Description

п. материалов металлическими припо ми .The invention relates to methods for soldering and tinning ceramic products, abrasives, ferrites, and the like, materials with metallic solder.

Known analogous methods involving the use of conventional type of blades do not provide not only a sufficient intensity of the technological process and high strength of the soldered joints, but also the fact of tinning and, consequently, soldering.

Расплавление припо  удобно производить непосредственно на поверхности издели  за счет тепла предварительно нагретого издели .To eliminate this drawback, an ultrasonic emitter is proposed for soldering. The technological process of soldering in this case consists of the usual operations of heating the product, melting the solder and tinning or soldering the product using an ultrasonic radiator. The heating temperature of products should be somewhat higher than the melting point of the solder. Heating of products is conveniently performed in an electric furnace, and soldering is carried out on an electric stove to impede the cooling of products. When brazing large products, local heating with a gas burner can be used. Melting solder is convenient to produce directly on the surface of the product due to the heat of the preheated product.

After melting the solder deposited on the product, tinning and soldering is performed with an ultrasonic emitter, the tip of which is immersed in the molten solder and moved along the surface of the product, and is replaced by soldering. The area of the ceramic product, subjected to ultrasonic treatment, within 0.1-0.2 seconds. It gives a completely reliable and durable solder joint.

Температура нагрева изделий, а также жаростойкость наконечника ультразвукового излучател  должны выбиратьс  в соответствии с температурой плавлени  припо .Many soldering metals and alloys can be used as solders. The heating temperature of the products, as well as the heat resistance of the tip of the ultrasonic emitter, must be chosen in accordance with the melting point of the solder.
