Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un método para determinar la resistencia a la abrasión de al menos una capa de desgaste arreglada sobre una placa portadora, que comprende los pasos de: capturar al menos un espectro de NIR de la capa de desgaste arreglada sobre al menos una placa portadora a) antes del curado de al menos una capa de desgaste, b) después del curado de al menos una capa de desgaste, o c) antes y después del curado de al menos una capa de desgaste con la placa portadora usando al menos un detector de NIR en un intervalo de longitud de onda entre 500 nm y 2500 nm, preferiblemente entre 700 nm y 2000 nm, especialmente preferentemente entre 900 nm y 1700 nm; determinando la resistencia a la abrasión de al menos una capa de desgaste comparando el espectro de NIR determinado para la resistencia a la abrasión que será determinada de al menos una capa de desgaste con al menos un espectro de NIR determinado para al menos una muestra de referencia de al menos una capa de desgaste con una resistencia a la abrasión conocida por medio de análisis de datos multivariantes (MDA), donde al menos un espectro de NIR determinado para al menos una muestra de referencia con una resistencia conocida a la abrasión de al menos una capa de desgaste ha sido determinado previamente a) después del curado de al menos una capa de desgaste, o b) antes y después del curado utilizando el detector de NIR idéntico en un intervalo de longitud de onda entre 500 nm y 2500 nm, preferiblemente entre 700 nm y 2000 nm, especialmente preferentemente entre 900 nm y 1700 nm.
