No. 11994 The invention relates to foundry production, namely, devices for calcining the casting and cooling of ceramic molds for casting on produced models. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of castings and labor productivity by adjusting the cooling conditions. FIG. 1 shows the device, a general view; in fig. 2 - aperture. The device contains a flask 1 with holes 2 in the bottom, a cover with screws 3, a ceramic form 4, a clamp 5, a lever 6, an axis 7, compacting the gaskets 8, a table 9, a diffuser 10, a movable diaphragm And, with one group of holes 12, the area of which is equal to 15 the area of the holes in the bottom of the flask, and another group 13, whose area is 10-20% of the area of the holes in the bottom of the flask. The device works as follows. Flask 1 is mounted on table 9, which has a diffuser 10 for pneumatically supplying a dry filler to flask 1. Diaphragm 11 rests on sealing gaskets 8. Initially, diaphragm 11 is set to when holes 2 in the bottom of flask 1 are aligned with large holes of diaphragm 11. The ceramic mold 4 is installed in the seat of the retainer 5, the flask is closed with the lid 3 and the ceramic mold 4 is fixed in the lid. A dry filler (quartz sand, graphite, cast iron shot) with a particle size of up to 1.5 mm is fed through the diffuser 10 under pressure, and the flask is filled with a filler. When the diaphragm 11 is rotated using the lever 6, the openings of the bottom of the flask are crossed by the diaphragm plane. After pouring the molten metal into a ceramic mold and a small lobe, the heated filler is discharged from the flask by combining the large openings of the flask bottom and the diaphragm. In order to accelerate the cooling of the poured molds, air is supplied through the small orifices of the diaphragm. Heated air is not required. For air supply, the diaphragm 11 is rotated to the position until the holes of the bottom of the flask and the small holes of the 5 10 02 diaphragm are aligned. The air supply can be carried out using a diffuser. The intensity of the air supply can be changed depending on the weight and temperature of the mold, the metal grade and the required physical and mechanical properties of the castings. After cooling the ceramic molds to the required temperature of 100-250 ° C, the molds are removed from the flask, which is fed again to the molding, pouring and cooling. The process cycle repeats. As the data show, when pouring kerag. Carbon steel grades with liquid metal temperature before the launch of the bucket 600 ° C and using graphite as a dry filler, the heating time of flask with ceramic molds (heating temperature 900 C) is reduced to 1.5 hours instead of 3 hours dry sand. The temperature of the molds is reduced by artificial blowing with air from 720 to 250 ° C in 1.5 hours instead of 4 hours according to the existing technology. Thus, the use of the proposed device allows to reduce the cooling time of the forms by about 3 times. The table shows the results of cooling blocks weighing 10, 15 and 20 kg. The most optimal ratio of the cross-sectional area of the holes in the diaphragm to purge the ceramic molds to the cross-sectional area of the holes in the bottom of the flask within 10-20% ensures the shortest cooling time to the block ejection temperature. With an increase in the cross-sectional area of the orifices of the diaphragm, it is necessary to change the vent sections in the flask cover, which in turn worsens the conditions for filling the bulk filler. At the same time, in the microstructure of steel castings, the content of ferrite decreases by a factor of 3, which ensures an increase in the quality of cast castings (see table). The implementation of the invention makes it possible to obtain economic efficiency according to the following indicators: to increase labor productivity and reduce labor costs, to improve the quality of the manufactured blanks.
