Abstract

Provided is a method for manufacturing a polarizing plate containing both of a film with a high laser light absorption rate and a film with a low laser light absorption rate, which cuts the band-like polarizing plate such that only a stripping film layer on a surface to be laminated on a substrate is remained. The method includes: cutting with laser from an upper surface of a surface protection film layer to a layer immediately before a layer consisted of a film with a low laser light absorption rate, and subsequently cutting the layer consisted of the film with a low laser light absorption rate as well as an adhesive layer by a cutter, whereby a polarizing plate having excellent adhesion properties with a substrate can be obtained, without floating problems between a polarizer protection film layer composing the polarizing plate and the surface protection film layer, or contamination caused by protruding adhesive in a cutting surface.

Description

1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a polarizing plate used in an image display device such as a liquid crystal display device, and a polarizing plate cut by the method. Specifically, it relates to a method for producing a polarizing plate comprising both a layer composed of a laser light high absorptivity film and a layer composed of a low absorptivity film, and a polarizing plate cut by the method. [Prior Art] Liquid crystal display devices have been used in desktop computers and electronic clocks, etc., and their use has been rapidly expanded in recent years. In other words, the liquid crystal display device is used regardless of the screen size from a mobile device such as a mobile phone to a large television. Further, in addition to the liquid crystal display device, the organic electroluminescence (organic EL) display device tends to increase in focus on mobile use. Therefore, the demand for polarizing plates used in such image display devices has increased, and performance suitable for each use has been pursued. The polarizing plate which is generally used in the image display device as described above is produced by adsorbing a polarizing layer 1 of a dichroic dye on a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin film by using a polarizing plate. A liquid-like adhesive layer is laminated to form a polarizer protective film layer typified by a triacetyl cellulose film. In this state, or when necessary, a function of a circular, elliptical polarizing plate or a phase difference plate having an optical property, an anti-surface reflection/anti-glare material, a light diffusing plate, a reflecting plate, and the like is added by an adhesive layer. It is bonded to an image display device such as a liquid crystal cell or an organic EL display device to form an image display device. Moreover, 4 322250 201118437 f light board is before the age of (four) display parts, in order to prevent or function! The surface of the film layer is injured and contaminated = the film is protected by the polarizing layer on the side of the image display element Fit the secret layer of the watch. The surface of the material layer is formed by the layer of the polarizing plate used in the past, as shown in Fig. 4. The polarizing plate 12 shown in Fig. 4 is protected by a surface 臈", a point (4) protective film layer 2, a polarizing film layer, a polarizing plate, a protective layer, such as a structure: a J film layer 5, an adhesive layer 6, a release film. In the second aspect, the function-added film layer is a film layer which is arbitrarily selected and used. It is not necessary. In recent years, the image display device for mobile use such as mobile phones has been designed and carried. (4) Thinner, and the polarizing plate belonging to the material of the shirt image display device is also expected to be lightweight. As shown in the first ®, it is also proposed to use the conventional polarizing plate as shown in Fig. 4. The work of the work i having the polarizer protective film layer is added to the polarizer 0 without the polarizer protective film layer 2a. The strip polarizer shown in Fig. 1 is protected by the surface. The film layer 4, the adhesive layer 3, the polarizer protective film layer 2, the polarizer layer functional additional film layer 5, the adhesive layer 6, and the release film layer 7. The film of the additional function is known to be a cycloolefin system. The polarizing plate is usually made into a roll that will extend in the long direction. 5 322250 2011 The 18437 (roll) type is provided for the image display device, etc. (10) The polarizing plate method is to cut the strip-shaped polarizing plate into a size corresponding to a liquid crystal substrate such as a 7L piece of image display, and then the polarizing plate piece is imaged one by one. In the method, when the polarizing plate is bonded to the image display element, it is attached. It is only necessary to move the polarizing plate piece by piece and peel off the peeling film from the polarizing plate, so that in the step time In addition, the polarizing plate is usually formed by punching a polarizing film of a roll type, so that the curling of the polarizing plate (four) is easy to produce, and the workability is better. When the image display device is not installed, since the polarizing plate is disposed so as to incline the transmission axis of the polarizing plate with respect to the longitudinal or lateral direction of the LCD screen, it is necessary to previously compare the roll-shaped polarizing plate of the roll type with respect to the roll. The length direction of the cylinder is punched in the direction of 45, and a lot of unusable parts are generated near the end of the reel. In particular, when a large-sized polarizing plate is used along with the large surface of the LCD, the yield is changed. small In addition, the cut end of the polarizing plate which cannot be used for lamination is a composite use of a plurality of materials, and thus it is difficult to reuse, resulting in an increase in waste. As a means for solving the related problems, a substrate bonding has been disclosed in recent years. a polarizing plate bonding apparatus for a polarizing plate (for example, Jp2〇〇5_37416_A), which has the following means: when the strip-shaped film attached with the peeling film layer by the adhesive layer on the strip-shaped polarizing plate is directly intersected When the cut surface on the progress direction side of the direction progresses to the length of the corresponding substrate, at least the strip-shaped polarizing plate and the adhesive layer are opposed to each other so as to leave the film layer. A cutting means for cutting in a direction in which the longitudinal direction is orthogonal; and a peeling of the peeling film layer from the film cut by the cutting. 6 322250 201118437 . .  a separation layer separating means; and a bonding surface of the film after separating the peeling film layer so that an end surface of the substrate on the progress direction side of the substrate is parallel to the cut surface of the film A bonding means that is brought to the corresponding position of the substrate. According to this method, the polarizing plate can be continuously and automatically attached to the image display element, and it is not necessary to move the cut polarizing plate, and since the peeling film layer is not cut, the film can be attached at a high speed so that no unnecessary is required. A method of cutting a sheet of a polarizing plate. Further, in this method, when the strip-shaped polarizing plate is cut, the polarizing plate (hereinafter also referred to as half-cut) is cut so as to leave only the peeling film layer. Related cutting means are known to use a cut-cut cutter, a dicing cutter, and a cutter blade, a cy 1 inder that drives the cutter blade, and a dead end under the cutter blade. (bottom dead center) The position is determined by the dead center position adjustment member. However, if the cutting edge angle is sharp, the cutting section cut by the cutter blade will be beautiful, but the life of the cutter blade is short, and on the other hand, when the blade angle becomes an obtuse angle, the cutting agent is exposed at the cutting section. And an adhesive, which causes problems such as contamination of the laminate when it is bonded to the substrate, and although there is a degree of difference depending on the angle of the cutter blade to be used, when the cutter is used, the cut surface of the polarizing plate There is a disadvantage that the surface protective film layer on the polarizer protective film layer constituting the polarizing plate is lifted and the moisture resistance is lowered, which adversely affects the physical properties of the polarizing plate. In the conventional method of cutting a strip-shaped polarizing plate into a size corresponding to an image display element such as a liquid crystal substrate and then bonding the polarizing plate piece to the image display element one by one, the cutting method by the cutter blade is performed. Medium 7 322250 201118437 The problem arises, that is, the exposure of the adhesive and the adhesive, and the surface of the film protection layer on the film protection layer, (4) the surface of the polarizer is cut off after the domain is processed in advance. After the peak goes to the shortcoming part, it is attached to the image display element. However, in the above-described half-cutting method, it is difficult to process the cut surface in advance in the continuous step after the cutting, and it is necessary to find a cutting method without such a disadvantage. On the other hand, a method of cutting a strip-shaped polarizing plate using a laser is also known. For example, 'In the lion 08-284572-A, the money is borrowed (4) to shoot the laser and cut off the strip polarizer. Specifically, the strip-shaped polarizing plate is cut by irradiating laser light, and the strip-shaped polarizing plate is bonded to a pair of cellulose triacetate (TAC) film layers on both sides of a polyvinyl alcohol (pVA) film layer. Then, on one of the TAC film layers, a separator composed of a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film is provided by an acrylic adhesive layer, and On the other side of the TAC film layer, a surface protective film layer made of a PET film is provided by an acrylic adhesive layer. The strip-shaped polarizing plate to be cut in the JP 2008-284572-A is a film having a high average absorption rate of laser light in a vibration wavelength range of the irradiated laser light such as a PVA film, a TAC film, or a PE:T film. Hereinafter, 'also referred to as "laser light high absorptivity film"), for example, a film having an average absorption rate of more than 2% is laminated. The laminated polarizing plate composed of the laser light high-absorption film can be cut off without being deformed by a conventional method as shown in JP 2008-284572-A. . However, in the method shown in JP2008-284572-A, 'there will be a film comprising a cycloolefin polymer film, a polypropylene 8 322250 201118437 olefin film, a polydecyl methacrylate, etc., in addition to a high absorptivity film other than laser light. A film having a low average absorption rate of laser light in a vibration wavelength range of laser light (hereinafter sometimes referred to as a "laser light low absorption rate film"), for example, a film having an average absorption rate of 2% or less When the strip-shaped polarizing plate of the layer is cut, if the output of the laser light is small, the layer of the polarized light high-absorption film of the strip-shaped polarizing plate can be cut, but the low absorption rate by the laser light cannot be cut. The layer formed by the film. On the other hand, when the laser light output is large, not only the layer of the polarized light high absorptivity film of the strip-shaped polarizing plate but also the layer of the laser light low absorptivity film can be cut. However, in this case, since the layer composed of the laser light high absorptivity film is excessively heated, melting occurs at the end portion of the cut polarizing plate to deform the cut end portion (refer to Fig. 6). ). The quality of the cross-section of the polarizing plate with the shape of the cut surface is reduced. Furthermore, various problems may occur due to the deterioration of the quality of the profile. For example, when the polarizing plate is attached to a glass substrate, high adhesion is required. However, due to the unevenness of the cut surface of the polarizing plate, there is a problem that air bubbles are infiltrated into the bonding surface with the glass substrate. Further, in the strip-shaped polarizing plate including the layer composed of the laser light low-absorption film, when the laser light output is increased and the layer composed of the laser light low-absorption film is cut, the low light absorption rate by the laser light is located. The peeling film layer below the layer formed by the film is usually composed of a laser light high absorptivity film. Therefore, the peeling film layer is cut before the laser light low absorptivity film is melted and cut. Therefore, it is considered that the laser method is extremely difficult to apply in a cutting method of a so-called half-cut method in which all of the other film layers constituting the polarizing plate are cut so as to leave only the peeling film layer. Therefore, the present inventors have found that a release film layer comprising a film composed of a laser light high absorptivity film 9 322250 201118437 and a film composed of a laser light low yield film and comprising a film of a (four) yield is included. The strip-shaped polarizing plate cuts the film layer and the adhesive film which constitute the polarizing plate in the form of only the agent layer, and the manufacturing method in the manufacturing method of the polarizing plate No material, the adhesive and adhesive are removed from the cut surface, and the life of the cutter blade is prolonged. Second::: Only the method of peeling off the film is used to cut off the other layers of the polarizing plate. As a result, the present invention has been completed. The present invention encompasses the following. The method for producing a polarizing plate is as follows: the strip-shaped polarizing plate is cut into another layer constituting the polarizing plate so that only the lower peeling film is formed; wherein the strip-shaped polarizing plate is made of a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin film a polarizing film layer composed of a laser light high absorptivity film, and a layer of a polarizing film on the opposite side of the polarizer layer from the polarizer layer, and a layer of the polarizing film is highly absorbed by the laser light. The surface of the film formed by the film is formed by a layer of 'layer 2' and is laminated on the other side of the polarizer layer by a layer of a germanium film and a yield film, and the film is made of a low-absorption film of laser light. a surface of the opposite side of the polarizer layer||Adhesive layer and a layer of a film of a laser light-absorbent film; ^ The manufacturing method is from the surface protective film layer to the low absorption by the laser 2 The layer before the layer formed by the film is cut by a laser; I's a cutter (〇1 plus) _ 322250 10 201118437 ==== under: Shooting * low absorption rate medium is the lightning film for the laser light level (four) "overtaking laser light high absorption rate], [2] The method according to the above aspect, wherein the laser light low absorption rate film is a film having an average absorption rate of the laser light of 1% or less. The method of any one of [1] to [3], wherein the polarizer layer has a high laser light between the layers of the low-intensity (four) ray. The method of any one of [1] to [4] wherein the laser light low absorption film is a ring-polymer film, polypropylene Or a polymethyl methacrylate film. The method according to the item (1) to [5], wherein the laser is a carbon dioxide laser. [7] A polarizing plate, It is produced by the method according to any one of [6] to [6]. By the method for producing a polarizing plate of the present invention, a so-called half-cut which cuts the strip-shaped polarizing plate leaving only the release film is used. In the case where the polarizing plate contains both the laser light high absorptivity film and the laser light low absorption rate ,, the (four) plane of the polarizing plate after the strip polarizing plate is cut, and the polarizer protective film layer constituting the polarizing plate The surface protective film layer on the surface is substantially free from floating, and the adhesive is not exposed on the cut surface, and the release film layer can be surely left to cut off the surface. Since the film layer, the polarizer layer, and the layer composed of the laser light low-absorption film and the laser are used in combination, the effect of the life of the cutter blade used for cutting can be prolonged. 322250 201118437 [Embodiment In the following, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of a layer configuration of a strip-shaped polarizing plate used in the method for producing a polarizing plate of the present invention. In the figure, the strip-shaped polarizing plate laminates the polarizer protective film layer 2 on one surface of the polarizer layer 1 by an adhesive layer (not shown), and the polarizer protective film layer 2 is opposite to the polarizer layer. The surface protective film layer 4 is laminated on the surface (upper surface) by the adhesive layer 3, and the other side of the polarizer layer 1 is sequentially laminated by an adhesive layer (not shown) and has a polarizer protection function and phase. The layer 5, the adhesive layer 6 and the release film layer 7 composed of a film having a poor light absorption and low absorption are shown in Fig. 2. Fig. 2 shows a layer of another strip-shaped polarizing plate used in the method for producing a polarizing plate of the present invention. A schematic cross-sectional view of a configuration example. In Fig. 2, a strip shape The polarizing plate is laminated on the single side of the polarizing plate layer 1 by an adhesive layer (not shown) to laminate the polarizing film to protect the film layer 2' in the polarized light; =} the opposite side of the protective film layer 2 from the polarizing film layer (above The surface protective film layer is laminated by the adhesive layer 3, and the polarizer protective film layer is laminated on the other surface of the polarizer by an adhesive layer (not shown), and then rides (not shown) The layer 5, the adhesive layer 6 and the release film layer 7 which are composed of a low-absorption rate of laser light having a phase difference capability are sequentially laminated. When the present invention is implemented, the strip-shaped polarizing plate is usually extended in the long direction. The strip film is provided in a roll form, and the strip polarizing plate is cut into a size corresponding to the image display element in such a manner that only the peeling film layer 7 is left, and the peeling layer is peeled off from the polarizing plate, and The polarizing plate sheets are laminated one by one on the image display element and used. Then, regarding the strip from the strip film to leave only 322250 12 201118437, the way of the film layer (four) light board cuts the desired shadow __ piece of feet • inch means, first, in the band as shown in the figure In the case of a material sheet, the uppermost surface protective film layer 4, the adhesive layer 3, the polarizer protective film layer 2, and the polarizing layer are formed! When the adhesive layer (not shown) is laser-cut, or in the case of the strip-shaped polarizing plate shown in FIG. 2, the surface protective film layer 4, the adhesive layer 3, and the polarizer protective film layer 2 The polarizer layer polarizer protective film layer 2a and the adhesive layer (not shown) are laser-cut, and then the layer 5 and the adhesive layer 6 composed of the laser light low-absorption film are cut by a cutter. The polarizer layer i used in the present invention is a film having a function of taking out linear polarized light from incident natural light, and a polarizing film obtained by adsorbing a dichroic dye on a polyethylene glycol resin film can be used. The average absorption of the laser light of the film is more than 2%, for example, about 6%. The polyacetate resin constituting the polarizer layer is obtained by subjecting a polyvinyl acetate vinegar resin to Sa_ification. In the case of the polyvinyl acetate-resin, in addition to the polyvinyl acetate vinegar which is a homopolymer of vinyl acetate vinegar, a copolymer such as ethyl acetate vinegar and other monomers copolymerizable therewith may be exemplified. Other monomers which can be copolymerized with ethylene acetate include, for example, unsaturated lysines, dilute hydrocarbons, ethylamines, unsaturated mineral acids, and propylene Iamines having a sulphur group. The degree of saponification of the polyethylene glycol-based resin is usually from 85 to about fine, preferably 98 mol% or more. The polyvinyl alcohol-based resin may be further modified. For example, a polyethylene f〇rmal or a polyethylene styrene (pQiyvinyi) may be used. Further, the degree of polymerization of the polyvinyl alcohol-based resin is usually from _ to 1 Torr, and is preferably from about 1,500 to 1,500 to 1,500 to 5,000 to about 5,000 to about 5,000. The polyephthyl alcohol resin is used as a film for the polarizer layer i. The method of forming the film of the ethylene glycol-based resin is not particularly limited, and the film thickness f of the s-membrane m-ene (tetra) structuring membrane is not particularly limited, for example, about a square m. When considering the ease of stretching, etc., the film thickness is preferably 10 or more. Polarized film ~ You! The step of uniaxially stretching the polyvinyl alcohol-based resin film, and the step of adsorbing the polyethylene dye-based resin film by using a coloring dye to adsorb the dichroic dye, The step of treating the polyethylene-based (four) resin film (tetra) acid aqueous solution of the adsorbed-color pigment, and the step of washing with water after the treatment with the aqueous solution. The dichroic dye system uses a moth or a dichroic organic dye. The polarizer protective film layer 2A2a used in the present invention is composed of a laser, which is composed of a laser absorptive film, and the average absorptivity of the laser light is usually more than 2%. Among them, a resin which is excellent in transparency, light uniformity, mechanical strength, thermal stability, and the like is particularly used. Such as cellulose diacetate or cellulose diacetate cellulose _ lipid film; such as benzene m or poly-m-phenylene vinegar, poly-p-dibenzoic acid butyl vinegar and other polyester resin film; polycarbon film; A phoenix wind-based resin film; a poly-hard resin film; a poly-branched film, a film, and the like. The nt reading of the transparent protective film layers 2 and 2a for the polarizer layer 1 is performed by the adhesive layer, and it can be used in the vibration wavelength range of the irradiated laser light using the conventionally known in the art. First, the average absorption rate is high 'usually more than 2%. 322250 14 201118437 The related adhesives include, for example, a water-based solvent, a heat-based adhesive, a solvent-free adhesive, and the like. Examples of the σ knife include the following: a water-soluble medium-based aqueous solution of a rare-acid resin, an aqueous two-liquid type (four) (urethane== (deleted 1slQn) adhesive, and the like, and an organic solvent-based (four) example. The solution of the solution of the remaining medium (4) can be solved as a one-liquid type of amine vinegar, and the cellulose acetate film which is hydrophilized by the subsequent treatment with the polarizer is used as a polarizer. When the protective film is used, 'polyethylene (tetra) resin is water-soluble (four) is suitable as an adhesive. In the polyvinyl alcohol-based resin used as the adhesive layer, in addition to the saponification treatment of the polyvinyl acetate which is a homopolymer of decyl acetate In addition to the obtained vinyl alcohol homopolymer, there is also, for example, a vinyl alcohol copolymer obtained by subjecting a copolymer of vinyl acetate gl and another monomer copolymerizable therewith to a treatment, and further The modified polyvinyl alcohol-based copolymer or the like obtained by partial modification may be used as an additive, such as a multi-secret, water-soluble epoxy compound, melamine or the like. The polarizing plate of the present invention, the polarizing plate Make up the layer material Laser light low absorption rate film. The average absorption rate of the laser light in the vibration wavelength range of the irradiated laser light is usually 2% or less, preferably 1% or less. In the present specification, "the vibration wavelength of the irradiated laser light is $ The average absorption rate (%) of the laser light of the scarf can be measured by the conventional ATR (Attenuated Total Reflection) method. The rATR method irradiates the measurement target with light having an arbitrary wavelength (laser light). By measuring the total reflection of light on the surface of the object to be measured, a method of absorbing 15 322250 201118437 spectrum on the surface of the object to be measured is obtained. In the vibration wavelength range of the irradiated laser light, the absorption of light having an arbitrary wavelength is measured by the ATR method. The rate, by calculating the average value of the obtained absorption rate, can obtain the above-mentioned "average absorption rate (%) of the laser light in the vibration wavelength range of the irradiated laser light". Such a laser light low absorption rate film can be enumerated. For example, an acrylate resin film such as poly(decyl) decyl acrylate or poly(decyl) acrylate, a polyolefin resin film, or norbornene The cyclic olefin-based resin film having a cyclic aliphatic hydrocarbon as a monomer, more specifically, a cycloolefin polymer (COP) film, a polypropylene (PP) film, or a poly(mercapto acrylate) film (PMMA) film These films of course have the function of the retardation film required for the polarizing plate, and also have excellent water absorption prevention function and moisture resistance prevention function. Therefore, the strip polarizing plate as shown in Fig. 1 can also replace the TAC. Further, the polarizing plate of the present invention may be used in any one of the surface protective film layer and the layer composed of the laser light low-absorption film, and may have another purpose depending on the purpose thereof. A function-addition film layer such as a retardation film layer, a viewing angle-enhancing film layer, an anti-reflection film layer, an anti-glare film layer, and a reflection film layer is formed of a laser light high-absorption film. Further, one or more of these layers may be used. In the present invention, as the adhesive used for forming the adhesive layers 3, 6 of the polarizing plate, an adhesive known in the art can be used. The conventional adhesive has a high average absorption of laser light in the vibration wavelength range of the irradiated laser light, usually exceeding 2%. For example, a raw material polymer such as an acrylic, rubber, amine ester, s i i i cone, or polyethylene mystery is used, and 162250 201118437 (base P〇lymer) is used. Further, it may be an energy ray hardening type or a teaching hardening type. Among these, an acrylic resin excellent in transparency, weather resistance, heat resistance, and the like is most suitable as a primer for the base polymer. The acrylic acid adhesive is not limited to a specific one, and is (meth)acrylic acid butyl vinegar, (methyl) acetoacetate, (meth) acrylic acid isooctyl vinegar, (meth)acrylic acid A (meth)acrylic acid-based raw material polymer such as 2-ethylhexyl vinegar or a copolymerized raw material polymer using two or more kinds of (meth) propyl vinegar or the like is suitable. Further, in the raw material polymers, polar monomers are copolymerized. The polar monomer may, for example, be (meth)propanol acid, (meth)propionic acid 2_hydroxypropyl vinegar, (methyl)propionic acid 2 methicyl ethyl ester, (meth) acrylamide, (Methyl)acrylic acid 2-N,N-dimethylaminoethyl vinegar, (mercapto) acrylic acid glycidol vinegar, etc. having a silk, a mercapto group, an acid amine group, an amine group, an epoxy group, etc. monomer. One of these acrylic adhesives can of course be used alone, but a crosslinking agent is usually used in combination. The crosslinking agent may, for example, be a divalent or polyvalent metal ion and form a metal acid salt with a slow-base metal; a poly-branched amine compound, and a mercapto bond may be formed between the trans-base; A polyepoxy compound and a polyolized σ substance form a _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Organic crosslinking agent is used. , ^, 贱... This inner wire is hardened (4) "The hanging finger has the property of being hardened by ultraviolet rays and electron beams, etc., and is sticky even before the energy ray irradiation, and is adhered to the film and the like. The body has an adhesive which can be hardened by irradiation of an energy ray to adjust the adhesion force. Moreover, in the present invention, when the adhesive is used in the adhesive layer, the adhesive layer adhesive is used. The hardened material is made of #.pm~day by hardening type,... This L-line hardening type adhesive is special 2, and it is preferable to use an external hardening type adhesive. Energy line hardening type is the same as C. The adhesive and the energy ray polymerizable compound are formed as a compound. Usually, the crosslinking agent is further formulated, and if necessary, a photopolymerization initiator or a photosensitizer may be formulated. In the composition of the agent, in addition to the above-mentioned base polymer and cross-linking agent, if necessary, in order to adjust the adhesive force, cohesive force, purity, elastic modulus, and transfer temperature of the adhesive, it may be adjusted to be, for example, a natural product or a composite wire. The reliance on the tree An appropriate additive such as an antioxidant, a dye, a pigment, an antifoaming agent, a residual agent, or a photopolymerization initiator. Further, it may be made to contain fine particles to form a light-scattering adhesive layer. The layer may be formulated with an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, etc., and the ultraviolet absorber may, for example, be a salicylate-based compound, a benzophenone-based compound, a benzotriazole-based compound or a cyanoacrylate-based compound. In the present invention, the release layer film 7 constituting the polarizing plate is a release material composed of a laser light high absorptivity film, and is a laser light in a vibration wavelength range of the irradiated laser light. A film having an average absorption ratio of usually more than 2% is used as a general release material for an optical film, for example, a polyethylene terephthalate film or a polyester film, etc. The substrate 8 of the display device to which the polarizing plate is bonded after the layer 7 is a glass substrate, a synthetic resin substrate, etc. used in a display device such as a liquid crystal display device or a plasma display device, 322250 201118437 The member on the flat plate may be a base plate in which a component such as a liquid crystal cell or an electrode is formed in advance. The shape of the substrate is generally a shape such as a square or a rectangle. In the present invention, the laser device used when cutting the strip-shaped polarizing plate For the crane, you can use the infrared laser, for example, you can use carbon dioxide laser, YAG laser, UV laser, etc. 'From the point of view of the fracture of the cut surface and the lack of corners, the operation of ί·生The laser is the most suitable. The ^ (the) speed system and the thickness of the strip polarizer cut and erected. The thickness of the polarizer is in the range of 7〇i 5〇〇" Right / 15 to 6 Gm / min is better. If the cutting speed is less than lm / min, the tendency of green is not good. In addition, the output of the infrared laser varies depending on the degree of rotation, the desired cutting speed, etc., usually at (10) to Used within the range of 400W. In the case of only the second light moon film which is the object of the present invention. ::The wavelength of the laser used by the human body. The layer of the low-absorption film +(10)丨 is contained in the cut-off of the laser light, and is cut and reinforced by the wavelength of the H-shaped thin polarizing plate. When =^ is 9. 4_ person. She used 1G compared to the person who used the mine to cut the processor. 6^m laser wavelength The ® by laser is more beautiful. At the beginning of the formation of the low-absorption film, it is just that the layer is left only by the ray 7, and the layer is cut. When the layer 5 of the cutting system and the layer 6 of the cutting agent 6 are composed of a laser absorptive film, the light absorbing ability is low: =!: low light absorption _ text is difficult to make a size 322250 by laser 19 201118437 Good cutting (cutting depth adjustment), in almost all cases, the peeling film is also cut off, and it is difficult to achieve the desired half cut. Further, even if the half-cut can be performed, since the resin is melted and becomes a block shape, the release film layer 7 is peeled off from the polarized plate after the cutting, and even if it is bonded to the substrate 8, the bonded portion of the substrate and the polarizing plate floats. It can't be evenly sealed. The strip-shaped polarizing plate of the present invention is laser-cut to a layer just before the layer 5 composed of the laser light low-absorption film, and then cut by means of a cutter to leave the peeling film layer 7 Broken. By adopting this method, the floating of the surface protective film 4 or the exposure of the adhesive which is generated when the strip-shaped polarizing plate is completely cut by the cutter can be improved, and the production cost due to the short life of the cutting tool can be remarkably improved. By using a very simple method of performing the cutting operation in two stages, it is possible to solve the protective film layer and the peeling film layer which are different in light absorption ability when the strip-shaped polarizing plate is cut only by laser. In the polarizing plate, it is necessary to perform the cutting, which is complicated and requires a high degree of technical work, in which only the peeling film layer is left. The cutter for cutting the layer 5 and the adhesive layer composed of the laser light low-absorption film may be a cutter which is generally used in the field of optical films, and examples thereof include a cut-cut cutter and a die-cut cutter. It is also a fixed round knife or a rotary round knife. These cutter blades are the first to use a roller that drives the cutter blade, or a dead center adjustment member below the dead center of the cutter blade. At this time, by adjusting the bottom dead center position to 0 of the thickness of the peeling film layer 7.  Five times or less, the release film layer 7 can be surely left, and only the layer 5 composed of the laser light low absorption film and the adhesive layer are cut in a direction orthogonal to the film length direction. 20 322250 201118437 Also, in the range of vibrational wavelengths of carbon dioxide lasers (9.  2/zm to 10. In 8//m), when measuring the average absorption rate of a representative film suitable for a polarizing plate, a cellulose triacetate film (TAC film): 13%, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA film): 6%, polyparaphenylene Ethylene phthalate film (PE: T film): 8%, cycloolefin polymer film (C0P film): 0.  3%, poly(mercapto acrylate) film (PMMA film)·· 0.  8 %, polypropylene film (PP film): 0·7%. As described above, the polarizing plate cut into a desired shape by the method of the present invention as described in detail is bonded to the substrate 8 such as a liquid crystal display after the release film layer 7 is peeled off. These operations are applied to a polarizing plate bonding apparatus in which a polarizing plate is continuously bonded to a substrate by the following steps: a tape film laminated as shown in Fig. 1 or Fig. 2 is wound into a film. In the form of a roll, the roll film is pulled out in the long direction, and when the cut surface on the side of the direction of progress which is orthogonal to the long direction progresses to the length of the corresponding substrate, the strip film is left only In the method of peeling off the film layer, at least the strip-shaped polarizing plate and the adhesive layer are cut in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction; and the film cut by the cutting is a separation step of separating the release film layer; and a bonding step of bonding the adhesive surface of the film after separating the release film layer to the substrate to be conveyed. EXAMPLES Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail based on examples. [Manufacture of polarizing plate] In the present embodiment, the strip-shaped polarizing plate is substantially constructed using the structure shown in Fig. 1. In other words, on both sides of the polarizer layer 1 composed of a film having a thickness of 25/zm of iodine adsorbed by polyvinyl alcohol, by containing polyethylene 322250 201118437 alcohol and water-soluble ring shame 80, by one month The adhesive layer formed by the aqueous solution of ruthenium is bonded to the thickness of 2, and the polarized light (10) composed of the A vinegar/film is formed on the upper surface of the polarizer protective film layer composed of the cellulose film. Do not listen to the scratches or dust damage, by the TM to the poly-compressive adhesive layer 3 and the thickness of the adhesive layer in the polarizer layer! The surface protective film layer 4 composed of a film, and the water-soluble/one side of the oxygen resin is bonded to the ring by a thickness of 1° by an adhesive comprising a polyethylene-based and a water-soluble cycloaliphatic resin. Product name: Sometimes it is also marked as a functional additional layer 5). The acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 on the one side θ σ is bonded to the thickness of 38/m. The strip-shaped polarizing plate (size: lmxlm) thus constituted was prepared from a release film 22 322250 1 ' composed of a polyethylene terephthalate film. [Example 1] The above-mentioned strip-shaped polarizing plate was used with a laser wavelength of 9.  4 μm carbon dioxide laser (laser light irradiation device: manufactured by Coherent, USA), at the right angle of the polarizing plate and the retracting axis, from the surface protective film layer of the polarizing plate to the layer before the functional additional layer 5 (surface protection) The film layer, the adhesive layer, the polarizer layer, the polarizer layer, and the adhesive layer were cut (cutting conditions: frequency 20 kHz, output: 59 W, speed: 60 m/min), and then fixed using Round knife (11〇φ, blade angle 20, thickness 0. 3 mm, manufactured by Ebara Industrial Co., Ltd., the functional additional layer 5 and the adhesive layer 6 are cut so as to leave only the release film layer 7. The micro-mirror photograph of the polarizing plate cut-off section thus obtained is shown in Fig. 5. Further, the treatment i5〇 is cut by the laser (laser wavelength 201118437: 9·4 (10) and the fixed circular knife). After the sheet = the back of the board, the knife of the solid knife was observed, and the cutting edge was not damaged and the cutting ability was not significantly lowered. [Comparative Example 1] ^ The strip-shaped polarizing plate of the same type as that of the user of Example 1 was used, and only the peeling film layer 7 which left the surface to which the substrate was bonded was used, using only the fixed circular blade used in the actual one. The cutting operation is shown in Fig. 6 as shown in Fig. 6 from the beginning of the implementation of the cut surface of the polarizing plate cut off from the start of the 0th step. (4) It is known from Chu that only the strip-shaped polarized light is cut by a round knife (4) π ―In the human cut section, 'the polarizer protective film layer and the surface protector are visible to float. In addition, at the 10th time, the sharpness of the fixed round knife is not good, as shown in Fig. 7 and the missing corner. Continued use. The blade of the '51 blade is not shown in the figure. [Simplified description of the drawing] = The figure shows a schematic cross-sectional view showing an example of the layer structure of the lightweight strip-shaped polarizing plate used in the present invention.
