Abstract
1 з.п. ф-лы, i ил. с (С (ЛThe invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular to aggregates for the profiling of corrugated sheets. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the profiles by reducing surface defects. The roll forming mill contains a series of successively installed stands with rollers connected one to one above the other with an inter-roll gap connected with the drive. The working surfaces of the rolls are made with a notch. The height of the irregularities of the notches of the rolls of the intermediate stands is 4.o6 microns. The height of the irregularities of the notch of the rolls of roughing and finishing stands is 7 ... 8 microns. In each of two or three stands after the master and in one or two penultimate cages, only one roll is driven. When the strip is rolled in the mill, its adhesion to the rolls in rough and finishing cages is increased, which makes it possible to reduce the roll slip relative to the strip and thereby improve the surface quality of the profiles. 1 hp f-ly, i ill. c (C (L

The invention is intended for the production of corrugated sheets from ferrous rolled strip.
The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the profiles by reducing surface defects.
The drawing schematically shows a flanging mill for the production of corrugated sheets with a thickness of 0.8 ... 1.5 mm ,.
The mill consists of a rough 1, intermediate II and clean-clean III groups of stands. A part of the roughing group stands, which are located after the master stand 1, has only the lower rolls 2 driven (the drive rolls are shaded in the diagram), the upper rolls 3 are non-driven. All rolls of the second stand group are driven, In the finishing stand group both rolls of the last stand are also driven, and in the two front stands only the lower rolls 2 are driven. All rolls of the mill are installed with a specific wave-gap.
Workers, the surface of the rolls of all the stands are made with a notch. The height of the irregularities RO of the roll groove of the intermediate stands is 4.0. 6 microns, and the height of asperities of the notches of the rolls of rough and finishing stands within 7, 8 microns.
Следовательно, в черновых клет х желателен наибольший коэффициент трени между полосой и валками (т,а, нужна более груба насечка),When forming profiles in a relatively large number of stands, scratching is most likely in the first (rough) and last (finishing) calibers: in draft calibers, maximum bending angles are usually made, which increases the resistance of the strips to calibres, and therefore its slippage, in the finishing caliber - the depth of the cuts of the streams into rolls is greatest, which increases the difference in peripheral speeds along the height of the corrugations. Consequently, in roughing cages, the greatest coefficient of friction between the strip and the rolls is desirable (t, a, a coarser notch is needed),
а в чистовых клет х, вл ющихс от- and in finishing cells that are from

риски и царапины, что также достигаетс более грубой насечкой поверхности валков.risks and scratches, which is also achieved by coarser notching the surface of the rolls.
Therefore, a small notch (that is, a decrease in Cd) increases the number of defects. At the same time, the creation of the same coarse notch on all rolls of the mill (i.e., an increase in Kd) dramatically increases the adhesion of the rolls to the moldable strip (due to the large number of intermediate stands), which leads to an increase in load on the finishing stands (molding leads to stretching} and slipping the strip in the rolls of these stands, this necessitates a decrease in the value of R in the intermediate cages.
The advantage of this mill in comparison with the known one is that the finished profiles x lack surface defects such as scratches and scratches, which deteriorate the quality of the corrugated strips and thus their consumer properties.
