Description

Further, as shown in Fig. 12, the rear flasher 84 is disposed at a position forward of the contour line on the rear side of the vehicle body as viewed from the side. In other words, the rear flasher 84 is disposed at a position further forward than the contour line formed by the tail light 10 and the license plate bracket 8 on the rear side. In detail, the rear end 84a of the rear flasher 84 is located further forward than the above contour line. Further, in the present embodiment, the license plate holder 8 includes an illumination unit 83 that supports a lamp (not shown) that illuminates the license plate 80. The illumination unit 83 and the rear portion 82 are formed in a body and protrude rearward from the upper portion of the rear portion 82. However, 136684.doc -17-201020154 Yes, the illumination unit 83 is not necessarily required, and the license plate 80 may be illuminated by, for example, the light of the tail light. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 13, the outline BL (the thick line in Fig. 13) on the rear side of the vehicle body can be formed by removing the portion other than the illumination portion 83 from the tail light 丨〇 and the license plate bracket 8. The rear end 84a of the rear flasher 84 is located further forward than the contour line bl as viewed from the side. As seen from the side view, the tail lamp 10 and the rear portion 82 of the license plate bracket 8 are formed in a substantially horizontal V-shape extending obliquely from the specific inter-valley position 85 toward the rear obliquely upward and rearward obliquely downward. The intermediate position 84m of the rear flasher 84 in the vehicle front-rear direction is located further forward than the inter-valley position 85. As shown in Fig. 5, the rear flasher 84 is located closer to the inner side in the vehicle width direction than the outermost outer end 72 of the side cover 7 in the lateral direction of the vehicle. In other words, the outer end 84b of the flasher 84 is located closer to the inner side in the vehicle width direction than the line L9 extending through the outer end 72 of the side cover 7 and extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. As shown in Fig. 12, the side portion 81 of the license plate bracket 8 is located further forward than the tail light 1 。. The rear flasher 84 is attached to the side portion 81 in such a manner as to be located further forward than the tail light 1〇. In more detail, the rear end 84a of the rear flasher 84 is located further forward than the rear end 10a of the tail light 10. As shown in Fig. 14, a concave portion 81a is formed in the side portion 8 1 of the license bracket 8, and the concave portion 81a is recessed toward the inner side in the vehicle width direction when viewed in a cross section cut along the vehicle width direction. The rear flasher 84 is mounted in the recess 81a. The rear flasher 84 is not directly attached to the side portion 81 via a special support portion that protrudes laterally from the side portion 81 of the license plate bracket 8. However, the shape of the side portion 81 of the license plate bracket 8 is not particularly limited. Also, as shown in Fig. 15, a support portion 86 projecting laterally from the side portion 81 of the license plate bracket 8 is provided to support the rear flasher 84 to the support portion 86. Further, even in this case, the rear flasher 84 is disposed at a position overlapping the protruding portion 71 so as to be partially covered by the projection 71 of the side cover 7 as viewed from the plane. As shown in FIG. 1, a rear fender 54 is provided above the rear wheel 53. The rear screed 54 extends in a front-rear direction from a position further forward than the center 53c of the rear wheel 53 toward a rear side of the rear end 53. Specifically, the rear mud plate 54 extends rearward from a position near the rear of the crankcase (not shown) of the engine unit 5, and extends rearward from the position T of the rear end of the rear wheel 53. The rear fender 54 is formed in a shape conforming to the shape of the rear wheel 53. That is, the rear fender 54 is formed in a substantially arc shape from the side. As shown in FIG. 4, the rear fender 54 includes a fender body 54& which covers one of the upper and left and right directions of the rear wheel 53, and a side panel portion 54b which is self-supporting the mud body 54a toward the left side and The right side protrudes; and the lower piece portion 54c protrudes obliquely downward from the lower side of the fender body 54a. As shown in Fig. 1, the lower end of the rear portion of the rear fender 54, i.e., the lower end 54d of the lower piece portion 54C, is located below the lower end 82a of the rear portion 82 of the license plate bracket 8. Further, the term "rear portion of the rear fender 54" means a portion which is rearward from the intermediate position in the front-rear direction of the rear fender 54. The side panel portion 541) and the lower panel portion 54c are also located below the lower end 82a of the license plate bracket 8. The upper end of the rear fender 54 is located at a height substantially equal to the upper end of the license plate bracket 8. <Effect of the Embodiment> As described above, the scooter type vehicle 1 of the present embodiment includes the license plate bracket 8 and the rear fender 54 as shown in Fig. 1 'package 136684.doc.19-201020154. The license plate bracket 8 includes side portions 81 on the left and right sides, and side portions 81 on the left and right sides of the rear portion 82 of the support plate 80. Each side portion 81 is disposed along a portion of the lower edge 73 of the side cover 7. Further, each of the side portions 81 covers a portion of the storage box 18 that is exposed downward from the lower edge 73 of the side cover 7 and the battery case 11 from the side. The rear fender 54 extends to a position further rearward than the position T of the rear end of the rear wheel 53. Further, the rear lower end 54d of the rear fender 54 is located below the lower end 82a of the rear portion 82 of the license plate bracket 8. According to this embodiment, since the rear fender 54 is sufficiently extended to the rear, the rear wheel 53 can be sufficiently covered. Thus, the rear fender 54 will exert sufficient mud retaining performance, so that there is no problem even if the rear portion 82 of the license plate bracket 8 is relatively small. That is, the mud retaining performance can be maintained on the one hand, and the rear portion 82 of the license plate bracket 8 can be made compact on the one hand. Further, since the rear fender 54 exhibits sufficient mud retaining performance, it is difficult for water or mud to splash onto the storage box 8 and the battery case 11 which are disposed on the rear side of the vehicle. In addition, since the side portion 81 of the license plate bracket 8 covers the container box 18 and the battery case, the side portion 81 can be used to suppress the mud to be sprayed onto the storage box 18 and the battery case 11 to a certain degree. Degree. Therefore, the area of the side cover 7 can be suppressed to be small. That is, the side cover 7 can be made compact. Increasing the rear fender 54 only on the right will only lead to the enlargement of the speed after the speed of the vehicle. However, according to the present embodiment, although the rear fender 54 itself is enlarged, the rear portion 82 and the side cover 7 of the license plate bracket 8 are miniaturized, so that the compactness of the rear portion of the scooter type vehicle can be achieved in a comprehensive manner. Chemical. In this way, although it has been previously thought that if the rear fender 54 is enlarged, the enlargement of the rear portion of the vehicle 136684.doc -20-201020154 cannot be avoided, but the inventors of the present application have made an effort to study the results, and if the increase is followed by the mud board In order to improve the mud-removing performance, it is possible to miniaturize the other parts in such a way that the size of the rear fenders 54 is larger than the size of the rear fenders. According to the present embodiment, the rear portion of the scooter type vehicle 1 can be made compact. The fender 54 has a mud retaining function by swinging together with the rear wheel 53. Even if it has the same degree of mudguard function as the case of retaining the mud by the license plate bracket 8 fixed to the vehicle body, It is also possible to suppress the enlargement of the rear fender 5 4 . Therefore, in a comprehensive manner, the compactness of the rear part of the Scooter type vehicle can be achieved. Further, according to the present embodiment, as shown in Fig. 12, the length hi of the license plate bracket 8 in the vertical direction of the vehicle is shorter than the length h2 of the vehicle longitudinal direction. Further, the length of the license bracket 8 in the vertical direction of the vehicle is shorter than the length h3 in the vehicle width direction (see Fig. 5). That is, the length of the license plate bracket 8 in the vehicle up-and-down direction is set to be relatively short. Therefore, the rear portion of the scooter type vehicle 1 can be made compact. Further, as shown in Fig. 12, the license plate bracket 8 is as follows. And formed, that is, when the license plate 80 is mounted, the lower end 82a of the rear portion 82 of the license plate bracket 8 is located above the lower end 8A of the license plate 80. Thus, the length of the vehicle in the up and down direction of the license plate bracket 8 is shorter. Therefore, it is possible to promote the compactness of the rear portion of the Scooter type vehicle 1. As shown in Fig. 12, the rear end 82a of the license plate bracket 8 is located further forward than the rear end i〇a of the tail light 10. That is, the license plate bracket 8 is placed. The protruding portion toward the rear is suppressed to be small. Therefore, the rear portion of the scooter type vehicle 1 can be made more compact. 136684.doc -21 · 201020154 Further, according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. The lower end 54d of the fender 54 is located below the center 53c of the rear wheel 53. That is, the rear support plate 54 is extended to the lower side. Therefore, the mud retaining performance by the rear fender W can be sufficiently improved. This can promote the compactness of the license plate bracket 8, etc. The rear fender 54 The fender body 54a includes a fender body 54a covering one of the upper and left and right directions of the rear wheel 53, and the side piece portion 54b' is located below the lower end 82a of the license plate bracket 8, The left side and the right side of the self-supporting mud board body 54a protrude. Therefore, the mud retaining performance of the mud board 54 can be further improved. Further, the rear fender 54 includes a lower piece portion 54c which is more than the lower end 82a of the license plate bracket 8. The lower position 'is protruded obliquely downward from the lower side of the fender body 54a. Thereby, the mud retaining performance of the fender 54 can be further improved. According to the present embodiment, as seen from the side, The support portion 9a of the upper rear buffer bracket 丨2 of the rear cushion unit 9 is located above the rear fender 54 and below the side 81 of the license plate bracket 8. That is, the upper side of the rear cushion unit 9 The support portion 9a is not covered by the side portion 81 of the license plate bracket 8, but is exposed. Thus, the side portion 81 of the license plate bracket 8 is miniaturized. Therefore, the rear portion of the scooter type vehicle 1 can be further compacted. According to the embodiment, the storage box is viewed from the side 8 and a portion of the battery case 11 is exposed downward from the lower edge 73 of the side cover 7, and one of the exposed portions is partially covered by the side portion 81 of the license plate bracket 8. As described above, the side cover 7 has been retracted to a smaller extent, Therefore, the rear portion of the scooter type vehicle 1 can be made compact.
