Description
1 The invention relates to methods of physico-chemical analysis, in particular to the means of potentiometric control of aqueous media for the content of papaverine, and can be applied in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, in medicine and in control and analytical laboratories. The composition of membranes of ion-selective electrodes is known for the determination of various organic ions consisting of polyvinyl chloride or nylon and plasticizers: dioctyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, etc., that can solvate or adsorb the CIH ions being analyzed. The disadvantages of such membranes are a narrow range of measured ion concentrations, low specificity, and a short lifetime of the membrane. The composition of the membrane of the ikoselective electrode is also izyest, suitable for the determination of papaverine containing ve-membrane active. There are various salts of picric acid 23. However, such membranes are not specific to any single ion and are reversible to many organic ions. Closest to the proposed membrane ion-selective electrode composition for determining the concentration of papaverine ions, including a binder, a plasticizer, a membrane-active substance and an NW activator. However, membranes with such a composition have low septivity and low working life (3-5 weeks). The purpose of the invention is to increase the selectivity and increase the service life. The goal is achieved by the fact that, in the composition of the ionic membrane of the elective electrode, to determine the concentration of papaverine ions, including a binder, a plasticizer, a meme, an active substance and an activator, polyvinyl chloride is used as a binder as dibutyl phthalate as a plasticizer. - papaverine salt 5- (3,3-dicarboxy-4, 4-dioxybenzogide ylidene) -2-oxo-t, 3-cyclohexadiene-1 carboxylic acid, and as an activator - highly dispersed activated carbon with the following ratio: Components, wt.%: 6 Polyvinyl chloride Dibutyl phthalate Papaverine salt 5- (3,3-dicaroxy-4,4-dioxybenzohydrylidene) -2-OXO-1, 3-cyclohexadiene-1 carboxylic acid Activated carbon The drawing shows the calibration curve papaverine- selective electrode, made on the basis of the proposed composition of the membrane. A decrease in the content of polyvinyl chloride in the membrane impairs its mechanical properties. When the content of polyvinyl chloride is 10 wt.% And less, a fragile plasticized membrane is obtained that is unsuitable for practical work. When the content of polyvinyl chloride is 12–16 wt.%, The icpoK of the membrane service decreases and is 3–6 weeks. When the content of polyvinyl chloride in the membrane is above 35 wt.%, The reproducibility of membrane potentials deteriorates. A decrease in the content of a membrane-active substance — 5- (3,3-dicarboxy-4,4-dioxybenzohydrylidene) -2-oxo-1 — also leads to deterioration in the reproducibility of membrane potentials. , 3-cyclohexadiene -1 carboxylic acid up to 5 wt.% And below. When the content of a membrane active substance is higher than 15 May.%, Crystallization of the salt from an organic solvent plasticizer is observed, which sharply reduces the working life of the membrane up to 3-4 weeks. In tab. Figures 1 and 2 present data on the reproducibility of the membrane potential values of the electrodes depending on the composition of the membranes. As starting components for the preparation of a membrane active substance, use 2% aqueous solutions: papaverine hydrochloride and triamine-4-di-5-3-dicarboxy-4, 4-dioxybenzohydrylidene) -2-oxo-1, 3-cyclohexadien-1 carboxylic acid, known as Aluminone. The membrane active substance is prepared / as follows. A double volume of papaverine hydrochloride solution is poured to the aluminone solution. The precipitate formed is separated from the liquid phase by centrifugation and washed with distilled water until the reaction to the chloride ion is negative. After this, the precipitate is dried to constant weight at 50-60 ° C. PRI me R 1. Preparation of membranes of the wound of the following composition, wt.%: Polyvinyl chloride 25; dibutyl phthalate 64; membrane active substance 10, activated. coal 1. 6.4 g of dibutyl phthalate and 2.5 g of vinyl chloride floor are dissolved in 30-35 ml of cyclohexanone at -50-60 ° C with continuous stirring with an electromagnetic stirrer. B. The resulting solution is added with 1 g of membrane active substance and after its dissolution, 0.1 g of highly dispersed activated carbon is added. The mixture is homogenized for 30-40 minutes, poured into a Petri dish with a diameter of 100 mm and left in air until complete evaporation of the cyclohexanone. Discs are cut out of the resulting elastic film and glued to the ends of a PVC tube with an internal diameter of 8-10 mm with glue prepared by dissolving polyvinyl chloride in cyclohexanone. After the glue dries, the electrodes are soaked for 5 days in m solution of papaverine hydrochloride. Example 2. Preparation of the membrane of the following composition, wt.%: Polyvinyl chloride 20; dibutyl phthalate 6 membrane active substance 15j activated carbon .2. To prepare the membrane, take 2 g of polyvinyl chloride, 6.3 g of dibutyl phthalate, 1.5 g of membrane-active substance and 0.2 g of activated carbon: - Prepare the membrane as in Example 1. Example 3. Preparation of the membrane of the following composition, wt.% : polyvinyl chloride 30; dibutyl phthalate 60; membrane active substance 8; activated carbon 2. For the preparation of a membrane, 3 g of polyvinyl chloride, 6 g of dibutyl phthalate, 0.8 g of membrane-activated carbon are taken. The membrane was prepared as in Example 1. The electrode properties of membrane membranes in solutions containing papaverine ions were carried out in a galvanic cell of the following form: AgCl (sat): Test KC1 Membrane solution Solution: AgCI Ag papaverine hydrochloride 5-10-2 m EMF This element is determined by the concentration (activity) of papaverine-ion, as well as by the presence of foreign ions and is described by the well-known equation: Ig (,,,, а. 2i303 R where V Е is the standard EMF; R is the universal gas constant; T is the solution temperature K; F - Farad number; asset papaverine-ion spine in the test solution; foreign horse activity in the test solution; ppb / x membrane selectivity coefficient. Experimentally obtained dependence of the emf on the concentration (activity) of papaverine ion in the test solution for an electroplating cell with membranes prepared by means 1-3, shown in the drawing, The slope of the electrode function in all cases is 58 ± 2 mV, which is close to the theoretical value. Electrode function to papaverine-ion is performed in the concentration range of 5-10 - 1 - U. M. The response time of the electrode depends on the concentration of papaverine-ion in the test solution and at a minimum concentration of () is 13-20 seconds. The readings of individual samples of electrodes with a membrane of the same composition coincide with an accuracy of +2 mV. The working life of the electrodes is at least 6 months (for membranes of known composition, 1.5 months). The potential drift is no more than ± 2 mV per week; The coefficients of the selectivity of the membrane was calculated according to the biionic potentials. Introduction to the composition of the membrane of activated carbon in the amount of 1-2 wt.% Increases the selectivity of 5.101124 membrane to papaverine in the presence of organic ions by 510 times. A further increase in the content of activated carbon (more than 3%) does not lead to an increase in the selectivity of the membrane. Table 3 shows the numerical values of the selectivity coefficients.
