/Y軸方向之運動,車刀進給裝置40及銑刀進給裝置50自身能夠沿平行於Z軸方向之運動,而工作台20能夠驅動工件300繞β軸及α軸之轉動,更進一步方便加工,提高了加工效率。
可理解,機床100可進行單獨車削加工或銑削加工。車刀進給裝置40不僅可加工出工件300之頂部區域301,亦可車削其他類型之工件。銑刀進給裝置50不僅可對工件300之邊緣區域303進行銑削加工,亦可加工出工件300之孔、槽等結構。當然,對於表面光潔度不高之工件300之曲面可完全由銑刀進給裝置50加工。
可理解,車刀進給裝置40可省略滑鞍41、安裝座43及刀座45,車刀進給模組47可由其他能夠進行高速往復運動之驅動機構替代,此時直接將車刀進給模組47滑動設置於橫樑31之第二滑軌311上,車刀進給模組47可直接驅動車刀49沿Z軸方向作能夠控制地高速往復運動。
可理解,銑刀進給裝置50可不安裝於滑鞍41上,而單獨設置一滑板,滑板裝設於橫樑31之第二滑軌311上,並將銑刀進給裝置50滑動裝設於該滑板上,以可分別對車刀進給裝置40及銑刀進給裝置50於橫樑31上之運動進行控制。
可理解,線性驅動機構53中之驅動件531及絲桿533可由其他之驅動機構代替,如可進行直線運動之氣缸,將該氣缸滑動裝設於該第二滑軌311上,再將轉動驅動件55固定於該氣缸之驅動軸上,對應地銑刀進給裝置50可省略連接板54。
可理解,工作台20可直接由一旋轉驅動件設置於基座11上,只繞β軸轉動。
可理解,工作台20還可設置成多軸工作台,以可帶動工件300多軸轉動,從而方便對工件300進行多工位加工。
如圖7,本發明第二實施方式中之機床與第一實施方式中之機床100結構相似,不同於車刀進給裝置(圖未示)還包括一鄰近線性驅動機構(圖未示)固定裝設於滑鞍41a上之車刀驅動機構(圖未示)。滑鞍41a滑動裝設於橫樑31a上,安裝座43a與滑鞍41a為滑動相接。車刀驅動機構驅動安裝座43a帶動刀座及車刀49a沿平行於Z軸之Z1方向運動,從而使車刀進給裝置40能夠於Z1方向直接進行定位,以滿足對多種型號工件300之加工。工件300定位於轉動設置於轉軸(圖未示)上之第二旋轉驅動件27a上。

  1. 一種機床,其包括機台、工作台、移動裝置及車刀進給裝置,該工作台裝設於機台上,該移動裝置沿第一方向滑動地裝設於該機台上並位於該工作台之上,其改良在於:該車刀進給裝置沿與第一方向垂直之第二方向滑動地裝設於該移動裝置上,該車刀進給裝置包括車刀進給模組及車刀,該車刀於該移動裝置之帶動下沿第一方向及第二方向運動,該車刀進給模組驅動該車刀沿與第一方向及第二方向均垂直之第三方向作往復運動,該機床還包括裝設於該移動裝置上且鄰近該車刀進給裝置之銑刀進給裝置,該銑刀進給裝置包括有銑刀,該移動裝置能夠驅動該銑刀沿第一方向及第二方向運動,該銑刀進給裝置能夠驅動該銑刀沿第三方向運動。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之機床,其中該車刀進給裝置還包括滑鞍及安裝座,該滑鞍沿第二方向滑動裝設於該移動裝置上,該安裝座與該滑鞍固定相接,該車刀進給模組及車刀裝設於該安裝座上;該銑刀進給裝置鄰近該安裝座滑動裝設於該滑鞍上,以能夠沿第三方向運動。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之機床,其中該銑刀進給裝置包括線性驅動機構及轉動驅動件,該線性驅動機構裝設於該滑鞍上,該轉動驅動件能夠驅動該銑刀轉動,該線性驅動機構能夠驅動該轉動驅動件及銑刀沿第三方向運動。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之機床,其中該線性驅動機構包括驅動件、絲桿及絲桿螺母,該驅動件固定裝設於該滑鞍上,該銑刀進給裝置還包括連接板,該滑鞍上凸設有裝設塊,該絲桿轉動連接於該驅動件及該裝設塊之間,該絲桿螺母套設於該絲桿上並與該絲桿螺紋配合,該連接板與該絲桿螺母固定連接,該轉動驅動件固定裝設於該連接板上。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之機床,其中該滑鞍上沿第三方向設有導軌,該連接板與該導軌滑動相接。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之機床,其中該車刀進給裝置還包括刀座,該安裝座沿第三方向設有導向部,該刀座與該導向部滑動相接,該車刀藉由該刀座與該安裝座相接。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之機床,其中該刀座包括主體及凸設於該主體上之滑動板,該滑動板遠離該主體一端伸入該安裝座並與該導向部滑動相接,該主體設置於該安裝座外側並與該車刀固定相接。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之機床,其中該車刀進給模組包括一動子及一定子,該動子裝設於該安裝座上,該定子與該滑動板固定相接。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之機床,其中該工作台能夠繞平行於第三方向之軸線轉動。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之機床,其中該工作台包括二座體、第一旋轉驅動件、轉軸及第二旋轉驅動件,該第一旋轉驅動件裝設於其中一座體上,該轉軸連接於該第一旋轉驅動件與另一座體之間,該第二旋轉驅動件裝設於該轉軸上,該第二旋轉驅動件能夠繞平行於第三方向之軸線轉動,該第一旋轉驅動件能夠驅動該轉軸繞平行於第二方向之軸線轉動。
