Abstract
Mevcut buluş, bir taşıyıcı plaka üzerinde düzenlenen en az bir aşınma katmanının abrazyon dayanımının belirlenmesine yönelik bir yöntem ile ilgili olup, 500 nm ve 2500 nm arasında, tercihen 700 nm ve 2000 nm arasında, özellikle tercihen 900 nm ve 1700 nm arasında bir dalga boyu aralığında en az bir NIR-algılayıcısı kullanılarak, en az bir aşınma katmanının taşıyıcı plaka ile kürlenmesinden önce en az bir taşıyıcı plaka üzerinde düzenlenen aşınma katmanının en az bir NIR-spektrumunun kaydedilmesi; en az bir aşınma katmanının ölçülecek abrazyon dayanımı için elde edilen NIR-spektrumunun, bilinen abrazyon dayanımına sahip en az bir aşınma katmanının en az bir referans örneği için elde edilen en az bir NIR-spektrumu ile bir çok-değişkenli veri analizi (MDA) aracılığıyla karşılaştırılması yoluyla en az bir aşınma katmanının abrazyon dayanımının belirlenmesi adımlarını içerir; burada en az bir aşınma katmanının bilinen abrazyon dayanımına sahip en az bir referans örneği için elde edilen en az bir NIR-spektrumu, kürlenmeden önce 500 nm ve 2500 nm arasında, tercihen 700 nm ve 2000 nm arasında, özellikle tercihen 900 nm ve 1700 nm arasında bir dalga boyu aralığında aynı NIR-algılayıcısı kullanılarak daha önceden belirlenmiştir.
