Abstract
The invention relates to foundry and can be used to make foundry molds and cores from heat-curable phosphate mixtures. The goal is to improve the knockout of the mixture, reduce its shedding and humidity, increase vitality, strength after heat drying and heat resistance. The mixture contains, in wt.%: Aluminum borophosphate concentrate 2.5 ... 5.0 and the rest refractory filler based on silicon dioxide, the rest. The introduction of an alumino-phosphate concentrate into the mixture promotes the formation of stable hydrogen bonds, as a result of which the strength of the mixture increases and its friability decreases. Improved knock-out is achieved due to the content of boron oxide in the binder. 2 tab.
Description
The invention relates to foundry and can be used to make foundry molds and cores from heat-curable phosphate mixtures.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the knockability of the mixture, reducing its shedding and moisture, increased vitality, strength after heat drying and heat resistance.
The proposed mixture contains a phosphate binder and a refractory filler.
В качестве фосфатного св зующего используют алюмоборфосфатный концентрат, содержащий в своем составе, мас.%:As a phosphate binder, an alumino-phosphate concentrate is used, containing in its composition, wt.%:

The density of the binder is -1.5-2.0 g / cm, the viscosity according to VZ-4-150 s, the cost is 400 rub / t.
13078-84.As a refractory filler using quartz sand according to GOST 13078-84.
The mixture is prepared in runners by mixing the binder with quartz sand for 2 minutes.
2.The compositions of the proposed mixtures are given in table. 1, their technological properties in the table. 2
As follows from the table. 1 and 2, the knockability of the proposed mixture after metal pouring is 3.04-6.08 J, while the knockability of the known mixture is 27.36 J. The use of mixtures in manufacturing with increased knockability greatly complicates the production of finishing operations. In addition, the moisture content of the mixture is negligible (0.8-1.25%), therefore,

смесь менее склонна к ужиминообразова- нию.the mixture is less prone to coagulation.
Осыпаемость образцов смеси также низка (0,43-0,045%), тогда как образцы, приготовленные из известной смеси, имеют осыпаемость 0,79%, следовательно, брак отливок при использовании предлагаемой смеси уменьшаетс .The friability of the mixture samples is also low (0.43-0.045%), while the samples prepared from the known mixture have a friability of 0.79%, therefore, the scrap of castings using the proposed mixture is reduced.
The compressive strength of the samples is much higher than that of the known mixture samples.
Thus, it is obvious that the proposed mixture is superior to that known for all physico-mechanical parameters. As can be seen from the table. 1 and 2, the use of the BOB composition makes it possible to obtain mixtures with good strength properties, to reduce the scrap of castings in gas shells, cuts, burns, hot cracks.
When using the invention, the expected positive effect per unit of production will be 10-15 rubles. per 1 ton of castings by reducing the marriage of castings on gas shells, cuts, burns, due to
сокращени т желого физического труда при производстве финишных операций и сокращени расхода материала и себестоимости отливок.reduction of heavy physical labor in the production of finishing operations and reduction of material consumption and cost of castings.
