Description
This invention relates to the field of powder metallurgy, in particular, to the production of highly dispersed silver powders.
The aim of the invention is to intensify the process.
Example. 144.6 g (0.464 mol) of silver sulfate are dissolved in 15 l of distilled water (60-70 ° C). Get 15.6 l of silver sulfate solution with a concentration of 9.27 g / l.
0.72 g (0.5 wt.% With respect to the weight) of sodium dodecyl sulfate is dissolved in 5 l of water (60-70 ° C). Get a surfactant solution with a concentration of 0.14 g / L.
270.7 g (0.974 mol) of FeSOv7H O (water is acidified by adding 30 ml of 96% sulfuric acid) are dissolved in 10 l of water. Get 10.5 l of a solution with the content of FeSO, 13,16 g / l.
Как показали практические испытани , полученный продукт пригоден дл серебрени деталей циферблата часов (натиранием).The silver sulfate solution is mixed with a surfactant solution. The resulting mixture is poured into a reaction vessel containing iron (II) sulfate. The precipitate is filtered off, washed with water (45-50 ° C) until absent, sulphate ions in the washings and dried (50-60 ° C) for 16-24 hours. 98 g (yield 98%) of a powder with a content of 99 is obtained, 9 wt./about. Ag. The bulk density of this silver powder is 0.55 g / cm. Practical tests have shown that the product obtained is suitable for silvering the details of the watch face (by rubbing).
1.Examples of the implementation of the method and the properties of the obtained silver powder are given in table. one.
